Always receive a fantastic welcome from the team. Food and service is amazing. Love that the menu changes so frequently, always spoilt for choice on every visit and great to be able to try something new. Most weekends there is live entertainment which always adds to the evening. Most definitely would recommend, as you won’t be disappointed.

The head waitress here is fabulous and has been there for years. You tell her what you like and she will ensure an Italian meal based on your likes. The food is lovely.

Great little place. Always busy, staff very welcoming. Good selection of beers that are constantly changing. Will definitely be returning.

The doorway is a bit smaller than normal, and mind the step as you go into the lady's toilets and into th longe but brilliant atmosphere and you don't have to what long to get served 😉

Popped in for lunch and had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. It was absolutely delicious, possibly the best I've eaten. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lively. Very reasonably priced as well 😉

Just eaten the most delicious fresh, crispy salad pitta with yoghurt and mint sauce from Jolly Fryer in Rugeley. It tasted divine, and was full with fresh salad. Lovely chips too. Definitely the best chippy around.

I just wanted to leave a review to show my immense appreciation for the hard work the Albion put into Remembrance Day this year. What a great pub that went above and beyond for all who served, serving and those who wanted to show their respect. The Albion had a wonderful poppy arch inside the pub, were stocked up with pin badges, poppies, lanyards etc. I extend my thanks for allowing me to stand outside with my trike and proudly wear my medals for folks to come and donate to the appeal. On the day there was food put on for everyone and a free drink for military personnel. The pub was warm and inviting, there was people from all walks of life celebrating and enjoying the hospitality shown. Well done to all involved in pulling off a spectacular day to remember. You really are doing a fantastic job with this once unloved pub. You all have brought such joy back to Rugeley. It’s wonderful to see the veterans using the pub and donating to the military wall for everyone to see.

Service ok but background noise too loud to hear yourself think or hold a conversation. And difficult to hear the football on the big screens.

Great vibes, comfortable, everyone made to feel welcome. Would recommend to anyone who happens to be in the area and fancies a drink.
