Over half an hour late. Rice was cold and clumpy, supposed to be egg fried big no egg. Satay chicken was overcooked and chewy. Meal pretty much went in the bin. First and last order.

Excellent quality. Food was so hot I don’t know how it didn’t melt the bag. Deliver lady was super nice. Would give 10 stars if possible

Absolutely disgusting service from the restaurant, was supposed to have arrived between 18.10 and 18.30 called the restaurant and 18.40 said it would be another 10 mins then they said they have cancelled our order because we complained about the time, will never use this restaurant again and will leave feedback on Google. Terrible service

Awful food,chewy meat in chow mein and literally no taste to salt and chilli chicken, was line chewing grissel.. curry sauce had no flavour or kick and was powdery... Never again £50 wasted... Went in bin 😔

Good food however I ordered the special fried rice with bbq sauce but got oyster sauce instead.

Nice food lovely lady driver, but king prawn balls do not need thick stodgy batter! They take a minute to cook just need a light batter thankyou

Unusually the chips were very dry and lukewarm, first time thats ever happened

Ordered food at around 7.45 for delivery by 8.40pm. Food arrived at approx 9,45pm. Two calls to the restaurant over that time with no success on eta. Just told it was late. Food was not hot either and two of the party had to go home before it arrived! Never using again . £80+ order wasted. Disgusting and a refund is in order

Food was over 2 hours late. The app had changed to delivered but had not received. Called the restaurant and they said it was just being sent out. Will be 15 minutes. Another half hour. The food was hot so had just been cooked within the half hour and defiantly not just going out the door. Food was also dry. Had this happen a few times now. Shame as it was a favourite of ours last year.

Lovely as normal! Love black bean dishes! And keep meaning to say that ur s/s sauce is spot on! None of that gloopy red awful stuff u get elsewhere! And if I’m not mistaken I can taste pineapple in it! Thankyou

Not the best food tonight ive had much better ....rice was like stodge , batter on chicken balls was under cooked and stodgy ...Shame because it used to be so nice , a bit hit and miss these days and its just gone up in price ....

Food arrived around 45 minutes late. Had to call the restaurant at 8.30pm to check in. Sounded like they hadn’t even got the order ready. Delivery driver didn’t apologise for the lateness of the order (just made a joke about the locks on my door). Food quality was also much poorer than usual. Rice very stodgy. Spring rolls not well cooked. Have enjoyed the food from here for a few years, but doubt I’ll be going back. Last couple of times the service has been poor and tonight was the nail in the coffin. In an ideal world, I’d ask for tonight’s bill to be paid back.

Have to say i havent had a better Take away in Exeter! That includes all cusuines. I have been disappointed with every Chinese takeaway i have had in Exeter. But here i could not fault!! They may be a little more expensive but in my opinion they can justify it with the quality of the food!! The mixed starters were delicuious. The prawn toast was packed full of minced prawns and not greasey at all. The Ribs were very meaty and came with a beautiful sauce that you can add if you wish. The satay chicken was crispy on the outside and succulent underneath. The crispy shredded beed was filled to the brim with plenty of freshly cooked veg crispy on the outside and very tender beef in the middle. The sauce conplimented the dish perfectly. The chefs special rice with oyster sauce was delicious and serced with king prawns, beef, pork and chicken all fresh and mouth watering. The sweet and sour chicken balls were crispy and fluffy with tender chicken within. You can tell that they have been prepped earlier that day and fried off to order. Not being fried, fried and fried again. I am a fussy t@$t with my food but cant fault this place at all. 10/10 and wint use another Chinese takeaway. My only worry is that there is not room for improvement so i just hope the standards are maintained from this order. Should be very proud of themselves with the quality they hace shown tonight!

Late delivery. Have previously ordered from here and been pleased but this time I assume it was extra busy. over an hour and half or delivery, said was delivered and to leave a review. phoned restaurant who said was on its way. just eat did not give real time updates. tofu and squid chewy and hard. would have liked more bbq sauce on rice. somewhat disappointed but would not stop me ordering again but different dishes

Wasn’t the best Chinese we have had from this restaurant, Chinese chicken curry was very bland and chicken fried rice had onions in which we found strange. We had ordered it at 6ish and requested it to come at 8 and it came about 8:20 but it was a Friday night so guess they were busy!

All food was cold apart from the rice, I paid £8 for a large fish, and it was the smallest fish I have ever seen! It was tiny, and stone cold, I don’t know what’s happened with this takeaway, it used to be fantastic! Won’t order from here again, total waste of £30

Ordered at 18.10 and recieved food at 20.45.Food was supposed to arrive between 19.10 - 19.30. Clicked on not recieved order at 19.45, got a text from restaurant saying food would arrive at 20.05. Clicked on request money back for late arrival, got a text saying I wouldn't be receiving any money because the restaurant was busier than expected. Firstly it's not a restaurant and secondly don't accept orders if you can't fulfill them.We are loyal customers and we've not recieved much of an apology

food was originally timed to arrive between 19:10 and 19:30 at 19:15 the App showed enjoy your food but nothing arrived. After trying to ring multiple times and being cut off. went through the App to request update on delivery suddenly the App showed Delivery of 20:10. 20:10 came and went still no food tried to phone again, eventually after many attempts got through to be told it was on the way. 20:35 food arrived order wrong not a good experience

Ordered fish and chips at 18.30, delivery was due between 19.25-19.45, then told it had changed to 20.30, finally arrived at 21.15, and after all that the food wasn’t very nice!!

Delivered late. 2 hours after ordering our food finally arrived. Sweet and sour sauce tasted weird, not sure if they changed the recipe but wasn’t as nice as last time. Batter on the chicken was soggy. Sadly disappointed.

We ordered some Chinese food as well as fish and chips and burger and chips from New Jumbo via Just Eat The delivery times was 2015 to 2030 As the food hadn’t arrived we rang The New Jumbo around 2040 who said they were busy and the food had just left the shop After 2100 the food still hadn’t arrived so we rang again but they kept putting the phone down The food finally arrived at 2120 and some items were missing Very sad as we have had excellent food from them previously but will never use them again Terrible customer service

Ordered food at 7:15 told delivery would be 8:15-8:35 .. didn't arrive until gone 9:15. I called several times and told every time it's on route then they up and wouldn't answer again. Some of our food items weren't delivered and some delivered food items were cold.

The mushroom chow mein was okay but bland and the chips and curry sauce were nice but the chicken in the chicken balls was completely inedible and so tough and chewy and smelt horrible so we didn’t eat them and the vegetable curry samosas were filled with minced onion and that was literally it! This place is way overpriced and not nice food so we won’t be ordering again unfortunately!

Poor service called numerous times and nothing tracked and no time given form delivery

The burger had gristle in it so was not eaten . The chow mein was very beige and tasteless did not contain any vegetables apart from a tiny bit of onion and the chicken balls tasted unseasoned . Very disappointed as spent a lot of money.

Excellent food as ever. The cod and medium chips could easily feed two people. The Singapore fried rice is wonderful.

Our local. We have had orders from elsewhere which, TBF, have been good but this is our favourite without a doubt.

We had to play guess the food some was plain to see but others was what is it no one item was marked also The food was abysmal no flavour very bland think we will go somewhere else con the future

Chinese is one of the best around , however I’m disappointed with the fish and chips £7 for a small piece of cod with too much batter. , waste of money so woudnt be ordering fish and chips again . .

My order was late. There was no sauce on my barbecue rice. My chow mien was completely dry. The spare ribs were more fat than meat. The worst Chinese meal I have ever had

The food is always delicious when it arrives !! They do have a tendency to be late so if you bear that in mind it is still worth ordering. Really good Chinese food !
