I had a wonderful experience at Al-Saeed Yemeni Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Yemeni cuisine. I was visiting from Scotland, and it was definitely one of the highlights of my trip.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. According to their stated hours, they are open on Fridays, but when I arrived, they were closed for Friday prayer. That’s completely understandable, but the issue is the lack of communication. I called multiple times with no answer. When someone finally picked up, they just put the handset down—you could clearly hear them in the background, but no one actually spoke to me. I still went to the location, only to be told repeatedly, “after prayer, after prayer,” by one of the staff, with no explanation or apology. This could have been easily communicated over the phone and would have saved me 30 minutes of my time. The attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. If you’re going to close during prayer time, please update your hours or at least answer the phone with a quick explanation. Poor service like this really puts people off from coming back.

Genuinely a life saver when I'm too tired to cook. Lamb and Chicken Mandi worth the price and can last two meals even with a large appetite. Delivery also took a reasonable amount of time and arrives hot.

Ordered the lamb fusion for take away. On the menu it said comes with nan and soup. I didn't check the box. They gave me neither. Hate being cheated on food like this

I recently visited with my family, expecting authentic Yemeni cuisine. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The seating arrangements were inadequate, with no family room offered despite our request. The food was subpar. We ordered the Fahsa and the platter, and fis, the fahsa was over salted and lacking flavor. The accompanying platter resembled something from a fish and chip shop, with low quality meat. To make matters worse, the additional bread and salad we requested never arrived. The staff appeared tired and disorganized, with limited communication skills in English or Arabic. Regrettably, I experienced severe diarrhea after eating at this restaurant, which I strongly suspect was due to the food. Considering the overpriced menu, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 5 Mansaf meat & chicken rice which it's cost us £180 unfortunately the quality of the food wasn't great at all. Rice was not fully cooked,meal full in fat and bone .from my personal experience I see it is waste of money.

Quality authentic Yemeni food ranging from breakfast,lunch a dinner.Servicd always good as waiters always available to help.Hygiene levels very good compared to other Yemeni Restaurants and also floor seating available.Prices are also reasonable and portions are generous.

Food was ok but let down by rude staff with no mannerism taking order. Payment made in full on order, we eaten downstairs. On leaving, the same rude staff member, whilst we exiting door shouted across the restaurant for payment even though we had paid. Then guy told us to wait whilst he checked.

Nice Yamane's restaurant. The food was good. We had Fahsa but it had so much fat with the meat. The rice over chicken and the broth were good. The Massoob was excellent. The atmosphere was so basic and the toilet was smelly.

Order don’t arrive as delivery drive stop round the corner from my house I did drop message that number is further up but some how he delivered it with my pin as I raise delivery issue with just eat now they will give me refund in 5 to 7 working days what a joke just two hours are wasted as I am not well can’t go outside for collection from these Resturant . I will never order from this shop again even there food was great but big no for delivery they will let you down

Nice warm place staff are very friendly and a range of options to order. I love the foule dish it one of my favourite. I recommend to give it a try. Price wise are reasonable and affordable.

You know a place is good when you walk in and it’s packed ALL THE TIME. Amazing food. Half grilled chicken and rice is amazing. Only thing I will complain about is maybe they should put in a bit of salad with the food. Overall amazing food.

I tried a lick of cheese from them and a liver with cheese. I liked them all, but the liver was a little cold, but it was nice. A beautiful and elegant place. Their treatment is very sophisticated and respectful. It has floor seating and seating for families. The price is reasonable.

Visited this Yemeni restaurant, and I must say, the experience was absolutely amazing! The food was bursting with flavor and authenticity it truly felt like a journey to Yemen with every bite. The Kabdah , Mathlooth and also the Yemeni Mulawah were on another level..perfectly cooked, rich in taste, and incredibly satisfying. They are a must try for anyone looking to experience Yemeni cuisine at its finest. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thanks to the gentleman at the cashier who went above and beyond to explain the menu and guide us through the best options. His knowledge and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

The food came out cold first, and we asked to change it, but the employee took and heated a microwave and brought a second one, and the taste was clear that it was heated in the microwave, not fresh, and we asked for Fahsa at all. It was not Fahsa, only by name, very bad. Only the mallouh, rutab, and areca were excellent. They had nothing to say. My rating for the restaurant is 4/10 Not recommended

Chanced upon this little gem purely by accident and I’m so glad I did. The food is phenomenal! I’ve visited a few times since and every visit it’s been highly consistent. Fresh delicious very well balanced flavours and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My new go to place, highly recommend trying it out. It is always rammed which speaks volumes however even then the service is very quick so your not sat staring at other people’s plates :p also the complimentary lamb soup is a lovely touch 👌
