Supposed to have a delivery between 18:10 and 18:30 Chase the delivery they just cancel it and put the phone down on you. Don’t waste your time and money on this company, go elsewhere

Beef chewy in chow mein, curry sauce had no taste, salt and pepper wings were generic frozen ones no salt or pepper and salt and chilli chicken was like gristle again no spice or taste.. normally u would expect spending that much would get free prawn crackers.. probably the only thing with taste. Went into the bin!! £50 wasted

Found this place online and decided to try. When I got to shop their prices were nothing like as on their online menu, more expensive. Please be wary.

We use these guys all the time - friendly - good food - good value.

Very well priced I Only used the delivery service I always order Singapore Noodles, sweet and sour king prawn and house special chawmain Brilliant every time just what you need after a difficult day and can't be bothered to cook

Food is always pretty good. Very pricey though

One of my two favourite Chinese's that deliver in Exeter. My only gripe is that the bbq and sweet & sour sauce are faaarrr too watery. But the chips, chicken balls and curry are top-notch.

Great Prices, friendly Staff and easy to find. The waiting time was quite good. Would definitely recommend a Takeaway.

We ordered Duck with BBQ sauce. The duck looked as if a cat had been chewing on it, probably ate some too, leaving a few pieces of skin as there was enough left to feed a small child and the BBQ is basically water with BBQ flavouring. The worst and most expensive Chinese I've ever had

Ordered takeaway at 10 this morning via Just Eat to be delivered at 8pm. Its now 9pm and still no delivery. Phoned them twice to be told it was on its way.. obviously it wasn't...shocking 🤔

Ordered in person and the food was cooked quickly. Slight issues as they only take cash but that aside the food was great, large portion and still hot when I got it home 15 minutes away. Can see this being our new regular takeaway spot. As an aside an older gent cut his leg and the staff were very kind and attentive to the man which you don't see everyday

Very bad, Will never buy from Jumbo again, The Special Chow Mein was 90% noodles and hardley any mixed meat, The mixed meat was chicken sliiced into smaller bits of chicken...very dissapointing. I will not be having a walk in order from Jumbo again. Rainbow in Burnthouse Lane are so much better. The menue stated that the Chow Mein was topped with BBQ sauce. What I got was a bowl full of noodles and small chicken bits..and no BBQ sauce, Very bland tastes, I will not purchases from Jumbo again.

The food is amazing but the delivery service is terrible ..we literally live 5 minute walk bit it take 2hrs to deliver but if collected would take 10 mins

Delivered wrong order then cancelled our food altogether. Then didn’t bother to tell us 2 hours later after we phoned back. Disgusting service

Absolutely useless. Rude staff. Made my dish meat even though I ordered vegetarian.

Delivery great well within the hour specified and still hot , slightly wrong with the order but ok not a lot of fish in the batter and meat spring rolls had prawns in

All the food is brilliant apart from the chips. They look so pale and taste it too. It's a long wait as well so don't go here if you're in a rush. I only give it three stars for the mini spring roles, they're the best around.

Don't bother...order placed today at 5.45pm advised delivery would be approx 45 minutes. Now 7.10pm still no food. Have attempted to ring to see whats happened but the lines permanently engaged. House full of unhappy hungry people!!!!

Food was bland, rice overcooked, chowmein was dry, beef in black bean sauce barely any sauce, duck in plum sauce is a syrup rather than sauce. First and last time ordering from here again overpriced for the standard and quality of cooking

Omg! The worst Chinese I’ve ever had - I actually think it was cat or dog I was eating!! The customer service was appalling, I had the owner on the phone getting personal. Please don’t buy from this establishment!!

I normally order from here, but they have not even said they are closed during the pandemic. (others are like rainbow down the road) opening hours are incorrect as they are closed for the foreseeable and no one is answering the phones which prompted me to actually drive past to clarify.

It's ok, it's pretty uninspiring and doesn't really give you a Chinese vibe normal prices and it not bad but not anything special either.

Very slow been waiting for an hour and 20 minutes

Often get my Chinese from here, the food is awesome! Only downside is I’ve had the odd occasion where food has been delivered cold.

Twice this week my foods taken more then an hour chip are always cold most of the food is very nice but they have to hurry up they always over charged compared to the stated price and when quizzed tonite they said they had a rush on after my order was placed so they made me wait while others were bumt up no more I for one will never be ordering from them

Reasonable prices, fresh food. Awesome. I'm a regular customer here, have tried other takeaway's but nothing campares. Just Eat have named them the local legend!

Fast service and nice fish and chips - prices reasonable, but a small sachet of Ketchup is 60p..!!

Its a shame i have to leave this but i think its necessary. I have ordered from this takeaway numerous times using just eat app and have had no problems. This morning i have been vomiting several times and unable to drink water properly i must sip as my stomach is so sensitive now. I have never had food poisoning from this place before so i am saddened to say i am reluctant to order from this takeaway again. I hope in future this doesn't happen to anybody eles

Cold food, disgusting, greasy chips and the rice tasted like it was re cooked, really long delivery time, and found a blue plastic thing in with the chips will never eat there again!

Too long of a wait considering they had not long opened the doors. The pace isn't pleasant to look at, it needs completely redecorating

Crispy shredded beef from here is incredible.... However I just found a piece of plastic in the food. Looked like it was from a sauce bottle. Took it back, and the lady in there shrugged her shoulders.

If you want a Chinese takeaway you don't want to takeaway this place is for you the food was so bad swimming in oil the grease stuck to the roof of my mouth the chicken balls batter was still uncooked on the inside. Raw onions in with the mushrooms. Have never had such bad food from there ever Overpriced pig food will never get food there again.

Go here all the time love it but tonight...... not happy wrong drinks chips greasy and cold curry runny and rice tasted like it had been reheated and over 45 mins late and when I called they just said it's on it way! Lost respect for this please tonight Dident even get a apology

Always been a great place, very good value for money great food quick delivery service.

Only came with 7chicken balls instead of 10 and were missing things.

Food was over a hour and a half late, half cooked cold food!! Absolutely awful customer service, never buying food from there again.

Absolutely delicious! love this place. definitely 10 out of 10!
