Went in to get 2 bbq ballers and a big breakwich they mucked up 1 of the orders and the other 2 where correct however all three subs where stone cold, absolute disgrace to the subway brand, even when I phoned them they processed to call me a lyer and the cookies tasted like they where a weak old wouldn't even give them to a dog, absolutely disgusting

Rude Indian lady I Spent £33 in subway and received poor customer service. Employee wasn’t happy to serve me because she was finishing and was given cold fries. She didn’t even bother asking if wanted salad or not in the sub. I Asked what I get in the meal and shouted like I was supposed to know what I get in the meal. Next time don’t understaff the place, so you can give good customer service and have people who are actually happy working there.

Looked at me like I'd asked for gold bullion when I asked for some extra olives. Somehow charged me 25% more than any other location for the same food... Went in on weekend 2 Indian ladies badly badly need to learn customer service, not approachable at all, terrible engaging with customer. Failing the subway brand badly, I can see why subways are closing down in UK, it’s the staff. When I got to the till I had a free footlong on my app, even though I got a footlong chicken tikka I asked lady to wrap 6inch separately. She’s then refused the free subway you can’t have it free because you had 2 6inch subs. I’ve never heard anything so stupid. These subway promotions are just to get customers through the door. But fail to give you free sandwiches. Be careful people this subway is a pure CON!!!!!

Went with my family to eat 1h before closing, as we going to order they said you can't stay here only takeaway as a went others subways we always allowed because 1h left we don't take much to eat it. So we said let's take only sons food because he love meatball and we eat Mcdonald where we can eat sitting, as she gave the food we paid and didn't won't to give recipt and didn't won't to scan for points that notice alot of places are doing that. But this time I know why se didn't won't to give recipt because my son meat balls was cold from the fridge and I order that alot of time and was always hot. And they said is closing so we serve it cold. My son was crying so much because he like then hot not cold. If I didn't pay I'm sure I didn't take them. We eat 2 times a week in subway and I think mind be the last as a paying customer expect same service evey time, staff need more training as it look like they want to go home on Sunday instead to serve and same time I was there at least 5 people left without paying, because of service.

We were out shopping at Pets at home, Matalan and Homebase when my 4 year old suddenly decided she wanted to use the washroom , we decided to go in for a sub as well as some coffee ( since it was the closest to Homebase with a washroom). I was ahead with little one and asked to use the washroom, the server made us wait and went to ask the manager and promptly returned to tell us that their washroom is out of order. ( wonder how the server didn’t know that 🤦🏽‍♀️), her suggestion was to go to Costa, so we’ll someone else got the business too 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Been to few subways in my time and never left a review as always get decent service. But this actual store is one to avoid. Been here 2 times and both times have been the same. Rude staff feel like they don’t want to be here, the portions are smaller than other places (nachos) and when you ask to put extra salad or sauce they pull faces and even refuse to put any salt or pepper on my sub as apparently the manger told them not to!!

Horrible service! Rude staff! Staff refuced to provide free snack with my sub although I had more than 400points on my subcard saying that they didn’t have any nachos. When I asked for cheese bites instead refused that saying that’s not a snack. On top that, the sub was horrible too- staff didn’t add 2 full scoops of chicken tikka for the Sub and upon asking removed all the chicken from the sub and put even less later. Salads were not enough either and also very messy Sub. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!

Went to subway 10mins before closing time, was told by the workers they were closed. The manager was driving past and told me to go back in, they are open and shouldn’t have told me different. Went back into the shop and the workers thought it was funny they got caught trying to close early. Kept giggling throughout the time I was there and got no apology.They had put everything away, service was slow, my toasted food was getting cold whilst they were trying to get the salad out. I asked for a cup holder, had 5 drinks to hold and they wouldn’t give me one. Awful service but thank you to the manager.

Food excellent and I was delighted to find vegan options which they now advertise. Therefore I was disappointed that their hot drinks in terms of options available do not match their food. Subway must now be one of the very few restaurants that does NOT offer cows' milk alternatives! They don't even serve soya milk!! I was hoping for oat milk to go with my vegan lunch but was offered a semi skimmed uht sachet which the server thought would do!! Please Subway get your vegan act together. We're still in Veganuary so now is the time to review your options.

It's the same girl who serves me and my family on the weekend and she never smiles or speaks with us for some reason. She'll take payment and not prompt/ remind us to claim points. This has happened more than once. She could not confirm which number on customer receipt to use for claiming points via your app. We won't be using this store again given the very poor customer engagement and experience. In fact, she can be replaced with a robot and it'll do a better job, promise! If you can relate to this experience at all please do the right thing and hit the thumbs up to help make an impact and difference.

Just been to this subway for the second (and last) time - both times the woman there was so rude who served us. First of all she was annoyed that we asked for something that wasn’t in stock - which was still being advertised. Then she proceeded to cover my sub in cheese that I didn’t ask for - ask then got annoyed when I asked for it to be removed. Lastly, the payment, she threw my change onto the counter at the end of a terrible visit. - Cherry ontop really. Not the customer service you expect from a usual great company. Won’t be visiting again that’s for sure.

It was subway as you would expect but staff were miserable, inflexible and very mean with the salad. Asked for sunblush tomatoes and they put on fresh. When I ask for it to be removed I was greeted with attitude. Asked for spinach, got 2 leaves.... Come on guys it's not expensive. A similar rule followed for pickles, olives and jalapeños. They then criticised by daughter for her sauce combination on her sandwich. I thought her sandwich was supposed to be as she wants not how they think it should be.... No wonder you were empty at lunch time. Won't be coming back because the staff attitude left a bad taste in my mouth!

*This review is based on my most recent visit* I visited the other day and the service was lousy. Two female members of staff, one was cleaning the food area while the other was serving. Ordered my sandwich and asked which salad I wanted, which was ironic, as there wasn't even any salad on display (what!); so I asked "where is it?" (It was back up against a wall somewhere) Mistake #1 then I had my salad added and chose lite mayo as a condiment. The girl then put WAY too much on which effectively ruined the sandwich (someone is not familiar withless is more) mistake #2. Overall a disappointing experience...would not use again based on last visit.

I simply asked for Vege patty the lady had changed her glove but when she had placed the food to be roasted she dealt with the next customer who order a meat but with the same gloves grabbed hold of my food from the machine and I was totally shocked😱😱😱. I just walked into this Subway, as I quite frequently do and asked for a wrap that I usually get. Nothing special, just Chicken, lettuce, tomato, peppers and cheese. I was told by a young female employee, wearing black plastic spectacles that they wouldn't be able to make the wrap. I found that really strange as I got the wrap the previous day at lunch time from a different employee, who had no issue making the wrap. I've never had this issue before. When I asked why that wrap couldn't be made, she replied and said they didn't do it. After being told these lies, I had to drive up the road to the Arena park Subway, which is owned by the same owner as the Gallagher one. I had no problems getting the wrap from there. The particular female employee who was serving, needs to stop lying and the owner needs to employ people who are at least trained properly. It's not rocket science. Just avoid this Subway.

This Subway is hit and miss. Sometimes you get staff that just slap your sandwich together, sometimes you get staff who actually take pride in what they are doing. Sadly, the latter has become very rare. On my recent visit, I experienced staff to have a bit of a bad attitude. If they don't like where they are working, they shouldn't take it out on paying customers. Paying customers are people who technically contribute paying their wages. I would advise visiting a different Subway outlet rather than this one, if you can.

The usual great food and environment. The staff are pleasant and quick to serve. Toilets can be used only after buying something as you get the code on the receipt. There is good seating space indoor and plenty of car parking space and even a bike lockup round the back.

With a tagline ‘what you want, how you want’ the service at this store is appalling!. I asked for a different type of wrap to be told I couldn’t change it (never had this issue before). Was not asked what salad I wanted they just started putting it on. When I stopped them as I’m allergic to tomoatoes they let me choose, but this resulted in 3 slices of lettuce and 2 pieces of pepper!! I asked for more but was told they were the portion sizes. Will definitely not be returning to this store again, would prefer to drive further to a place that understands customer service! Avoid at all cost!!
