The best restaurants in Birmingham West Midlands

La primera vez que probé algo nuevo y desafortunadamente mis amigos y yo tuvimos una experiencia horrible en este restaurante. El tiempo total en el restaurante fue de hasta 4 horas debido principalmente al terrible servicio al cliente. Nuestras bebidas tardaron 20 minutos en llegar a nuestra mesa y la comida casi 2 horas. Además, la comida era muy sosa. Pedimos 2 platos de carne por £ 44 cada uno (muy caro) - y solo venía con 1 palanca de pollo y el resto del plato era 90% de cordero (no muy claro en el menú). El tamaño de la porción era sin duda no relación calidad-precio. Mal servicio cuando me habían cobrado £ 90 por mi parte de la factura cuando debería haber sido £ 19 . Esto tardó casi 45 minutos en enmendarse y la camarera no tenía idea de a qué ascendía la cuenta total. Sin duda no volveré a visitar!

Visited twice, received incorrect orders both times. Ordered a Beefburger (but received a Cheeseburger), then a Chicken with Bacon & Mayo sandwich (received Chicken with Avocado)! Will put it down to being very busy during lunchtime. To their credit they rectified the issues promptly. Overall, tasty food, but not a lot of it, okay prices, frustrating as orders aren't presented correctly at first time of asking. Bang average I'm afraid 😕

We had the best time staying at Baloci for 2 nights. Everything was top notch, be it the staff, the rooms, the decor, the food, the drinks. Very impressive, and highly recommended.

Fantastic food, very hot. Extremely scrupulous and nutritious. Infact it was pipping hot on delivery. Everything was near PERFECT. And the portion was quite big too.Thank u. Will definitely be back

Lovely little restaurant with very friendly staff. This was our second time here. Nice small menu with seasonal and fresh ingredients and enough options for a vegetarian. Good selection of wines and some cocktails as well. Very nice place for small groups or couples who like to taste different flavours and share small plates. Would definitely recommend!

Después de darme cuenta de que no he estado en muchos cafés en Birmingham, decidí probar uno que supuestamente era uno de los mejores. Sin embargo, lamentablemente no fue más que una decepción. Pedí un clásico sandwich de pollo y tocino para el almuerzo. El pan estaba muy rancio, y el bocadillo tenía un sabor agrio, a lo que no estoy acostumbrado en los bocadillos de pollo y tocino. Honestamente prefiero tienda - compró sándwiches a este. Mi novia pidió un sandwich de queso de cabra y uva. Esa era realmente sabrosa y agradable. El queso de cabra era cremoso, y la combinación con las uvas era deliciosa. Los cafés también eran malos, en mi opinión. Mi moca no estaba lo suficientemente bien mezclado, había grandes trozos de chocolate flotando en él. El capuchino estaba bien, pero nada especial. En general, no fue una experiencia agradable para mí, pero escuché que su papilla es bastante decente.
