Taco Taco in West Dorset

There are very few places like this in Bournemouth it was so refreshing to go somewhere that was an experience rather than just a meal out. Delicious freshly prepared and cooked food. Lots of vegetarian options and lovely cocktails. This place suits any night out with partner, family or friends . Choose a main and some sides to share. Leave room for a home made desert the Churros were amazing. Booking is advised.

We just had a fabulous evening here. The food was incredible and the owners couldn’t have been nicer. It’s a really cosy restaurant so I’d recommend booking to make sure you get a spot, and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 from the Shutler family.

Very good food and good portion sizes. Would highly recommend the pork tostada, corn ribs, and queso taco. And if they sold their hot sauce separately, I'd have come home with a bottle. Best I've tasted. Caters well for vegans too

We visited Taco Taco for lunch. What a wonderful place. Warm welcome and lovely atmosphere. The margaritas were so delicious. I had the beef tacos, friend had the haddock ones and husband had the jackfruit ones. All 3 were absolutely amazing. Cannot wait to return, a real asset for Charminster & can’t recommend it enough!

The food was incredible and something that had been missing from Bournemouth restaurants. There is plenty of choice and the owner was happy to help us pick some fantastic plates. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Only time I have ever written a review while still in the restaurant! It's that good. The food is off the charts. You must have the roasted corn ribs with chipotle mayonnaise, queso fresco, Tajin & coriander before you die! Or possibly the last thing before you die. Fantastic place to eat. I took my 2 beautiful daughters Hope and Liberty to taco taco for a pre Xmas meal and it was truly amazing. Our hosts were so welcoming and the attention to detail regarding the food was so refreshing. The food was a 10 out of 10 and the atmosphere perfect, grathias amiigos ..

Been here a couple of times now. Food is on point. Fresh quality ingredients. Passionate front of house - happy ro run you through the menu. Their drinks (including non-alcoholic) are brilliant. We keep going back to try out more of the menu

Such amazing flavours. They’re now open for breakfast from 10 Thursday-Sunday as well. Just delicious. Highly recommend the Rösti potato. Home made and perfect! The two chefs pride themselves on getting it just right.

My go to for breakfast! The new menu is amazing, the portion size is perfect and when you ask for extras it’s a generous amount. Would highly recommend the chorizo shakahouka and guacamole toast 🤌🏽

If you like fresh, tasty food then this is the place for you! Everything is made to order and the staff are very knowledgeable about all the ingredients (imported from Mexico!) Tonight was our 2nd visit and we will definitely be returning!

Everything a local restaurant should be, gorgeous food, great staff, relaxed casual friendly atmosphere and realistic prices. Taco Taco may be a small restaurant but certainly has a big personality and even bigger flavours. We had pork tacos, beef birria, corn on the cob and tortillas with guacamole followed by freshly fried churros. Couldn’t fault a thing. Didn’t sample the cocktails but they looked great, the wine list was small but perfectly formed and they also serve corona zero, which I believe is the best non alcoholic beer you can get. We will definitely be returning, this time without the car so we can try the cocktails. 😀

This is a great place. By day a traditional English cafe by night at the weekends it becomes a cosy authentic feeling Mexican restaurant. High quality food cooked freshly. Vegan, vegetarian and wheat free options. Loved our paloma cocktails and Mexican beers. Now we’ve found this place we’ll be coming again and again
