Waited 2.5 hours for this delivery- courier was at store for over 2 hrs on the tracker - big ques he said!!!!!!!!!!

They never send you whole order and take forever to give a refund and that’s if they do if they have not got the items they should send the money back straight away and let the customer know.

It’s quick delivery and it great idea as some people can’t get out to shops 👍🏻

Driver sat outside my house for 15 mins. Then said he delivered and drive off without delivering. Don’t use just eat as the app does not assign a driver that you can contact. Always use UBER!!!

I had two items missing and not the first time this has happened. Submitted a refund request to be told they cannot refund the missing items amount. It isn’t great that they take your money even though certain items are missing and won’t refund you

My order never came and the driver didn’t think to call me for my location etc, I’ve now had to order again and that’s more money out of my pocket

I ordered a burger meal gosh the chips looked liked they had been cooked several times my burger was rubbish on a tiny batch with a slice of processed cheese slapped on top the salad looked like it had seen better days .The bloke looked like he hated his job.The food was nearly £7 and the whole experience was awful .The coffee was nice but for that he only pressed a button .Not impressed .

Brought me a cancelled order! Waited for acknowledgement, then reordered and they sent the old order. Not sure how that's happened need to check what I've been billed for now
