The best restaurants in St Columb Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Wild bake wood fire pizzas are delicious this s the 2nd year we have tried them they are just as good each time we all try there specials which are very exciting service is really good place your order and you get a time slot and then just pick up perfect 😀👍

Ellerys is a small butchers which also sells home made hot pasties, sausage rolls and pies. Having lived in Cornwall for 30 years I must have eaten several thousand pasties, including Philps which I always thought were the best. That was until I discovered Ellerys. These are quite the BEST pasties I have ever eaten. If you are ever near St Columb Major, which is not far from Newquay Airport, made a point of going to Ellerys and sample one of these wonderful pasties.

Very nice and crispy fish with nice chips. Worth a munch.

The staff is very polite, the products are delicious, I’m from Belarus, I was passing through here for work, after reading the comments I decided to try something of yours, natural and traditional, I was very pleased, I advise everyone, if possible, don’t pass by, I have no words, only emotions, it’s delicious, fresh products, hot, but you can also buy frozen finished products, at a reasonable price, if ever If I’m lucky enough to visit here again, I’ll visit you again without hesitation, thank you very much for your creation 👍👍👍

Very friendly local, lovely old pub , didn’t eat so can’t rate food at the moment, looked good though!

I’m not quite sure what the other reviews are about below we had a lovely breakfast when we visited a couple weeks ago. Friendly staff couldn’t do enough, clean cafe, freshly cooked yummy food. Coffee was great. It’s no way near looked like the picture below and might I add they don’t even use those plates…. Also really helpful for knowledge when we asked about what to do and places to eat while on holiday. Just a lovely family run cafe. Great Pitstop.

Really delicious homemade cakes. Good selection, teas/coffees etc too. Takeaway available. Right next to car park!

Ordered fish & chips and battered sausage, all very greasy - won’t be going back, also, cash only - be prepared.

Totally disappointed with the food for the price you are paying. The Butter Chicken Curry was more like tomato soup with water logged rice making the curry runnier and the naan bread was hard, the Cajun Chicken Pasta was bland and flavourless.

This is a hotel. Turned up no food for 3 hours. General manager and staff couldn't care less. Do not stay here! I don't believe I have ever checked out of a hotel before and I am 60. This is a very poor place

Food was average, chicken was dry and gravy was very thin. Portion sizes weren’t big. Staff are incredibly un-attentive, took ages to get our food and they forgot our drinks multiple times.
