What is there not to like? Staff here always helpful and really cheerful even first thing in the morning, great team of baristas.

Shout out to Steven working the drive through who paid for my drink when my card wasn’t working! Made my day and shows there’s good left in the world, got a smile on my face today thanks to Steven. The frappe was also lovely.

Once again a relaxing snack + delicious coffee.

I had a Mocha and cake, which was brought over to me as I have walking difficulties. I noticed that overall staff equally good to all customers so well done !

Don't drink coffee, why am I asked to review Costa coffee?

Good store, a little bit untidy but not too bad!

My costa experience was interesting, I was a bit confused with my bank card not authorised with an order but with feeling privileged when the guy said “don’t worry about paying” and gave me the cake slices. Was going to say thankyou and ask for his number as he was very fit 👀 but yeah I didn’t know x

Had to queue for space. Couldn't get disabled space. Difficulties getting into car. Had to ask kind stranger to move car for me

This is a drive though Costa, but has a nice, bright & airy seated area too. My daughter, grandson & I often meet here as it’s central between us. Staff are always efficient and friendly and it’s also inbetween large B&M, Home Bargains & a massive Iceland. Free parking too.

Never been to this Costa before but the barista who served me was lovely, gave me recommendations and has great customer skills. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but what a credit to the company 😊

I don't know what's happened at Costa Tower Park but the last 2 take outs I've ordered have been awful. The first one, the coffee, had definitely been scorched and I think they forgot to put the coffee in the second one, so I have a cup of hot milk!

I went in this evening the 8th Feb and it was really quiet. I was shocked at the state of the place. Flies literally everywhere behind the counter. While all the staff were all out the back? I watched the staff make my hot milkshake, and he took a dirty blender pop out the sink, ran some water over it, and proceeded to make my drink. There were brown stains on the jug ? We had to raise an issue of a dead fly 🪰 in our drink, then in turn, put me of drinking mine. I did ask to speak with a supervisor and made them aware as I think it is always fair that I would be informing head office

Regular at Costa drive through in Poole. Today I have received a fine of 100 £ for parking over there. Fine. Get my 60£ Parking eye, and make Costa loose a customer that was spending ££ per months. As a matter of fact, I stop getting coffe altogether ; better in my pocket than in yours. PS That has nothing to do with the staff or the service delivered by them. Never had a problem.

Great coffee food on the expensive side

Lovely friendly staff. Quick service, used drive through, so I'm not sure about indoor service and seating.

We were served by a lovely person named Steven who was extremely helpful & patient with our order. He was very polite & friendly with a warm welcoming smile. I hope to have him serve us again.

This used to be really good with the regular staff members. A different team this time and it was awful. Almost empty in terms of customers but nearly every table had used trays left on them and dirty and nobody was dealing with this. My tea was lukewarm and there were flies everywhere.

Had a lovely lunch with a friend despite a rather happy couple throwing cream at each other and the entire floor and my leg, people can be a little selfish at times but other than that it was really nice

Would of given this place 0 stars if could. We went there before 3pm and they closed the main shop even though they were open until 6pm. I’m a regular Costa person but things like this make me want to go back to Starbucks. Been looking at the reviews and want to know why this one hasn’t been shut down or the staff fired yet. Appaulling !!

This used to be a nice place to stop off at, now it's gone downhill. The staff don't listen properly and tried to give the order ro me whilst it was incomplete (twice) ignored me when I tried to tell them that fact, the sandwich was burnt and the muffin was so dry not moist and the flavour of the coffee was weaker than before, overall I won't be coming back here for a long time, and then it'll only be to see if things have improved. It's quite sad as other costa shops are so much better than this.

Enjoyed a bit quieter morning with a plant based hot chocolate with plant based cream on the top... If you're lucky enough and this Costa is not full with people you can really have a good catch-up with your friends

Lovely selection of food not as much for someone with a nut allergy

The coffee tastes really bitter, not nice at all. On three occasions I’ve ordered a cappuccino and they have all tasted the same, really bitter and undrinkable. I’ve had plenty of other costa coffees and they certainly don’t taste extremely bitter. When I spoke to the manager, she was quite defensive and said it was fine and maybe I should add syrup or a sweetener! I don’t take sugar in coffee and shouldn’t need to add it. Unfortunately a really poor experience here. I don’t usually leave reviews but the price is expensive enough so I’d expect my coffee to be drinkable. Certainly will avoid this place in future. Staff were not very friendly and I asked quite politely and friendly for a replacement coffee which still tasted sour and bitter. Manager was very dismissive and not understanding. Coffee should certainly not taste that bad especially when it’s Costa, they should know better. Will not be returning here in future. Very disappointing service.

Avoid this one. Been a few times while shopping at the nearby stores and had various problems every time which made us feel uncomfortable to complain but we did and it wasn't resolved very well at all and the whole point to go here is to relax - not to have confrontation. No apologies for example is a common feature each time. There are much better branches at Broadstone and Holes bay. Do yourself a favour and go there instead!

We usually get drive through coffee on the way somewhere, the coffee is on, not great and there are usually coffee grounds in the bottom of your drink, especially if you get it iced. Very sad to see staff refilling the syrup bottles with water when we were waiting on our order. I mean honestly?! The coffee is expensive enough as it is and you’re charged for extra shots! However I can say the service in general is very good and extremely polite.

Slow service , not the staff fault as only 2 working 1 on the counter and 1 on drive thru

They’re always a bit sloppy, the drinks are never as good and other costa shops. They also ran out of the big straws for the bubble drinks so they gave me a spoon!! I asked for a refund!

First of all, service was bad, kinda rude, they kept getting our order wrong and looked at us funny when we waited for our order to be corrected. Secondly, the sausage bap, the sausages looked pale and almost anaemic. In hind sight this should have been my sign to go back and trust my gut it wasn’t good. I’m a very regular costa customer, but now I don’t think I’ll ever be returning. Gave me horrific food poisoning. If I could have given 0 stars for food I would.

A young girl who gets stressed under pressure was on this day. They had a new member of staff who was doing there best and she was making sure they knew they were doing wrong. This young lady needs to learn to work as a team and not make herself center of attention. Dropping items leaving products on the floor and her face she needs to learn to smile. I feel this young girl could do with some more training with customers services. The wait was very long considering it was quite. (Good luck for summer holidays)

I was served by Eron this morning and although I could see she had a lot to deal with she still had time to keep me informed of any delays with a smile on her face and got to me as quickly as she could. It was busy and being at the front of the till she was calm under fire and I don't think they (Eron especially) get enough credit for that, all while serving and making coffee.

The service I got from Eron I wouldn’t be happier would definitely recommend! Always nice to have a chat and laugh

Good for coffee and a quick bite after shopping

I arrived on the 10th of April around 1600 and was served by a guy called noah he was very rude and looked miserable the service was very slow it took roughly 15 minutes to get a coffee and there wasn't any ventilation and very hot and stuffy, will not return.

70% percent of the time my flat white it’s terrible, milk burned, weak, with skimmed milk etc. 30% of the time it’s how its supposed to be. I buy coffee there every day and if I return the coffee they give me the look like what do you expect. I want the coffee how Costa claims to make it. I don’t want to come back to complain after I have driven off with the coffee, I don’t have the time.

Considering how busy the store was the girl who served me (Jessica) was so polite and knowledgable and made me feel that nothing was no trouble. The store was also implementing the covid-19 requirements.

Went through the drive through on the 15th Nov and asked for 3 hot chocolates. Went round to the window and to collect and pay- we received 1 and paid for one. We advised the young girl that we asked for 3(there was literally 3 of us in the car) she looked at us and rudely said well I only heard 1 hot chocolate. We said we defiantly asked for 3. The young girl said we are understaffed (not our problem) well pay for the other 2 wait in the bay and we will bring them out. There was absolutely no need to be rude. Working in customer service we all get stuff wrong but don't need to get snarky about it.

Couldn't use the free coffee from last Friday's visit as the App was playing up (apparently Costa had done something their end???), So we still got a free coffee as the person behind the counter honoured it! Great service! 👍

My mother inlaw is disabled and in a chair and the entrance door is heavy to open and on the way out the metal lip on the door is not attached and bent up so we are always struggling to get in and ot... Not disabled friendly

Costa used to be really good. But nowadays we rarely receive a cappuccino that isn't a latte ie way too much milk. The sausage bap we ordered was barely luke warm which is worrying as it is reheated. Even the butter on it hadn't melted properly. Place needs a supervisor!

Usually really good I know you have to train new staff. But polite would of been nice. I got asked for my order. Every item the girl said WOT really made me angry 😠.

Amazing service from ERON and ELLA can not fault there friendliness and service always welcoming and helpful. Sorted out my complaint quickly and efficiently. Always smiling and happy and drinks are perfect 👍💙

Maybe next time you could actually hire staff to serve your customers in store, rather than ignoring them to serve the drive through!?

Visited in a morning when just opened. All round good but if there's a rush on with the drive through seated customers indoors do tend to suffer with quality of service

Very convenient location for a drive through, clean and good staff. Sitting inside there is normally plenty of seats to choose from, but service can be a little bit slow due to the drive thru side of the business.

Absolutely shocking, if I could give zero stars I would, avoid this branch! my friend went in to buy 2 caramel latte coffee take outs, (didn’t use drive thru) three times he failed to put the caramel in and didn’t put the coffee in a take away cup as requested, by the 3rd attempt at having the coffee made incorrectly my friend had had enough, Paid £6.20 and no coffee at the end of it. maybe costa could put the money she paid for the coffee toward Robbie’s staff training, it was the simplest order. We Won’t be going back to this branch again!

Best Costa we have been to I have not had a tepid substandard drink here yet this is a most reliable Costa. I have always had a quality hot chocolate and cortado this Costa is especially good with plenty of space and seating.

It's our local. Sometimes good sometimes bad. If they give me a boiling hot babycino for my 4year old again, I may throw it back through window!

Stick to making coffee your ice drinks are diabetes in a cup

The staff are always friendly and on the ball and even if they aren't they apologise and move swiftly on. The only issue is the layout for the drive through, possibly if it had been the other way round would've made a difference as it can make getting in the car park an issue, even for those trying to get to the other shops.

Visited here today and will not be going back for a while. We watched a staff member clear three trays off of three dirty tables - not a spray in sight and she never returned to wipe them down at all. By the time we left other people were already sitting at them believing that if they were clear of trays they had been wiped down. Not quite the covid measures that they advertise and that are supposed to be followed. Coffee good, though!

No bread, very very very limited gluten free foods!

Quick service sometimes a bit of a queue during obvious busy times but it's always moving so can't complain too much

I’ve had more wrong orders here than correct ones. Seem to suffer badly from syrup-amnesia and giving you whatever hot coffee they happen to have lying around. Use if you’re desperate.

Super busy cafe, queues are always long when I go there. I decided to park up and go in instead. Got my order wrong but couldn't be bothered to drive all the way back as only noticed it at home.

Service was good however ....the breakfast was stone cold and appeared to have egg mayo on it and my bacon roll was without any ketchup so was as dry as a chip but was so hot and I mean hot I could barely touch it....did they heat that one twice 😳
