Went for lunch and had mushrooms on toast. I have to say I thought it was genuinely horrible. The mushrooms were served in a thick, glutinous sauce that looked truly unappetising and tasted even worse
We came with friends as we had all been gifted afternoon tea, and chose to visit this tearoom. We booked just over a week in advance. What a great choice!
