Pizza Royal in Poole

Lovely kebabs and chicken nuggets. Reasonably priced and good portion sizes. Also get a lovely free garlic bread.

Ordered from here for the first time after a personal recommendation. Sadly it did not live up to the promised hype. Delivery was pretty quick but the Pizza and drink was missing from the order which left us with a grumpy kid. Nothing worse than watching people eat while you wait for yours to arrive. All the food was pretty bland and tastless and chips were over cooked for me. I felt the menu was very restricted with meal deal offers. The only kebab meal available was for a lamb donnor so if you want a chicken option you have to add the chips and drink separately so it costs more. Overall, it was ok and a bit expensive so we'll stick with our regular place. Much better places around.

£10 for a nine inch meat max pizza surely that is a rip off? The pizza itself was average, didn’t realise there was spicy beef on the pizza as advertised and the pizza was bland.

Great value nice food friendly staff worth a visit

Lovely half pound cheese burger as usual well cooked tasted going and the fried onion gives it a wonderful flavour.

We had doner kebab from there, meat was dry and tasteless, and unfortunately, we both had very bad stomach after that for 2 days. Ruined the start of our holiday. Absolutely awful!!

Waited over an hour from expected time of delivery, food arrived cold and had to be reheated at home! Clearly doing too many delivery’s at once for cold to go cold in car. When contacted got no appoligy and they just hung up. Level of service is behond poor! Will never use again!

There are a number of kebab shops and takeaways in Poole, but Pizza Royal, Hamworthy is definitely the best in terms of fast food deliciousness. Their prices are very reasonable, they provide a quick service and treat their customers like family.

My partner made us an order tonight, they have delivered it to the wrong address and refuse to give us a refund or send us out another order, we’ve been loyal customers and order from here quite frequently. But they have stitched us up. DONT ADVISE ORDERING FROM HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH !!!

Absolutely fantastic kebab meat lamb doner chicken doner lamb shish chicken shish amazing sauces. Arrived quickly and hot ,slight mistake with the order but they rectified it very quickly.. check the bags boys and then missing items would not be missed....

Ordered from Pizza Royal whilst staying at Haven Rockley Park. We met the delivery driver at the main gate. Order was delivered 20 mins early and food was very reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend

Food arrived ahead of time and was piping hot. Pizza was delicious, perfect amount of topping. Only thing that let this down was a passenger in the delivery car smoking which I'm sure goes against food hygiene rules.

Absolutely shocking service from this takeaway, during covid an to be honest not getting any better refuse to deliver to flats, called today to find out if would deliver as a fantastic food, an was told the driver is unavailable. Will be advising all family an to friends to avoid this takeaway like the plague as well as that will be raising a formal complaint with just eat.... Update as can't reply.. I have never been rude to any of your drivers, except when during covid your OAP driver coughed on my order when I refused to meet him at the door when I was home alone with a 2year old.. An I would happily speak to the daily echo about this action that was taken during a pandemic.

Dont eat fast food often, but when we do this is our number 1 choice. Food is all freshly prepared, and not had any reason to complain about anything we have ordered so far..all great quality & tasty. The staff are all very friendly & work very very hard long hours as the only day they actually close is Christmas day !! So credit where its due. Highly recommended.

Website failed to save notes order was sent and paid for cone to find order was wrong due to website not sending notes over. Refused refund or replacement and spoke to very rude on phone

Worst customer service ever sent wrong food no salad and cold chips wouldn't feed it to the dog, owner very aggressive just asked for my £20 back as sent driver with no change, thought that was fair if you not happy with a service UPDATE as you can see from owners reply not very professional no offer or apology!

Terrible service, very RUDE, Kebab is horrid taste like cardboard and to charge you extra just to have sauce on the side is ridiculous!! They also Charge to have salad on side to, don't even tell you its extra! Will never be using again. 1 star would give 0 if could have. Most unpolite people ever!

Just got delivery and the experience was amazing. Had a kebab and extra beans+chips+cheese. Obviously I like my food and if in doubt ordering from this place don't be. Food is AMAZING... fresh, nicely prepared, just great. Compliments to the chef... will be ordering again definitely....

Disgusting food, everything tastes cheap and plastic like the food looks nothing like in the pictures and the waiting times are so long. I would strongly recommend not eating here as just looking at the food could make you vomit.

Used pizza royal before and been very good but the mixed kebab I had last night was the worst I've ever had 4 pieces of chicken no sauce chilli or otherwise and no salad just loads of mayo and coleslaw..sorry but wibt be using again

Ordered via hungry house, firstly the we were immediately emailed to advise that the delivery time had been amended. this was half an hour later than the original estimated delivery time. After half an hour we then received another email advising the delivery had been further delayed by the restaurant, at this point we tried to contact pizza royal. We were unable to get through on the phone even despite trying to call every 2 mins for 40 minutes, we luckily managed to get through as we were about to jump in the car as they are only a couple of miles away from us. Upon speaking to someone at the restaurant i was told they had tried to contact me to ask me what they wanted on my kebab, and this is why the order had been delayed however we had specified this on the order after mentioning this they then said that they were busy and that's why there was a delay. TLDR - Food was mediocre, we also received the wrong pizza to top everything off, long delivery times which aren't honoured. If your hungry, want good food delivered in a acceptable time, then this isn't the takeaway for you, look for something else.

It's the best kebabs, pizza and burger shop in Poole I have been a customer here since 2009 and won't go anywhere else...
