Mystic Pizza in Plymouth

The spiced fries, Hawaiian pizza, and the chicken kebab package in pita bread (includes regular-cut chips and a can of drink) are what we ordered to go. Everything is quite good in portions and freshness, and the flavor is quite good. (The 1/2-pound burgers are double-meat, everything is fresh, but the bun is quite plain, and they don't heat it, so they're not our top choice.) Otherwise, the people who serve us are serious, but polite, efficient, and quick with their service. I do recommend it for the chicken doner kebab and the spiced fries, and definitely the pizzas. That is, take cash, not a card.

Food was poor. Spuds were cold. Pizza was dry and got delivered in a bag on the slide. Not flat in hand. Over all not good at all. Won’t be getting for there again. Disappointed.

Have been here once before a while ago .Went here mainly for the hot and spicy Pizza which was really nice plus a few other things which were good. One of the best Pizzas to my tastes in Plymouth . More enjoyable than the chain takeaways. Good service too

Some of the best chicken had in a long time. Pizza was great. But order spoilt as spicy potatoes came with chilli sauce and garlic mayo which we didn't ask for, therefore most of this was eaten.

spicy spuds were stale. no one could eat them. the salad on kebabs was brown and old! our last 3 orders have been shocking when we always used these before. 3 different orders which have been awful so no more orders for us.

The food is great sometimes it’s seems a bit rushed but if they’ve got a lot of orders then fair enough. My issue is the app isn’t updated on the progress of orders they just turn up late or early, the price difference from the app to in store is like £2.50 in some cases mostly it’s £1.50 plus delivery fee plus a service charge, personally not worth ordering if your local just go in and get it probably save about £4-£5

Excellent food, always arrives on time and in good condition.

If you are Lover of hot food don't bother with place. Food arrived cold and late. Can't tell what the food would have tasted like but wasn't good in the state it arrived. Even worse when you try to speak to them they have no interest in helping you. Order hot food because cooker is broken, still hungry, sad and out of pocket.

I ordered a 9" spicy chicken pizza + ex chicken toppings. I could count on one hand the amount of chicken on it. I have had many pizzas from mystic over the years. This was by far the worst pizza, seriously lacking chicken. Will not be ordering from them again. Sorry!

Food was lovely, and nice and hot.

Pizza was warm/cold. Kebab was the same. Spuds was at a decent temperature so all in all not good. Shame as always been good before

Food tasted like it had been re heated and was cold. Normally a really good kebab from here. Had to make something else to eat. Really disappointing.

The food was so greasy we couldn’t eat it and the burger was a soggy mess! Also you might want to change the name of your spicy spuds as there’s no spice to them at all they’re just fried potato

Probably one of the best Pizza's I had while in Plymouth. Service is quick as well. We tried the spicy chicken pizza twice in two days. Loved it that much..

Food was good as always, however the delivery driver seemed quite rude and in a rush.

It was absolutely delicious, it was recommended to me and I will be recommending to others. To put simply, just place and order and then thank the staff when you are stuffed from a lovely meal.

Mystic pizza has always been the best pizza place in town, I don't know why they've limited their options recently, still better than pizza hut or Stoke grill. My go to pizza place anytime. Always loads of topping and delicious.

I bought a larg mix donar kebab tonight the size absolutely shocking, not even the size of small kebab, charged £9 I called the shop staff told me that's how we sale.

Delivery driver is useless I have a toddler and a dog that will run out and the driver stands outside my front garden wall waving the bag expecting me to walk out barefoot and leave my son in the house on his own. Done this numerous times now only driver I have ever had a problem with!

First time ordering from Mystic, Well what can I say, it was one of the most tastiest pizza I have ever had. Loaded with toppings and cheese and the pizza dough it was just perfection. Our new place to go for takaway pizza

Half a tray of spicy spuds, only open 15 minutes but was told we couldn't have any spuds as delivery only. Had 1 good experience here and thought we had found a gem but what kebab shop doesn't have spicy spuds made up ready to go and to prioritise delivery orders over walk-ins. Nevermind.

My family order from here regularly and ordered our food today just at around 6:30 to 7 pm and I sit here at 10:15pm and it didn't come my sister called them and they said it would be 15 minutes but didn't come so she tried calling them again multiple times but no answer. Will not be ordering from here again.

Cheap and cheerful with pretty good quality pizza's. Spicey spuds with chilly sauce is a must!!

The chips we barely cooked the onion rings were over cooked missing sauce 4 the lamb donner rap's and the meat was so gressy and the garlic bread had very little taste.

Was the extremely hot day, One Of their employees offered 4 of the customers all bottles of water because of the heat. They asked me what I wanted on my I meal, everything was available. Always great manners and Common sense. Great value for food and loads of extras. Proud the call this my local 👍

They refused to rectify our daughter's pizza blaming deliveroo when the rest of the order was correct. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and recieved a spicy vegetable and chicken one. The person on the phone was absolutely horrible to my partner and refused any sort of help. Deliveroo put the money straight back onto our deliveroo account when it wasn't their job to rectify. I wouldn't advise to order from here as you will probably end up with missing or incorrect items and if so blame every other Avenue instead of doing it themselves. They then told us to go out to get it as they apparently didn't have any drivers to bring out a pepperoni one

Much of the nightlife that used to stretch from Mountwise to Marlborough Street has gone but a lot of people still live close by in this tight knit residential area and there are few choices around this corner by the roundabout. A well established chip shop just down the road but Mystic Pizza sells a wide range of popular stuff and it’s a bit a gathering point for locals along this bit of pavement. The output is predictable the style is brisk and functional and the prices fair.
