When we have had them in the past, the quality has been really good. But, and this is a really unprofessional-looking "but", they seem to have a habit of saying "Open" on all apps, including Google, despite actually being closed. And when you've ordered and nothing happens, but then walk round to find the shutter down, it's really annoying to say the least. Sort it out, and get back to making good food. (For reference, photo taken at 7pm - several hours before they close - after ordering on Just Eat when they were advertised as "Open")

Just ordered from here, the food was cold well the waffle was , 5£ for 3 scoops of ice cream and there not even big scoops, found a long hair in my waffle. If I had the chance to give this place 0 stars I would!!!

Disgusting, food was cold!! Undercooked.. just not very nice, the customer service was good though

Called up to place a phone order the rude girl that answered says "hello" so I ask her if this is sweet tooth for her to reply 'yeah '🤦🏽‍♀️ bad customer service im actually mortified the way she answered

Ordered some deserts and they could jot get it right. Missing a whole desert off the order, missing ice cream off the other desert, found hair in the crepe. Do not bother with this place as not the first time they have missed something off but me and my wife thought to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Wanted us to drive to the. To pick up the missing items even though we had requested delivery. The crepe even tasted stale which again seems to be a reoccurring thing with this place. REALLY DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM! Edit - Reading through the reviews and seeing that finding a hair in the food seems to be a reoccurring theme!

Well I’ve got a sweet tooth… Well maybe a few actually Some of the flavours they do and creations they make are amazing !! We get this at work sometimes. Everyone moans it’s too sweet so a lot of the guys got half’s. I always end up going half’s a few times 😅 I’m a desert guy. Love the great work keep it up !!

Found a hair on my chocolate sundae, not ordering from there again.

They dont answer phone if they get your order wrong, however it is good food.

This cost me £13 milkshake is nearly gone in 2 sip for £5! And crepe this is meant to be its raw egg basically cold and well under done ! Wouldn’t recommend as I’ve gave them a few try’s every one has been bad . Waste of money & time

This place is shocking to be honest we ordered 3 doungnuts with OG glaze and strawberry glaze with sprinkles also wanted extra sprinkles and I received 10 mini doughnuts with extra thick horrible icing with chocolate icing i didn't ask for and also strawberry sauce that was not nice but the best part was when I tasted the powdery goodness was not good only the top ones has anything on the rest was dry and plain I ate just 1 don't even want to give them any stars at all never again will I come here employ bakers not little girls ffs

Well. Where can I start. I placed 5 separate orders which was complicated for them from the start. Tried to overcharge on 4 of the orders. We finally placed all orders for them to come back to us to say we have underpaid which was not true! They then carried on our order however no staff were waring face masks, no staff had gloves on. Very unprofessional service and over priced for the quality of the produce. Will not be returning.

We thought we'd try out the new desert shop. Ordered milkshake, which was great! Ordered the banoffee Waffles, not so good! Either undercooked or wrong dough. Customer service was okay, went back to get another one but they were a bit rude to my wife denying anything wrong with it, even the delivery driver (who was big) jumps in (scary). Eventually makes us another one but had to ask for the ice cream again and had to compromise with a vanilla instead of banofee. Went back home, tried the waffles again, slightly better coocked but inside was still so gooie. We've been to many deserts shops, and know what good deserts are but the waffles at this shop are no good. Shame we wont be going there again considering its the closest shop from us.

Ordered 2 waffles from this place a few days ago. Order was late, unsure why as the food was undercooked/raw and pretty inedible. I called to discuss this and was told that I needed to speak to the owner but he was out on deliveries (no mention of a resolution). Took my number and told me they would call back. No call back. I called them as they were closing to be told the owner would call me back...it was 10:03 and they close at 10. (Again no mention of a resolution) approx 4 days on and im still waiting a call back. Poor food, poor service, poor everything really!

During the daytime had a delicious waffle and cookie dough. Quick service and decent pricing. Will happily go there again as a treat

Rubbish! Walked straight to the counter, was told to take a seat and they will be over to take my order (I wanted a take out) sat for 20 mins and no order was taken. Ended up walking out. Won’t bother again.

Great little shop..staff are friendly..milkshake was to die for..had a cookie dough with oreo and ice cream scoop very happy..

Wouldn’t bother going, took 1 hour to get 2 desserts that honestly wasn’t worth the wait. Very slow service too, people came in and got food after us, despite our wait. Such a waste of time and money.

First time I went I got a Reece’s milkshake and there was a FULL peanut butter thing sat in the bottom of my cup as if they didn’t even blend it. Got a banofee crepe today and it was given to me cold and stale because the crepe itself was definitely not cooked within the last couple of hours. Just go somewhere else mate. WASTE of money.

Great experience and fantastic food and my kinder bueno crepe was nice and warm and delicious family friendly and It had a nice welcoming Definitely go and see what it’s about xx
