Order from smokeys quite regularly the food is always great quality and amazing amount for the money, easily one of if not the best burger shop in the local area

Ordered food....got wrong order....right order came....cold!!! Phoned up....right order came.....guess what....it was bloody cold. Gave me £10 back for a £30 order because I had to prove the order was cold through a photo....er.....how???? Joke!!!!! Just had a burger from Night Owl...properly 2mins less driving.....hottest burger I've had from delivery!!! We all know that you won't listen to reviews but maybe you should because we would of been a regular customer....that had has now gone somewhere else.

Possibly best burger I’ve ever had! Such a good menu with loads of choices and combinations. Freshly made and quick service. Loved it will be back soon. Ate it too quickly to take a photo sorry.

Had takeaway. Was Good quality burger and definitely hit the spot. Was a bit disappointed by the price. 16.70 for burger and chips and some mayo is a lot. there are some places that include chips as standard with all burgers. if it was 25% cheaper this would be a consistent return, but did not live up to the hype. Definitely worth a try but not quite it.

Went in to order 4 burgers and 3 sides. Very busy but we were made to feel like the only people they were serving. Food was amazing.

Have had to change to 1* star, ordered tonight at 9:30pm, store closed at 10:30pm, 11pm on uber eats support said they can’t contact store contact, no order delivered, very disappointed, regular customer, won’t be back unfortunately

Food OK, brought on the buy one get one free deal, but got charged double. Told the driver at delivery, hoped for contact from Smokeys to apologise and rectify the problem. Phoned the shop the next, guy on the phone knew about the problem, said that they were dealing with it. I asked how long it would take to return my money he didn't know, I asked to speak to the manager, guy went off to speak with him. I could hear him speaking ti the manager, when he came back to the phone, I was told 3_5 working days. I told him I wasn't happy with that and asked to speak with the manager, he refused to come to the phone. Not a happy customer...First and Last time I will order from here

Ordered food on a bogof deal and for charged the full amount of £90 when I only should have been charged £45 . Rang the shop to explain and the manager was so rude. Would definitely not use these Guys again. And the food was dry. Not a happy customer😡

Dinky little shop Lush burgers chip portions could be slightly bigger but will definitely be going again 👌

Second time here and just as impressed as the first. Excellent high quality burger, husband and I had Inferno burger and triple cooked chips. The chips are scrumptious, so different from other burger places ( not that I frequent them!) Inferno is very spicy and will burn your mouth if not used to it.

Visited late one Saturday evening after a 6 hour drive. Staff were very friendly. Fantastic selection of burgers at reasonable prices. I customised my burger no issue. Tripple cooked Chips were delicious. Will definitely visit again when we are next in Poole.

Disappointing really. Flamed Grilled Burgers sounds very tempting isn't it?Its false advertising really because you don't get anything different than just a very simple burger which you get in tesco's or lidls. We just ordered two burgers through uber eat and paid a bit over £20 and burgers were nothing that you would go for again. I am really really disappointed :( Had quite different expectations. I would really love to put a nice review but just can't. Hopefully they'll improve the quality in the future and put more care into their business. Get some hints from 7 Bone and don't mean to be rude. Looking forward to try better burger. Menu looks great just need to improve the quality. Good luck, guys

I order from smokey quite regular, and my order hasn't been delivered. I called them and what they said was quite shocking, the guy from Smoke's said they run out of food, and closed the shop and he couldn't help me out with my order, cause their system was out too. Unfortunately seems that this place is losing its grip, not as it used to be.

Didn't get what we paid for, called and asked for it to be sent again, driver returned with half of what we paid for, called again to be told we were lying about what we were delivered. Told to apply for a refund because it would take them past their closing time to deliver it again. Used to be a great place and really worth the money but had more and more issues of late... Wouldn't waste your time unless you want to be hungry, called a liar and waiting 2 days + for a refund 👍

I love this place but god I've literally just had a takeaway from you guys, I asked for garlic mayo (I understand it's an easy mistake) but you put chilli on my bun 😭🥵. I can't deal with that burn I'm afraid so ate not even half my burger. The burger meat itself is normally juicy and just delish, something went wrong today because I was not getting any juices it was a little dry and bland. However, your battered rings were the best and I was happy munching them. As well as your chips. But man I so wanted a burger 🤧😪 (It's hot and I feel sorry for your chefs, I couldn't do their job. I'll be back again as 99.9% of the time you are an outstanding takeaway)

My wife ordered 2 meals from here today, arrival was said to be 17.50, did not arrive, then message saying sorry delivery now 18 20, why, then it turned up luke warm, my wife's chips not there, burger gone mushy, not good, they said they would get the chips but was too late, so they said they would refund £4.60, when?

We ordered 2 x buckin’ bronco beef burgers, some fries and onion rings. The food was amazing - burgers. The burgers were medium rare - perfect! We haven’t had burgers this good since we were in NYC. Onion rings and fries were also incredible. ONLY slight complaint was that we asked for no salad in one of the burgers but it came with salad. Delivery time was spot on. Ordered via UberEats. Thanks guys, awesome food! Will order again. :)

Updated review from 5 stars to 1!!!! Never really had THAT many issues over the years but last few times I've ordered it's always been late late and things wrong on orders. But last night I ordered through Uber eats, was told delivery would be by 21.45pm food didn't turn up until 22.29pm phoned the restaurant at 22.16 who said they would just do it now and it will be out soon. I live a 3 minute journey away, utterly useless. Chips were cold. Uber said this is all down to the restaurant which won't do anything about the poor service. place used to be good. I won't be ordering from here again. AVOID unless you want to order 2hrs before.

First time using Smokey’s. Disappointed, not as described and overpriced. ‘Salad’ was a slice of tomato, Piri mayonnaise non existent, bun comparable with one that had been in freezer…. Crumbly !! Will definitely not be visiting again!

Update from my previous review which had 5 stars to 1 now... I order from smokeys quite regular. This time, in both mine and my wife's salads there was meat that I think was off, it had a rotten taste!!! ... I had to throw it away!!! As much as I liked their food, I am afraid I won't do it again. On the other side, I ordered a large portion of cheese chips and I got a small one. Called back and they said they changed recently and have only one size ... even if the prices I paid was the same as before, the portion of chips was a small one, not medium as they said on the phone... Unfortunatly seems that this place is loosing their grip, not as it used to be.

I live on Ashley Road about a 30 second drive. My double cheese burger was cold and the bread roll was hard around the edges. Wedges were warm at best. This place has gone downhill.

Food has for the most part been ok (not as good as it used to be which is a shame!) but recently it is always late! If you can't deliver in the estimated time, allow longer. There is never an apology for the delays and its always us chasing for updates. If I could give zero stars I would. Edited to add... When calling the order through it is always a different price!

Wow. This was our 1st order with smokeys. Husband ordered on website to be delivered. Delivery was on time. And the burgers were amazing. Food was still hot. Will definitely be ordering with smokeys again. Highly recommend

Ordered on the Just Eat app. Forgot the coleslaw! Read your orders properly, if you don’t you lose custom? Food standard, nothing to shout home about, won’t return again I’m afraid.

Order done with friends on just eat. 2 hours to get delivered. When order arrived no chips and no drinks. So £46 for 4 burgers and some cheese bites. Waiting to see if refund comes through.

Food was so cold the cheese hadn’t even melted. Not sure how though as it had clearly been on the grill longer than was needed.

Ordered from here on the 1st of November. We rang up for collection and they guy on the phone said it would be ready in 5 mins which we thought was pretty quick considering we ordered two burgers etc. When we got the food home both burgers were so pink. I mean it just looked like it was cooked for 2 mins to make the outside look done. It was raw meat and in result of that I was really ill all day yesterday. I would not recommend and would maybe put in a request for some new chefs

Tasty food, not for one on a health kick, but they aren't trying to be

I brought a take away on the 2nd of July. They took my money and the food never turned up. I was waiting for 2 hours. I had nothing to eat that whole day so was really looking forward to it. I phoned up on the 3rd of July and explained the situation. The man said sorry and he will refund it within 3 days. I had no refund and waited gave them a chance. I then phoned up again on the 9th of July to be told that the manager would call me back. Its now the 15th and I've had no calls nothing. And now they won't/can't even answer the phone. Normally a lovely food place but they are money grabbers!! Avoid!

Best burger I've had in ages. 1/2lb trucker with pulled pork, it was ridiculously good. Fantastic delivery guy too, James in the sexy Smart car is always great!

1st ever order tonight. Love the fact the food isn't greasy. Great portion sizes and prices are reasonable. Delivery was spot on time and I've never heard my boys talk so much about how much they enjoyed the burgers. Don't change your cook. Will definitely order again

Wow ! Flame grilled Burgers at their best ! Don't have the opportunity to order for delivery as I live too far away but its certainly worth the drive ...The Burgers were stunning and full of flavour / chorizo/ jalapeño and barbecue sauce etc ....Hot wings were fantastic ...alot of places make the mistake of making these too hot but these were just right and full of flavour. The portions are very generous and the filthy fries with steak were fantastic!!!! These Guys do great food and well worth a try ....just wish I lived closer !!!

With a constant change of the specials menu and filthy fries, its no wonder its rated as one of the best in Dorset. Still loving it ten years on. Happy 10th Anniversary!!!!

WARNING as yet again, place order at 17.30 and told 1 hour, 2 phone calls later its now 19.35 and food has turned up. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Will now never use again after 3 years.

The food is always great but the 1hour 30min-2hours wait after you've order via just eat is far from ideal, especially when this ends up being 30-60minutes after the arrival time you're given via the app!

Amazing burgers highly recommended to anyone fancying a good nosh on a burger! That's my personal opinion, give it a go!

Whenever the family orders from Smokey's it's always a guaranteed hit. I have never had a problem with quality quantity or delivery. A huge well-done to the team for consistency. Extremely tasty burgers. Hardest part is choosing 😋

Just sat down to our meals burger patties were like charcoal burnt will not recommend and will never eat there again tried to call them but could not get through so threw our meals in the bin even the dogs turned their noses up .discusting

Ordered 4 adult burgers and a kids meal.. Always sceptical of kids meals but this was really good value and quality. All burgers were hot and fresh and would highly recommend

Ordered chunky fries for delivery received skinny fries which neither of us like we weren’t told they were out of stock of the chunky fries as we wouldn’t have ordered. Phoned to complain told they had changed suppliers and it was all they had at the moment no offer of a refund or even an apology just hung up not impressed with the customer service. We have used them on several occasions with no issues burgers are always of a great quality as was today but let down by customer service

All time favourite burger place in Bournemouth. At the moment nothing can get close to it's quality and prices. I'll update the gallery next time I visit the place. I eat a lot of burgers so I have a very critique opinion when it comes to how good they are but I can't say anything bad about this place. Nice serving as well. Go check it out.
