The saltiest burger I've ever eaten. The chips were great, the burger looked great, the bun looked GREAT. Then I took a bite and the moisture was sapped from my body. I LOVE a salty chip, and often add more. So it was a surprise that the saltiness blew my head off to such a degree. The guys serving and cooking were lovely and it is was a great setting. Shame about the burger really!

Flying Cow provided lunch for our whole workforce recently. Our team really loved it and the service was excellent, and quick!

Scrumptious! Really tasty burger and the fries were also perfect. The guys were also very friendly.

Came here the other day after work just before they closed the grill was off but they turned it back on for me only ordered a small burger and Ngl it was fire exceeded expectations

Food was nice, I have no complaints. However with the competition of smash burgers in Birmingham now this wasn’t as good as other places I’ve had. I don’t like comparing places when doing food reviews but I honestly don’t have much to say for this one as it wasn’t anything special for me in terms of flavour. Overall I’d give this place 3.5 stars but went for 4 because it’s better than places I’ve given 3 stars.

Wow, just wow.. flying cow burger was fantastic aswell as the honey mustard wings. 💯 black Angus beef patties, you don't get that everywhere. Your doing great lads.

Tried this for the first time yesterday. Saw the review on YouTube so had to give it a go. This place is definitely worth a visit. I had the Oklahoma burger, chicken burger, smash fries, honey mustard wings and habanero wings. I can highly recommend them all. You can tell they use great quality meat used in the beef burgers. The wings are very tasty too. If you like spicy 🔥 then the habanero are very good. The heat creeps up on you 😆 Overall I am highly impressed!

Good brothers here trying to do the smash patty scene in Birmingham justice. They use fresh meat, never frozen and thats their USP. burger meat was tender and juicy amd the rest of the burger was decent, i think they should consider steaming the buns to elevate it further. Good little burger van though, give it a try, for locality its good. The Habanero wings were firey, just how i like them. The dips they give could be better. Good service delivered with a smile so a 5* from me, but brothers pls consider the tips above 😊

Burger van parked up near Saqibs and more or less Opposite Aziz Pizza. Got myself a Flying Cow burger Meal. The burger Contained 2 Angus beef smashed patties, Turkey Rashers and sauces. Usually comes with gherkins aswell but I opted out of them. The burger was really enjoyable. Will visit again and try out the buffalo wings on the menu.
