The best restaurants in Lanivet Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Always a very enjoyable experience as the volunteers in thse shop are such lovely people. Coffee is delicious. Tea cakes perfect. Dog welcome second to none. Relaxed and pleasant, easy to come to on your own to hang out. Views down the valley heavenly. Very well run shop with virtually everything you might hope for.

Having been recommended to try the Brew Box we visited today during a very long walk with a friend and her dogs. Despite the rain, what a find! The coffee was excellent, very smooth, and expertly served and the cakes and biscuits were delicious. We were given a loyalty card which we shall definitely be adding to in the future. We highly recommend!

Lovely food .service quick and friendly. Hubby loved riding on the stairs lift.

This place is brilliant, the cafe is upstairs but being disabled it would normally be a problem but not here, they have a stair lift. Staff incredibly friendly and nothing was to much of a problem. Will certainly be going back.

Best gluten free fish and chips I have ever had. Excellent service and good price for local fresh food. We will be back very soon.

Best cream teas around. Friendly service. Liked it so much went back several times. Just a shame they no longer do any savoury dishes

I would give the venue 5 out of 5 but was disappointed with my Buddha bowl. Whilst it tasted lovely it was somewhat lacking. There was way too much hummous but nothing too soak it up. It needed a slice of sourdough, or falafel, or even Hallomi. It was missing an element. It wasn't particularly filling either. My friend had the bacon and Hallomi sandwich which looked lovely but the bread would have been best paired with a soap it was too thick and chunky.

Superb Christmas lunch. The cooking was excellent, the lunch was very tasty and the service great too. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and the whole experience was lovely. I visit the cafe often with my elderly mother who views it as a home from home experience. The staff are all great with her - very patient and chatty. She loves her visits there as do I! I highly recommend both the cafe and the nursery itself. A fabulous experience.

As a local I'm so lucky I can walk from home on a sunny day down the camel trail along the river bank to this beautiful Tea Garden. So lucky. This summer I enjoyed a few visits with my boyfriend & we enjoyed our traditional Tea Garden lunches so much. The crab sandwiches are so tasty & I love the ice cream sundeas too. A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Great for us & our little dog. Looking forward to more visits again next summer! Great stuff!

Friendly staff, good food 😊 I’m not a one for writing reviews but it’s nice to see eco plastic in a services... shows we’re going somewhere good on this planet. Had chicken n chips with slaw...chicken was proper (none of that mashed up crap) chips were homemade style 👌 as was slaw! Would deffo go again 👊

Went out with seven friends who meet up-catch up every three months or so and had a wonderful meal! Each meal was delicious and served hot. Not one complaint from any of us. Friendly service. Highly recommend

Great local village pub with excellent choice of food and well kept beer. Meals on successive days, very busy for evening dining. Plenty of locals creating a lively pub atmosphere !
