The spiced fries, Hawaiian pizza, and the chicken kebab package in pita bread (includes regular-cut chips and a can of drink) are what we ordered to go. Everything is quite good in portions and freshness, and the flavor is quite good. (The 1/2-pound burgers are double-meat, everything is fresh, but the bun is quite plain, and they don't heat it, so they're not our top choice.) Otherwise, the people who serve us are serious, but polite, efficient, and quick with their service. I do recommend it for the chicken doner kebab and the spiced fries, and definitely the pizzas. That is, take cash, not a card.

Absolute terrible customer service in this place… very slow unfriendly staff who barely even talk to you and look at you like you aren’t even human. Food is clearly frozen and not fresh. They can’t cook properly Place is dirty. Seriously need a refurbishment and new staff. If it carry’s on, we need to take it to the council as it’s such a shame they ruin the park experience

So disappointing! I was here for the medics v marines charity match. This is an annual event that always encourages a busy crowd. Match great but there was not enough bar staff to serve a busy ground. Ales ran out, stout ran our, only lager and cider available. Come on Albion get this sorted out. This is an annual event. You know how many people to expect. Please don’t disappoint!

We all had been in the City Centre for a while and the Grand-Daughter requested a Babycino. As we were wandering past Costa we took the opportunity to satisfy her request. Nice and Friendly, Efficient Staff on duty as we ordered the aforementioned Babycino, Decaf Flat White, Latte and Two Hot Chocooates. All freshly prepared and that typical smooth Costa Taste.

We’ve never been to a full on high street mega Harry Ramsden restaurant, only to what we presumed were branded franchise chip cafes at motorway service stations, most recently but still a decade or more ago at Exeter. The Plymouth/Devonport delivery only arrangement is I suppose one further down the ladder but it has all the regalia. We’d been gardening and drinking and this was the local delivery option with the least waiting time and an air of reliability. We could have but didn’t bother tracking but they arrived much quicker than expected. Tidy robust paper bag, no fancy insulation but the contents were still hot and there were surplus handfuls of salt finger and sauce sachets. (Much better than those places that wrap crisp fried stuff in plastic that leaves it all soggy and steamy when it arrives!). The fish was marginally dry and the coatings of the scampi a bit hardened but the meal wasn’t bad for what we paid. All these things are enhanced by copious amounts of decent ale and outdoor plonk.

really nice and welcoming staff, i was served straight away. the team were really good with having a conversation rather than treating me like i’m just some extra money in their pocket. the shop itself is welcoming with nice decorations and a clearly hygienic area. The food was served quickly and tasted absolutely amazing, all very hot as well. So affordable and so good. Th-nkyou!

I went to the café with my son today and the staff didn't greet us. We had been ignored for 5 minutes, both of staffs were making coffee. When I reached the point I asked a staff with my angry voice, "can I order food please!" they were surprised about my emotion. I asked the staff what it is on this toasty menu? The name of the cheese or jam? I wasn't sure, the staff answered, it a toasty with his unsmiling and unhelpful voice then he said " that is name of the chilli jam". I paid my order, he didn't say THANK YOU! Food was very nice. My son and I enjoyed the food. It's really shame for that their food supplier worked hard to produce their product, but the café staff were not great customer service.
