This is a proper Devon pub, traditional set-up, cosy feel, wooden beams & welcoming! The roast was purely blinding & plentiful👌🏻 Now one of my favourite pubs in Exeter & a mainstay when I'm in town! Set apart from the main drag but always worth the effort to visit!🍻

Great Coffee ☕😁 5* A knife and fork with toastie and you are there. Atmosphere well there is nothing you can do....you were full so had to sit outside..... unfortunately the sun chose that moment to go in😐

We were given a voucher for a 3 course Sunday lunch with a 175ml glass of house wine as a gift when we got married. We booked for 1pm but arrived a bit early and we're seated straight away. The service was great and the food was excellent.we had a lovely time. The staff were really friendly.

Really lovely little cafe. Friendly staff. Had coffee and very tasty scone. Delicious! Will definitely be going again.

Rainbow is amazing! Delicious food, full of flavour, and fresh ingredients. Noodles are perfect, veg is crisp. Big portions, great value (£10–20). Quick, polite service. Easy to find, clean place. Highly recommend for Chinese takeaway!

I don't usually go out of my way to get fish and chips, but my partner wanted some and decided to come to Choys. We're really glad we came here! The food was outstanding, and I really loved how sweet the two employees who served us were. They were incredibly kind and friendly. The prices for the cod, chips, and the pancake rolls were very decent for the area too. I think that it's so important that people support local, family-owned businesses!

12 of us went for a family birthday and the staff were brilliant. Lovely pub and the food was delicious it all came out together and piping hot. Lovely atmosphere and great pub. A must go.

Food was great and service from the young maid called ruby was our waitress for the evening. Great smile and efficient 5 star all round ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chinese takeaway away was really bad, I ordered house special fried rice and can see the microwave being used a lot, rice was bland and no taste and had not been in a wok ever, the one prawn I had tasted frozen and the two pieces pork didn't taste like pork, I could go on but don't touch the Chinese takeaway you will be very disappointed if you do.

Pizza was brilliant. Plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly. Garlic mushrooms were excellent. Nice size mushrooms cooked well and very tasty. Would get again. Arrived 30 mins earlier than estimated delivery time.

Produce bins of plastic waste by making their espresso from single use coffee pods. By grinding fresh beans they could serve better coffee and reduce their waste.

Bought beef with vegetables. Taste and quality of food are excellent but the quantity of beef was negligible in the plate with two thin tiny slices. My request for at least giving me some reasonable portion was declined straight away.
