Kurdish Naan in Birmingham

Their naan variety is good.you can found different kind of naan from there.they are tasty and feels good to eat.

The customer service is atrocious. I called to order some naan for collection, but I couldn’t understand the employee as he spoke very little English. When I asked for the price, he rudely cut off my call. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, he handed me the bag and ignored me when I tried to ask about the price, walking to the back instead. I had to go to a separate counter for checkout, which he didn’t inform me about, a fellow customer had to tell me. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect, with some items missing. Really bad service overall.

Disrespectful people very rude ordered NAAN they give 2 Naans on the top are fresh and the rest are cold i went back they don’t listen

Ordered 3 naan and 2 kulcha naans. First of all false advertising about kulcha naans. They didnt have the black seeds on top nor was are they fresh though they made it infront of me their dough is very rubbery and dry. Not good at all. Lucky i didnt spend more than £2 🤦‍♀️ otherwise id have gone back for a refund. ( reply to kurish naan - i asked him when i showed him the photo which had black seeds on he understood. Please change the recipe or something as it is waay to thick for it to be kulcha naan, i appreciate your response.)

Delicious breads made in here. One of the kind of bread is KULCHA. I like the most. But unfortunately size of bread is geting smaller and price is getting raised. Phone order can save your time.

They have one of the best naans I have had in birmingham. Always made fresh in front of you. Not a restaurant. So no atmosphere.

Roti/Naan ... This is the place to go. They have plenty of options too. Quick service and prices are very reasonable.

A very special secret Gem, if you know you know. Ditch the naan, and dive in for the special 2 for 1 pound Kulcha. Soft and scrummy bread topped with sesame seeds. I only discovered myself after a lifetime 45 years on chapatis and naan. What I love about this amazing hot soft bread. It freezes beautifully, and in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, comes back to life, fresh as ever. Never got that with any other bread. Park on St Margaret Avenue outside, as parking is atrocious around these parts. Avoid eye contact, pull your hoodie over. Greet the bakers with a Salaam Brother. I order 10 or 20 at a time, so the trip is worthwhile for the family.

Long queue, they charge 0.50 for anything under five pound, price wise could be better and definitely lack customer service, food presentation

Used to serve the best garlic naan. But now noticed their standard is going down n many times they gave us burnt naan or dry ones

Very good Naans and Roti's and not too long a wait and priced the same as most others around. Both Naans and Roti's are a decent thickness so you don't get burnt and crispy ones. Roti's could be a bit thinner but not a major issue. The staff are always polite and friendly and they're obviously popular as the ship is always busy. The do sell a few prepared breads and a small about of other groceries, mainly dairy products.

Freshly baked plain naans and Kulchas. good quality and good service by the staff. We ordered 100 naans and 100 kulchas. we placed the order on the phone. It was all ready at the given time to be picked up.

Very busy place and always fresh. Phone ahead is my advice. Place may not look appeal but don't let that put you off.

The kulchey are very very very very nice. The naans on the other hand were a disappointment. They are very tasty when they are fresh but a few minutes after they cool down, they become quite tough and difficult to eat. Reheating them usually helps. There's better places but there's also worse. I would probably go back if I need naan but I'll get kulchey every time

Used to be good, but now they've started to premake the naans sometimes and hand it over quietly in the order. When you get home some of the naans you can tell have been made for longer and are cold

The kulcha naan is a taste to behold, its soft texture makes you feel like your on cloud 9. But be warned shop is too small and not very covid friendly, lots flock from all over the world to bite into this slice from heaven.

The best Naan Shop in Birmingham. I have been their customer from last 7 years. Vedy good quality Naan and roti products as well as wide range of world foods and spices. The owner and the staff is very welcoming and hard working. No matter how busy they are their speed and quality of service never disappoints anyone. My favourite is Kurdish Special Naan, it's pizza like Naan Bread with some ingredients including cheese, sweet corn, etc. Highly Recommended. 5 Stars all the way!

This is the place for your Naans, Kurdish Naans, Rotis, Buns, Kulchas and Pizza like naans at an extremely reasonable price. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I have been using this place regularly since I discovered it while stuck in traffic. If you have a large order, they happily take the order over the phone and it is normally ready by the time you get there.

Bought a box of Turkish Delight (Fri 26th Aug 2016) with my naan order, opened it the same night to find them all dried out, crusty edged and with a foul texture with the expiry date of Feb 2017, made in Feb 2015. I returned to the Kurdish Naan shop who point blank refused to refund them even with the sales of goods act they didn't care, absolute vile customer service on inferior products, they will take the money and not care what happens after that. They have lost my custom and I was a regular there. Avoid buying anything in boxes, tins, jars that isn't naan.
