Costa Coffee in Poole

Not the best service, was ignored a few times at the till while waiting to order despite many staff members around. Ordered from the breakfast menu - couldn’t have the sausage bap as they had no baps so paid £1 more for a sandwich that was nothing special. Thin white bread and the sausages were also cold. Wasn’t asked if we wanted brown or white bread for toast or how I wanted the poached eggs which turned out to be hard and cold too. Disappointing.

On holiday in the area for a week. Restaurant only 10 mins walk from our location so we booked a table for Sunday lunch. Lovely weather so sat outside with our dog, roast beef dinner excellent, lovely friendly staff, glorious location, what’s not to love? Xx

Easily one of the best fish and chip shops in the area. The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. The fish is beautifully cooked with a light, crispy batter, and the chips are golden and fluffy – just how they should be. Staff are friendly and the service is quick, even during busy times. Portion sizes are generous and it’s great value for money. Whether it’s a quick dinner or a weekend treat, this place never disappoints. Highly recommended!

This used to be my go-to #1 fish and chips... But since the new owners, I found a fried hair in the batter of my cod. Tried contacting them by their phone which they never answer!
