Holidaying out of season we sometimes fall victim to weary restaurants and rip offs. Not so with Culture. I'd rather forego 2 average meals to pay for this. The small tucked away restaurant is charming. Just two people there - the chef and the sommelier/waiter. Sensational bread and butter followed by a potato soup that is hard to describe but truly delicious. We had a fish dish that blew us away, my husband loving the clever pairing wines, followed by venison and a chocolate cake. We couldnt fault the food and will be back without a doubt. Well done!

Found this totally by chance but WOW. We were in need of something healthy after days of pasties and icecream and this was perfect. The owner was so helpful in accommodating our tastes, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent.

we were visiting Falmouth for the day and spotted little alley ways all over town... we saw this place advertised for food, they do traditional and other flavours of Cornish pasties but we wanted a sandwich and the lady made fresh crab baps white or wholemeal.. we chose wholemeal.. WOW it was the best ever crab bap we have ever had!! fresh bun and filling was oozing out of it a bit pricey but worth every penny... also a decent tea or coffee for a reasonable price if you are in Falmouth you have to try this little place it is takeaway only and is open from 10am until 2pm.. so we wandered down the alley and sat near the water to eat ours.

Great food, extremely friendly. 100% vegetarian, which helps. Threw some extra chillis in after we talked about spicy food! (I surived the extras...)

I spent a few months in Falmouth for work and spent a lot of time at Kernowine. Absolutely my favourite place in Falmouth to either sit and read a book on a Sunday afternoon or visit for one of their wine tasting events. The staff were very knowledgable about wine and were always helpful, offering to help me pick a wine I’d enjoy. Whenever I go back to Falmouth I absolutely will be back!

Booked a table for 12 for an event. Asked the staff months in advance if they could put out some decorations I’d provide before our arrival and dropped them off on the day. Obviously got to our booking to find no sign of the decorations. Had to get them from where they’d been left and start putting them out myself. They’d been told specifically I was trying to make it special for my sister. No apology from the staff. Additionally: - at 5.30pm already both pies were unavailable, and there was only one portion left of one of the specials - apart from the sourdough which was nice, the ‘bread basket’ seemed like the cheapest supermarket baguette, burger buns etc. Not what you expect for £8 each.

Tim and Bev, who run the joint, are incredible human beings to be around. The fact that their spot is as popular as it is, is frankly no surprise. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is always gorgeous, and the courtyard - simply divine; a testament to their impeccable taste and their hard work. Yes, you may have to queue occasionally to squeeze in, but it’s worth every moment.

This fine establishment on the seaside is an absolute MUST! We went for a farewell brunch and was greeted by the smoothest host, who informed us of some irresistible options. The Breakfast Combo option has to be the UK's finest. All the food was exceptional, tasty, the coffee brew was smooth and the cocktail added a little more flare (non-alcoholic variations too). All the staff were great, there hasn't been a more deserving and yet effortless (due to smooth operations) 5* in Google 👏🏾 Could have happily missed our train back to London 😉

Bar staff are always interested to help me select a beverage to suit my tastes. I've bought a few decent poetry books at a very reasonable price. A good spot to sit and write, play a bit of chess, pinball, cards or recover from the storm by the fire with a nice pasty or pizza from a nearby place.
