Kernow Dine & Deli in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

The food was excellent; locally sourced and expertly prepared. Great service too. Very happy to recommend and hope to return soon.

Went for dinner with my wife and an absolutely stunning meal… from the crab cornetto style amuse bouche, posh egg and bacon, succulent lamb, perfect pigeon and delightful cheeseboard with chilli strawberry jam and white truffle honey… all beautiful. Great value too and lovely atmosphere too. Will definitely go again

We had a really lovely experience in our home town , the reviews were good and the place didn’t disappoint. Seriously talented kitchen , fab FOH, what’s not to love !!!

What can I say? Honestly the best food you will find this dmside of the tamar. The food was both a delight for the eyes and the taste buds. In particular the scallop sashimi this was heaven on a plate it had such delicate but amazing flavors and was presented thinly sliced in its shell and to add to everything there was even elements of table theater with the accompanying sauce being poured on it it at the table. But this place not only dose seafood to perfection but also meat, the lamb was absloutly to die for and the jus that came with it was so full of flavor it set off fireworks in the brain. This sort of praise is repeated for every dish I had. 100% will be back again and if you want a true fine dining expriance I recommend you go to check it out yourself

I 'found' this fabulous restaurant with its excellent plates, high quality locally sourced food and splendid friendly staff. I was alone and in for an early evening supper. I told Tash she had taken fine dining in Falmouth 'to the next level'. Get there soon, it will be fully booked

Outstanding in every department Get a table ASAP while you can! The chef 19 is literally a star in the ascendant hope he keeps his feet on the ground.

As if Falmouth doesn't have enough fine dining opportunities, here comes another one that is a must try. 19 yr old (yes, 19!) Gabriel Verdi serves up a small selection of absolutely delicious dishes in chic but intimate surroundings right in the heart of the town. Being associated with Kernow Wine next door it goes without saying that the choice of aperitifs and wines matches the quality of the food. Service was friendly and efficient too. Not cheap, but on the other hand good value for what you get.

We booked here for a dinner and wasn't sure what to expect. The restaurant itself has a lovely warm atmosphere and the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food really was exceptional. We eat out in Falmouth quite a lot and the whole menu and experience at Kernow Dine & Deli was different. Amazing flavours and dishes, all presented to a very high standard. Particularly enjoyed the lasagne! Also a great selection of wines. Looking forward to having another meal here soon.

I visited Falmouth for the half term with my older teenage children (17/18) and decided to head to the Dine and Deli as it looked so pretty from the outside and had great reviews. The atmosphere when we got there was relaxed and chic with the most friendly and professional staff in Cornwall! We were a party of 5 and decided to order one of everything on the menu as we wanted to try everything, it all looked so good! We were not disappointed. The food is not your usual family dinner out. This place is new (I learnt from the lovely staff) and can honestly say is on par with Mitchelin starred restaurants I’ve been to before. Each dish was utterly beautiful and almost too pretty to eat, almost! I highly recommend the lobster ravioli, endive salad and out of this world Mont Blanc chestnut dessert. However, the whole family had their own favourites, with my daughter loving the crab cake and its ‘nest’, my son enjoyed the short rib with its incredible sauces and delicious lamb dish. The dishes are all small plates but each one has lots going on and we all left full, including my 6ft rugby playing son! The chef, Gabriel is an artist as much as he is a taste maestro. Thank you Kernow Dine and Deli! We will be back. I will make sure we book in advance, as next time we visit Cornwall, the secret of how amazing you are will be out!

An exceptional dining experience, delivered by Cornwall’s youngest head chef Gabriel Verdi, served at Kernow Deli and Dine, a restaurant with a really tasteful interior environment.

Date night and wow, what a fantastic place! Beautifully prepared Michelin style food, we had 3 courses each with wine and coffee at a very affordable price. If you want to try fine dining in a cosy atmosphere with top quality service, then this is the place. Outstanding

Absolutely exceptional. We had a lovely evening at Kernow Dine & Deli. Staff were friendly, and the food was outstanding: beautiful, and delicious.

The best of top end Fine Dining cuisine in a relaxed bistro. We had a selection of small savoury plates. All were incredible to look at and delicious to eat. I hardly ever take photos of food- but the soup deserved a snap! The front of house staff were very friendly and spot on with their wine pairing advice. My advice would be to book a table now for any special dates in 2024, because once this place takes off, there will be a long wait list!

We just discovered Kernow Dine. That staff were delightful and there is a good diverse wine list. The menu consists of small (although generous) plates and sides. The plates range from fish through meat to vegetarian. The quality of each dish is at the standard one expects in a Michelin starred restaurant; genuinely superb. We enjoyed hake with squid-ink risotto, Newlyn crab cake, Scallops ceviche and lasagne. We also enjoyed house focaccia with truffle and garlic butters, Pave potatoes (delicious) and we could not resist sharing a raspberry choux bun with raspberry sorbet. This really is a special restaurant that is producing some of the best food west of the Tamar.

A lovely cosy little bistro, deli in the day and small plate fine dining in the evening. We had a selection of small plates between four of us and the food was spectacular, beautifully presented and delicious. Have already booked our next table.

Absolutely excellent service and food. This is a restaurant I'd expect to be in the Michelin guide with at least a knife and fork. Service was fine dining but the vibe is relaxed. Food was excellently balanced with regards to both flavours and textures using fresh and local produce.

Imaginative, beautifully cooked and presented small plates. We loved every dish. Particularly recommend the Newlyn crab cake and the stunning house-made focaccia. The ambience was lovely - very warm and attentive front of house staff, and the venue is tastefully decorated.
