Everything turned up in good condition and delivery time was fast

Most of the groceries wernt even delivered

Driver rude, abrupt and would not accept code, only 4 digits of phone. Order missing 3 items. Refund takes too long.

Only once out of hundreds of times have I had a full order, always items missing!

They is always missing stuff and they don’t tell just eat they haven’t got it so you have to fight for a refund and you rarely get the refund it’s just not fair it’s basically stealing

Why is it so hard to get what you have ordered if you have not got it in stock take it off the list.

My delivery was missing 3 vital items which means I am now stuck with no dinner whilst recovering from an operation. I am extremely unhappy

Always leave items out and it’s annoying

This branch is a disgrace. They refuse to refund shoddy not fit for purpose items. They would rather lose your custom than learn customer service. They pick and choose their opening hours! If you are going to close early, then don't state a later opening time. Head office also don't care how this place is run. Staff shouting at each other. Totally unprofessional place. Also don't even stock what they advertise!!

I don’t know why I have to give one star The customer service is zero very rude we go there every week only one person when is at the till always closed half an hour or one hour early and excuses always say oh I close early because I’m on my own we went today 3 o’clock and he says we closed because the store is closing at five when we ask the store manager we have been told we’re closing at 6 o’clock I told the person your timetable says closing at 4 o’clock and he replied back. Don’t worry about the timetable we closed we were so disappointed. I hope My feedback will help Asda or campus to improve the customer Service they should close what the timetable says not when the staff want to close our feedback is for the Chef Nick is zero

Delivery driver was a lovely but expensive items missing and my it was late and I wa relying on the delivery for my child’s dinner

Only one item missing but this was dealt with so quickly through the Just Eat app. Delivery driver friendly and polite. My order was good quality Asda products. All round great experience. Would order again no hesitation.

Once again asda are incapable of picking my goods. I am not happy with the items which I received are leaked

They do not notify just eat if they don’t have your items in stock so you get half a delivery and are charged the full amount for it and then have to fight to get a refund with just eat! And just eat won’t refund! Asda is literally stealing money

4 items missing which were needed for packed lunches next day.

Order is kissing so many items and the store accepted the order and did not inform me of them not having items in stock now I don’t know if the delivery guy has stolen them or if they haven’t been given too him ! This happens every week and I don’t get a red to my bank only to my just eat account it’s not acceptable

missing items again!!!! I'm pretty sure it's not that difficult to pick 4 items of an order . either that or the the delivery man is a theif.

it was OK,I didn't receive my sensitive washing triple action capsules, sugar snap peas and tenderstem broccoli and they still charge me the full amount of money ,thought I would get replacement if they didn't have the item in ,not Happy customer- Asda could do better x

On this occasion my order arrived and was complete. This mornings order of my shopping was clearly delivered to the lady Nadia below as just eat tried to deliver my Asda order to me containing 1 tub of cow and gate milk and as she stated she received someone’s shopping! Mine. Just eat refused a refund Disgusting!! I am now speaking with a solicitor as have all the relevant evidence, they made a mistake and stole food from my children’s mouth this winter go unheard!

It’s quick delivery and it great idea as some people can’t get out to shops 👍🏻

They never send you whole order and take forever to give a refund and that’s if they do if they have not got the items they should send the money back straight away and let the customer know.
