The best restaurants in undefined Poole South West

Poor experience, staff only interested in selling you popadoms and sauces. Used to be better, but at the end of the day we’re just being harvested.

I was quite disserpointed with this fish and chip shop. The batter was far too oily, it was dark in color and you could taste nothing but grease. The chips were the same, dark in color, this tells me the oil needs cleaning. However tho the staff are friendly and the curry sauce was nice. But sadly I won't be re visiting 😔 I should have taken a photo but I was away from my phone.

Food is always good with nice portion sizes

Did not deliver, no phone operating. Had to go to the shop personally as over two hours after promised delivery time. No apologies. Useless service never ordering again.

Abysmal food, will not recommend this to anybody. We were misled with the reviews on google. The food lacked anything to make ot edible. The man behind the counter was not helpful either. As the place did not provide any cutleries or dine in, he instructed us about a park nearby “great views, tables to sit and eat” and to our dissapointment it was a dog park, with no space to sit down or eat without being sniffed at. Extremly unhappy.

A proper full English at a sensible price, add to that nice friendly people. What's not to like. 😁

I went to the bournemouth branch on Charminster Road. I asked for a recommendation which was the salt beef and cheese. The bagels were delicious. The beef was delicious. Everything about this was delicious. I was even given some peanuts which was a nice touch.

Read the reviews before about the chicken sandwiches and thought 'how good can they really be?' Answer - even better than you think. Pizzas very good as well Efficient service and good value.

Wow, I wish this place was near me! We visited on a weekend trip to Poole, we loved it. We had onion bahji, tikka masala, korma and vindaloo and it was perfect. Lots of breast of chicken, fast service and reasoner price. Zero complaints

This place is owned by someone who really cares about the food, his staff and his customers. Ok, so the buns aren’t brioche and the ketchup isn’t Heinz - but overall I’d rate this place above some of the high end burger establishments. Maybe I’m bias as a local but these burgers have always been a solid 8/10 and are almost definitely the best in town. The service, people and hygiene levels make this an easy 5 stars.

Turned up to collect my order at 6pm. Place looked empty nothing cooking. Waited 5 mins wondered what was going on. Then a head popped up from under the counter, looked at me and then went back down again?? Waited another 5 mins and another man came from the back and so I asked if my order was ready. He clearly could not speak English and just pointed at the man i couldn’t see hidden behind the counter (turns out he was trying to fix the ticket printer). By this time i was losing abit of patience as it was 6.10 and nothing even cooking. He eventually popped up again and i asked where my food was he said he was speaking to another customer and the printer was broken! So why are you taking new orders?? And why aren’t you speaking to me?? Absolutely clueless he didn’t seem to have any BASIC customer or communication skills. I thought these guys were supposed to be entrepreneurs but were just a bunch of amateurs! What business relies on one printing machine with no contingency? And just leaves customers hanging in store with no explanation. Lucky it was all half price for a February promotion. Will NOT be back. Will go to Pendiks or Night Owl next time for better experience or (can’t believe i am saying this) even Burger King would provide a better service! Unprofessional and gone right down hill - byyeee!
