Myself & my wife of 27 years used to drive up from Raleigh rd in wallisdown as they don’t deliver on there website & always good. My partner passed away in January so placed & order with our daughter and was sadly disappointed this evening

The food is alright, but expensive, especially when you add on service charge and delivery, £20 for a burger and wedges is outrageous.

Unfortunately food was stone cold, it was cold before it left the shop, you could see this by the fact the cheese hadn't even melted on the burger. Very disappointed especially as I normally love the food here.

One of the burgers was missing the extra ingredient that we ordered, and the cheesy chips were missing the cheese

Just dreadful. Literally dripping in grease and shoved together. Even the boxes were soaked in grease. Will never order from here again.

Unfortunately all items were cold. Just Eat needs to provide better insulated carriers to keep the food hot. The order took one hour and ten minutes to arrive. The filthy fries were all squashed together and stuck to the lining paper inside the cardboard container.

The inferno burger was amazing, first time eating from Smokey’s. Definitely ordering again

The tracker did not work so we had no idea what time it would arrive. It was just frozen which was very frustrating!

Ordered a chicken burger for £8, you’d expect a decent amount of chicken in there. No, the chicken was so thin and small!

Got Smokey’s loads before. On time but took 1 hour 20 mins for some burgers and chips to arrive which is ridiculous. Delivery forgot a bottle of Coke and we paid for a half pounder and ended up with a quarter pounder so genuinely disappointed.

ETA 7.40 - 8pm, arrived at 8.30pm which was over an hour and a half after ordering. Website said it was on its way 15 minutes before it had left the shop. Tasted good, chips have improved in quality but decreased in size. Burger was good.

Fantastic service. The delivery driver initially forgot our drink but as soon as she realised she drove back with it within 5 mins without a prompt. Food was amazing - fries crispy and burgers just perfect. Highly recommend.

NOT WHAT I ORDERED, BUT DELICIOUS! I gave 5 stars because delivery was great and the food I got was delicious. However, it was not the burger I had ordered which appears on the order online. I ordered the Weekly Special Burger, 1/4 with barbecue sauce and mushrooms. I hope the person whose sandwich I got didn't get cheated to receive mine! What I got was the following: 1/4 burger on a seeded bun with fried chicken on it, plus bacon, cheese, mushrooms,a fried onion ring, and spicy sauce. As I said,it was not what I ordered, but it was delicious. I had also ordered a side of fried onion rings, which I got and they were good also.

Since I moved to poole I have almost become a regular here, the burgers are good but their selection is immense, you can put almost all toping you can think of on any burger of your choice. And the quality seems to be fairly consistant.

Was a hour and a half late and was trying to ring for 20 mins with nobody answering the phone so drove up there and collected it in the end because i didnt know if it was even coming or not.

All items accounted for and very delicious. Would highly recommended.

These are the best takeaway burgers I've ever had. I ordered the Miss Piggy beef burger and my girlfriend got the Spicy Stripper beef burger. We were both extremely impressed, we drove for 40 minutes to get these burgers and they were well worth the trip. I'll definitely be going again.

Had 1/4lb Jolly Ranch Burger and onion rings. Absolutely delicious burger with a lovely thick slice of Smokey bacon in it , plenty of cheese and just the right amount of relish. Onion rings beautifully crispy. Delivery time was good, especially as it's a Saturday night and I live about 3-4 miles from the place. I I don't very often fancy a burger but when I do, this is the number one place to buy one.

I love your food, but to night i sent it to wrong address! But when you realised not me! Your driver called checked i got it wrong she brought it too at the right address. So i would like too say thank you too her and bless her for doing that!!

Driver stood by garden gate, looking it over for about 5 minutes as if he couldn't work out how to get in. We have a very simple normal lift latch on there. It's not that difficult, and you can see it sticking up over the top of the gate, which is just 4 feet tall. Really don't know what his problem is. We thought he was going to leave at one point.

Ive been ordering here for at least 12 years i dont know if they have sold up or just trying a new recipe but oh my got its horrible not the smokeys i remember, just your average roadside burger. I wont be ordering for a long time now if ever again im afraid

Food was great as usual. Only downside was I ordered triple cooked cheesy chips and just got normal chips. 2nd time it’s happened. So food is spot on. They just need to up their game on “quality control”.

Very friendly and pleasant delivery, followed instructions. Food tasty, not as hot as I had hoped, a little too salty. Ordered Chicken burger including bleu cheese... Could not detect any bleu cheese if it was there. Everything else fine. Would it be possible to have a bigger bun when the sandwich has so many ingredients?

Speedy delivery, ahead of time! Good to see cardboard packaging being used. Beef burger very tasty but chicken burger sadly chewy and all items were only luke warm. Shame as has put us off using again.

Food from here is always good. Me and my daughter have it when no one is home, home alone Smokey’s, Is what we call it. I work for a catering company called olive catering service and we are world wide and one of our teams work at St George’s park and feeds the England football team, this food from Here is really good and really friendly team, me and Daughter love it, wish we could eat it more often, well done Smokey’s. Customers for life here.

A very dry burger and soggy old chips. Sounds far better in the description than in real life sadly. Very disappointed.

Tasty food, only criticism i would give is that the food needs better insulation as it can be a touch on the cold side however, the taste more than makes up for it.
