Best thali we’ve ever had in the UK. We are regular visitors to India and this restaurant is a little gem! Beautiful setting, fabulous food at a great price, friendly and knowledgeable servers. Can’t recommend enough! We will without doubt be back!

Cosy vegan restaurant full of atmosphere and with a very friendly welcome. Although we are not vegan, we really enjoyed the festively themed thali and all the accompanying dishes. Thoroughly recommend!

Lovely candle lit atmosphere to enjoy some quality vegetarian Indian style Thali. Particularly enjoyed the coconut chutney! Great to see local beer on menu too. Definitely recommend and would eat there again and again.

Falmouth delight Wilder -plant based food , we came across by chance. It did not disappoint. Booking a table on-line is straight forward. Just choose your slot from 5.45 pm you have the table for 90 mins. Service is efficient, intimate and quick . Food made to order , fresh and made with love. Charlie who served us was so welcoming and explained the no fuss menu. One main changes each week to keep folks interest to return. Simply delicious plant based food. Deserts so yummy I had to take a second one home. Meat eaters, try it, before you say a word. Fyi I do eat meat, but if I ate this quality of plant based food, I would be happy to say good bye to eating meat out. The place is just off the High Street in a small alley leading to the water front. It is an intimate relaxed venue . The long tables which we loved. No small squessed up tablet for two. Great to go has a two or group. I am ravering about it.

Really cozy, outstanding food! Locally grown, menu changes every week, wait staff were so nice and service was so speedy (we had our mains within 10 mins of arriving!) Plan to try as many menus as possible

Gorgeous decor, beautifully lit, sumptuous buzzy vibes, and friendly, down to earth service. The food was delicious and impeccably presented, thank you. Don't forget to order some decaf ground coffee in. We we loved it and will definitely recommend and return. Thanks guys.

Lovely plant based curry house serving wonderful Thali that changes on a weekly basis plus delicious spicy onion bhajis. A lucky find in Falmouth and definitely worth a visit for any curry lover and all vegans!

Fantastic selection of beautifully prepared vegetarian curries. Would highly recommend. Great restaurant, compact, atmospheric & friendly chilled staff, Superb alcohol selection and yummy desserts too. 10/10 we will be back!

So impressed with the food quality, the whole meal worked so well together and was delicious. We had takeaway that we collected and the restaurant is lovely. Will definitely be back dining in and for takeaway. Staff were so polite and the order was ready on time.

This restaurant is amazing, it serves up the most amazing food, with good size potions and the most welcoming staff, the restaurant is cosy.

Amazing food - interesting, tasty and innovative cooking. Two life long vegetarians but did not miss the dairy - such delicious food. Great service, very friendly and efficient. The only issue for me was the loud children at the same table, personally would rather small crying children (and parents who were reluctant to deal with it) were only allowed perhaps earlier in the evening as it did spoil the atmosphere somewhat.

I went to this restaurant based on the nice smells coming out of the kitchen in the afternoon, the interesting painting/decoration in the quirky side-alley off the main drag, and the enthusiastic recommendation from the lady in the bric-a-brac shop next door. We got a very warm welcome throughout the time there and the waitresses were very kind and helpful. I appreciate that my two boys (9 and 14) were also made welcome and I wasn't made to feel guilty or awkward in any way whatsoever for ordering a bit less food/drink for them — especially as it being a small, somewhat more adult-oriented restaurant (which does not serve pizza or other typically child-friendly food). I also deeply appreciate any restaurant which does not try to bustle you out of the door by offering you the bill etc., even when you're the last guests left and you've probably drunk too much. And the candles too — restaurants should all have real fire as this restaurant well understands. The food was delicious but for me the most important thing is the service, the welcome, and the ambience which were all three great. This restaurant would not be out of place in London or anywhere else in the world. In short, it's cool and friendly. I will be returning here soon (or as soon as I'm in Falmouth again, anyway) — hungry for more. Can I add one thing: please accept cash as payment too. I know you accepted it anyway but come on! Let's keep cash alive and not subject it to death by American corporation. Is Cornwall not a land of pirates, surfing, and nearly extinct languages?

Always a delight in flavour, atmosphere and kindness. Easy to order and fabulous food (especiallly for me as a vegan I don't have to worry at all :) ).

Utterly delicious food, a true taste sensation. There are no choices, which made the evening simpler, you are served a very wide range of small vegetarian indian dishes on a large platter which enables you to try a little bit of everything. Our party of six devoured everything on offer and we were all very happy with the quality and quantity. Service was friendly and attentive without being instrusive. This small and cosy restaurant ambience is like an enormous hug. An excellent place to gather and enjoy a delightful meal.

Great little place, serving a different Indian thali each week. I’d go as far as saying one of the best Thali I’ve ever had. Full of flavour. The menu is fully plant based but I’d highly recommend for all dietary requirements. It gets busy so booking is recommended. Service was excellent as well. Next time we’re back in Falmouth this will be the first place we re visit.

Beautifully created thali. It was so big I took half of mine home for next days dinner and it was still as delicious! Great service and space for our greyhound dog.

Wilder went above and beyond to accommodate and cater for my allergies. My friend couldn’t join and I ended up going alone regardless, I felt so welcome and at ease. Such a delicious meal and a gem of place

An excellent choice for friendly and perfect food and service. This week’s thali was delicious, all components of the dish perfectly cooked and a symphony of favours. Recommend an additional flatbreads to ensure you can make your thali perfectly clean. The chocolate orange torte was heavenly. Excellent and thoroughly recommended.

Such a hidden gem! In Falmouth it’s actually overwhelming how many quirky looking plant-based eateries there are to choose from but very glad I ate at wilder. The thali was absolutely incredible, easily the best authentic Indian food I’ve had in my life (and I’ve tried a lot). You can tell the chef knows his stuff and has spent time in India. Dessert & wine also amazing. The waitress was extremely lovely & attentive which added to the warm atmosphere. I’d had quite a stressful day and was made to feel very welcome. Next time I visit Falmouth I’ll be back & can’t wait to try whatever thali they have on.

Delicious food, just the right amount of everything, fantastic value and a beautiful, friendly experience.

Candlelit, cosy restaurant down an intriguing alley leading to the sea. We thought the food looked attractive, very colourful and was extremely delicious with bright, fresh flavours. It was also filling. We thought it was the best thali we have ever had. Good value for money too. All vegan. Great drinks menu. We did reflect that this beautiful, historic building was not very wheelchair friendly and that someone with mobility issues would struggle with the high seats at the back, though they could ask for one of the lower tables. We parked at the Trago car park and walked along, but it’s very close to one of the quayside car parks.

Amazing food and service, we were warmly welcomed and were explained the menu. After ordering it was only around 10 minutes untill a large dish full of wonderful flavours was placed infront of us. The food was absolutely delicious and very cost friendly - £17.50 for the thali. The small, cosy building only had space for around 15-20 people, which made it very cosy and inviting. Defiantly book in advance!

Absolutely amazing food and setting. Seriously some of the best food ever! Staff great too! My only comment for improvement is that the tall stools are VERY tall, its hard to sit comfortably on them and lots of people wouldn't even be able to get on and off them! If you change them it would be perfect!

I booked a table for two a week in advance, but upon our early arrival we were seated at the end of a table already accommodating a larger party. We thought this odd as the rest of the tables were still empty, including the tables for two. We noticed that other couples arriving after us were being given their own tables, and had to request twice to be eventually seated at our own table. One of the responses given to us by the waitress was that 'other people will be arriving soon', which we found to be unaccommodating and rude, especially as it was still empty. This interaction made us feel quite uncomfortable. As Indians ourselves, we found the food to be palatable and overpriced, but would not say it was incredible or especially flavoursome - due to the lack of real, authentic vegan/vegetarian Indian restaurants in the southwest, we understand why Wilder is so popular.

Wow great value authentic amazing food love that there just like this is the curry/extras this week! Chefs know what there doing, host/waitress was so lovely and engaging. If you're only going to serve one main course (a vegan one at that) you better make sure it’s good. Happily for us it's better than good it's excellent, to the extent that I have to stop myself picking up the 14 inch round aluminium thali dish and licking it clean (which admittedly wouldn't have been a good look). In fact, everything pleases - the baked onion bhajis, banana bread and ice cream dessert, beer, and the friendly efficient service. It's enough to persuade the most craven carnivore of the virtues of veganism. Wild about Wilder? I think we just joined the many who are.

Amazing little Vegan Indian eatery. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and incredible food. Very small/cozy, so worth booking ahead. Small menu done incredibly well, the thali and dessert were both delicious and a good selection of craft beers. Would definitely eat here again.

We were lucky to get the only available table when they opened. The restaurant was full of happy diners, vegans and non-vegans alike. Everything that came as part of the thali was delicious and the biscoff chocolate brownie was satisfyingly rich and chocolatey. Don’t miss this place!

Fantastic meal ! How refreshing to go somewhere and just be fed, no decisions to make. Everything was delicious, great beer and red wine. An added bonus of a warm desert. Make shure to book, this cosy place fills up fast.
