Always visit this restaurant with my friends and is always a good experience. Mix grills are cooked delicious and juicy. Today we got the grilled burgers cooked nicely with caramelised onions. Manager and staff are all polite and friendly too.

Average at best.. went for the pizza combo. I wasn’t impressed with the pizza, the sauce was horrible and way too much cheese. To be fair it’s a mini pizza as part of a combo so maybe I’ll be back to try a full size one. The donner is the frozen bucket one you get from a cash and carry, it leaves a bad aftertaste and they can do better. The smash burger was surprisingly good, I wouldnt call it a smash burger as the patties were quite thick but I’d deffo get it again. I’m struggling with this one, they deserve a second chance but its not worth the hype at all.

Smash burger meal 😋 and the philly cheese steak are banging deffo recommended. Great price if u have it as a meal its 50p extra for chips and a drink. Friendly staff aswell

The saltiest burger I've ever eaten. The chips were great, the burger looked great, the bun looked GREAT. Then I took a bite and the moisture was sapped from my body. I LOVE a salty chip, and often add more. So it was a surprise that the saltiness blew my head off to such a degree. The guys serving and cooking were lovely and it is was a great setting. Shame about the burger really!

Nice desi naan shop plus mini desi restaurant. You can get different kebabs, samosas and a lot of salans as well. But sitting is congested and cleanliness is not upto mark.

Gioia Parlour is a dessert lover’s paradise! I tried the Ferrero Classica and the Biscoff Cheesecake, and both were absolutely incredible. The Ferrero Classica was rich, creamy, and full of hazelnut flavor—pure indulgence. The Biscoff Cheesecake was a perfect balance of sweetness and spice, with a smooth, velvety texture that melted in my mouth. The presentation was stunning, and the atmosphere of the parlour is cozy and inviting. If you’re looking for a place that serves desserts as delicious as they are beautiful, Gioia Parlour is the spot!

The customer service is atrocious. I called to order some naan for collection, but I couldn’t understand the employee as he spoke very little English. When I asked for the price, he rudely cut off my call. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, he handed me the bag and ignored me when I tried to ask about the price, walking to the back instead. I had to go to a separate counter for checkout, which he didn’t inform me about, a fellow customer had to tell me. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect, with some items missing. Really bad service overall.
