Such a disappointing experience. Very expensive (Ā£11 for soup and one slice of bread which didn't come with any butter) and even more money for a "hotpot" which was saag aloo. The saag also was basically overcooked potato, which was absolutely tasteless with hardly any spinach and, again, a small slice of bread with no butter (many vegan butters could have been provided!).

There are very few places like this in Bournemouth it was so refreshing to go somewhere that was an experience rather than just a meal out. Delicious freshly prepared and cooked food. Lots of vegetarian options and lovely cocktails. This place suits any night out with partner, family or friends . Choose a main and some sides to share. Leave room for a home made desert the Churros were amazing. Booking is advised.

Best pub in CHARMINSTER! Great beer and the Landlord and Landlady Rob and Tina are very welcoming - a good authentic traditional pub!! A Freehouse with a fabulous courtyard garden, skittle alley and vintage tea room. Nice atmosphere and friendly locals. Definitely a pub to visit!

Wow. What a pub. Sat in the idyllic Dorset village of West Stafford lies this little gem. I couldn't have been more impressed. The roast dinner was perfectly presented and tasted even better. Nice work The Wise Man. Can't wait for round 2.

We came with friends as we had all been gifted afternoon tea, and chose to visit this tearoom. We booked just over a week in advance. What a great choice! A great selection of beautifully fresh finger sandwiches, scones, cream and jam. and a selection of small cakes, which were so light. Absolutely scrumptious. We weren't rushed, so we could sit and enjoy our food. The folk working in the tearoom were very welcoming and we had a delightful afternoon. Thank you!

To the manager, I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recent interaction I had with a member of your team while visiting your coffeehouse. During our conversation, this staff member made comments about my accent, questioning why I āstillā have it despite having lived in the UK for 18 years. He further remarked that he knows someone who has ālost their accentā after living here for a similar length of time, implying I should be compared to them. These comments felt intrusive and disrespectful, as they diminish my individual journey and identity. Accents are a natural part of oneās heritage and personal history, and retaining mine is a reflection of my background, not something that should be ālostā or questioned. I believe this interaction highlights a need for further equality, diversity, and inclusion training, as itās essential that all customers feel valued and respected. Comments like these can alienate individuals, which is surely not in line with the welcoming environment your establishment seeks to foster. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
