We all had been in the City Centre for a while and the Grand-Daughter requested a Babycino. As we were wandering past Costa we took the opportunity to satisfy her request. Nice and Friendly, Efficient Staff on duty as we ordered the aforementioned Babycino, Decaf Flat White, Latte and Two Hot Chocooates. All freshly prepared and that typical smooth Costa Taste.

We were meeting the wife’s Mum and she preferred the Costa just outside the Drake Circus Mall. Great choice as it turned out. It was an early Coffee and so we had a Bacon Roll & Croissant to go with our Coffees of Flat White & Latte. Excellent Service from the the Two Baristas on duty and the place was spotlessly clean. Great Coffee and the food was top notch as well. Free WiFi is available as is plenty of Seating on two floors. Due to the ongoing Roadworks the outside seating isn’t available.

Came here Saturday for a cheeky coffee Staff were so friendly and polite all had good vibes Coffee was 5 star as per Can not fault any costa I've been too

Visited last week with my friend in the morning for toast and coffee for breakfast, they didn't have any toast, either someone forgot to order it, bad job

Har ni precis kommit till Plymouth eller ska ni snart åka vidare så stanna till här för kaffe och smörgås. Jag rekommenderar deras baconmacka.

Dirty restaurant and found some plastic in my iced mocha drink... almost broke my bracelet as I was chewing it thinking it was ice but it was something white plastic. Don't come here.

Slow service as had to wait 25 minutes in queue that was a couple meters long .. So dirty with tables not clean , dirty dishes just left ..

Absolutely terrible service no organisation nor good customer service. They got my order wrong told me its on its way still half an hour later they said they'd speak to uber. 20mins later "still speaking to uber" another 15mins later they refuse to pick up the phone. No offer of a refund or to be resent a fresh order. Get the staff needs sacking. You have monkeys behind that counter!!!

Absolutely appalled, whist I was ordering, my elderly mother was asked to leave her seat as some kids wanted it. Waiter was so very rude to us and completely unreasonable. Avoid like the plague.

Visited costa on the 17th September 2020,went into the toilet and slipped with the amount of toilet tissue and water on the floor, the toilet room was poor hygiene and staff wasn’t much better, won’t be going back

As much as i love costa today not a good one.coffee was a very week flat white not up to the standards and on top of that very fed up coffee assistant .girl in a pink hair forced me to have it in a take away cup although i said i have a seat by the window....poor service today:(

Called in to my usual costa today , ordered 2 cappuccino got 2 cups of liquid that no way resembles cappuccino.The girl remade mine twice it was just the same!! Won't use this drive thru again.

Whilst the Coffee in this Costa is the same high quality and the prices standard for Costa, the cleanliness and customer service isn’t quite the usual Costa Standard.............mind you a lot of that could well be down to the clientele.

Esta fue la primera visita para mí en esta COSTA, junto al reloj de sol en PLYMOUTH. No volveré a molestarme, eran alrededor de las 4 de la tarde a mitad de semana, fui atendido de inmediato por un tipo amigable con un buen enfoque y trato. Después de buscar entre la basura y las mesas llenas de tazas y vasos vacíos, por fin encontré uno que quité, el peor café con filtro que he probado, Luke tibio e insípido. Uno para echar de menos, definitivamente necesita mirar y revisar sus bebidas. Tal vez más capacitación del personal para hacer un café de descenso.

Así que hoy fui a Costa como lo hago normalmente, pedí un café y algo de comida para llevar y el personal siempre es muy educado y acogedor, ¡no puedo darles el crédito suficiente! Ahora, salgo y casi dentro de un segundo una gaviota me quita la toastie y la demuele instantáneamente. . así que volví a pedir otro y poco sabía, habían visto el incidente y ya tenían uno prácticamente esperándome cuando volví a entrar. Fui a pagar y me dijeron "no seas tonto" y honestamente puedo decir que fue mi día. Realmente aprecio el amable personal y, aunque es solo una chuleta, un poco de amabilidad nos ayuda mucho, ¡así que gracias chicos! (¿Ojalá pudiera recordar tus nombres?)

Fuimos a tomar un café aquí, el personal fue muy poco servicial, el café no era muy bueno, parece que hay una costa por donde se mire y todos son iguales, sin importar lo que sucediera en las pequeñas tiendas de café donde te trataron con una sonrisa y una sonrisa. Buenos días señor, no un sí, ¿qué quieres? ! ! ! ! !

I was having an awful day shopping so I went into costa and started browsing around. I was greeted by the loveliest memebers of staff that managed to lift my mood and create an atmosphere for me to be at peace with myself and rid of my negative feelings. The food was hot and delicious not discounting from the fact the hot chocolate was phenomenal! They even added a millionaire shortbread cake to make my day feel even better. I can only thank them for making my experience such an amazing one :)Thank you

We had just enjoyed a lovely meal and as we strolled back to our mode of transport stopped off at one of the original Costa Coffee Outlets. Busy busy as all Costas seem to be and we ordered and received our freshly prepared Latte’s. Coffees were as usual at Costa very good, but I feel that this particular outlet at the time of our visit was in need of more staff. We sat upstairs and the few empty tables were overflowing with used crockery & the whole area was in need of a good clean.

Nearer to the heart of things than most of the Costa franchises, this one has a prime corner site at the top of town looking towards the main entrance to the small shopping precinct called Drake Circus. It offers some outside seating under a high concrete canopy and is one of those places passed by most folk using Plymouth’s retail centre. When I first saw this new listing it gave the address George Street which was virtually obliterated in WWII although there is another in Devonport. This coffee shop is in fact on the southern corner of a Old Town Street and New George Street in the partially pedestrianised zone and close to the taxi rank. It is not as big as the numbering suggests and is a routine Costa which I would guess may have been here a decade. It is usually busy and seems to attract families as well as a high number of foreign, particularly male students. The coffee is the same as at all other Costas and the range of food. Sadly I find the Costa formula a bit more expensive than I’d like and the atmosphere pretty humdrum but it evidently appeals to lots of people. Maybe the very recent takeover of Costa by the Coca Cola corp will I hope inject a bit of verve.
