The best restaurants in Newquay Tretherras Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Brought a Pasty about 11am whiles waiting for a bus When she handed it to me over the "hot plate" counter, it was barely warm. I asked nicely if she could warm it up for me, to which her reply was they are not allowed. NOT ALLOWED??? I have a nvq level 2 and I'm sure serving "hot" food that is tipid at best is disgraceful There are better pasty shops around town Spar around the corner do a good Rowes pasty esp their cheese and onion I won't be returning

I had the best scrambled egg with avocado on toast I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious. The place is dog friendly too, loved it.

Went here this morning bought a can of drink gave 1.40 cans only 1.25. He tried to scam me of not giving my change and I said how much are the can he said 1.25 and then I said where's my change and he said don't get so shitty about 20p.

Nice and quiet, really good food

The Hotel Bristol is a friendly and lovely place to stay. Staff are so helpful and on top of the job. Such a shame its going to be lost.

Food was lovely, we had a great view sat in the conservatory area, staff seemed very friendly. Couldn't book online because it said no availability but rang up and they fit us in no problem.

Decent place to stay. Stayed here because it was the cheapest option at the time. Rooms are quite small, which wasn't an issue, though the bathroom felt quite cramped. Staff were alright, though they didn't seem that welcoming. Had a meal here on Saturday night, which was one of the highlights of my stay. The steak was perfectly cooked and had a good portion served for what I paid. Complements to the chef! Location wise, it's alright, not far from the beach (about 10-15 min walk for me). There is parking available outside the hotel. In summary: decent small hotel, ok staff, alright location, great food.

Had a birthday dinner her and Darcy our waitress was brilliant- organised a desert with happy birthday on it. The food was delicious and came quickly. I would recommend the crab linguine and the hummus starter

We enjoyed a fantastic meal in restaurant Ogo. The food was delicious and Darcy who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We would definitely recommend eating here. This was a part of the 1 night spa break and made it very memorable and special.

I wrote a review when I asked for this place to be listed but the review has not been posted. This is a friendly convenient set up, with good pizzas and ice cream selections, a useful bar and plenty of bench and table seating, suiting all types of visitors, walkers, beach users and surfers.Dogs welcome.

Lovely!!! Amazing views, as always. Fabulous location. The waterless, Jojo, always remembers us, and makes us feel very welcome 🤗. Very nice food and good service. My daughter got engaged here, as the views are stunning, and received a complimentary bottle of bubbly to celebrate, which was a lovely touch! Thank you so much! We have returned since, and will return again! Definitely recommend 100%!
