2 Hr wait for food ! Rang twice to see where it was , was told on way . Went down to collect in the end friends had to litrallty take theirs home . Nowhere on website said under New management ! When we did eventually get food it was cold .

Had food missing from my order, was told the only resolution was for me to drive down and collect it (whilst I should b eating the food I had!!!) or drive down for a cash refund as they don’t know how to refund via card which is how I paid. They were very rude and unhelpful and were clearly doing their best to benefit from ripping me off. The food I had was pretty poor, the chips where stale, way too much salt on everything, the wings were dry and other food was served with vegetables that look like they had been picked off the floor or drenched in tasteless sauce. Waste of money and will never go back.

have used several times this time part of my order was missing phoned up to be told at first yes it was there eventually agreed to send out the missing order which took 50 minutes so by then other had gone cold shall not use again

Stopped by on the off-chance and the service was ok. But The food was well below average. Chips were dry and had clearly been warmed up and the rest of the order was just about warm(ish) - and cold within about half a dozen mouthfuls. Didn’t enjoy it at all and won’t be going back. Pretty much chucked it all in the bin.

No where near as good as it used to be sammy was the best who ever has toke over is given him a bad name

Absolutely fantastic meal from here. Phoned order in then collected it. What fantastic service with a beautiful smile. The meal was amazing

Terribly disappointing , never ordered before and wouldn’t order again . All 3 of my family said the same . Warm food , crispy chilli chicken so hard couldn’t bite into it never had a separate sauce before, special fried rice sauce was anemic and tasteless, bbq spare ribs had barely any meat, noodles looked and tasted awful and chips were warm and dry So wished we had ordered from somewhere else, most of it went in the bin Wish we had looked at the ratings first , being in lockdown we had little option on takeaways but would never order from here again Prawn crackers were the best thing but that’s because they didn’t cook them, just dropped them in the pan

Customer service was not the best the lady behind the counter just snatched the money with no thank you as if it was a inconvenience for her to take money. food was ok not perfect stuff missing . Will not go back .

As soon as I got in, all I could hear was a horrendous roar of raised voices and what sounded like arguing from the kitchen. Then I asked for a portion of cheesy chips which was on the menu and thought I’d try it out. I have a lot of allergies such as eggs, poultry, most meat etc etc and everywhere I order from I explain that I have allergies to X Y Z and ask for there to be no cross contamination etc. It’s usually absolutely fine but I have been caught out a few times so always ask and check that they are fully aware. The man behind the counter just threw both arms up in the air and said abruptly ‘ wot ya mean? ‘ I then explained again, and he said no it should be fine, then asked what happens when I eat eggs, I said I’m sick for about 5, 6 hours to which he just laughed. I was tempted to cancel it and walk out but I thought I’d see what the food was like. £3.20 for cheesy chips resulted in a bag of chips with a tiny amount of cheese on the top, so when you poured the chips out onto a plate you only had a small amount of cheese in the corner. Will not return! £2.80 for cheesy chips over at Francines, with supremely better quality of food - and wonderfully friendly and respectful staff, I know where I shall be going in future. Disgraceful attitude !!

So disappointed with our food delivery, dried up and unacceptable, when we complained, I had to listen to arguing in their kitchen, however owner came to pick up our meal, he did not leave a full refund, in order to get the remainder of our refund we had to order again on another occasion, but they would not replace the meal they had collected, because in his own words 'I would complain again' In fairness to the takeaway I have ordered before without a problem, but on this occasion the food was dreadful and so was their customer service, I will not be ordering from them again.

Very nice Chinese takeaway. Ordered on a busy Friday night and food was ready for collection at the correct time. Everything was tasty and well cooked.

Iv ordered from here through just eat, it is advisable to order direct or you could be waiting sometime. The food is nice and tasty. Not the best but good for the price range.

We have ordered from here a few times and have always been very satisfied with our orders, the collection time is brilliant the food is always ready and still hot! Very friendly staff, I highly recommend this takeaway shop

Enjoyed another excellent takeaway from here. Had the set meal for 2.This is unusual for a takeaway as it allows you to choose any 2 dishes from the extensive menu to make up the meal Have now tried various combinations and have not been disappointed. Now our favorite Plymouth takeaway.

I had a grand opening menu delivered thought I would try ,excellent food ,good service, I've had a few Chineses and I have finally found the best .it is a takeaway with a delivery service

Functional but friendly Chinese takeaway well done St Levan Road. Fairly standard menu, average Plymouth prices but an occasional temporary meal deal.
