What a find! In Falmouth for the week and been in twice and hope to do a visit or two more. Excellent friendly service. Great selection of beers and ciders. Really good jazz band on Sunday. But what is best is that its a 'normal' pub. You can sit and chat not surrounded by bad language or loud music in interesting surroundings. It may sound simple but its a rare find. Go see!

Third Sunday of the month prepare yourself for some outstanding jazz. Two rhythm guitars and a virtuoso clarinetist combine to form a brilliant trio recreating traditional and 20s jazz standards. I would have paid good money to hear them. Recommended

I was just walking by as a soundcheck was taking place. Lovely old pub with hospitable staff, friendly crowd and great live music from a swing trio, two guitars and a clarinet - Julian Gaskell and Swingology Highly recommended and I shall return!

My hubby and I adore this quirky place and a proper friendly pub serving a vast range of ales and dimly lit with seating upstairs as well!! Our favorite in Falmouth! Doesn't serve food.

When I'm in Falmouth I always spend an evening in the M&M, preferably when Moth Tales or other cultural event is on.

Amazing pub! Small and unassuming from the outside but once inside there are lots of small and cosy rooms (including a beer garden), Dim Lighting and chilled music let you relax and concentrate on the most important thing, the fantastic beer! 4 real ale hand pumps all with local independent breweries, and an array of 9 craft ales too. Great atmosphere, one of the best pubs in Falmouth

Such an amazing little corner of Falmouth; Matt and his team always welcome you with a warm smile and always treat you like family. There's no where else I'd rather spend these wonderful spring evenings that we've been blessed with recently. I highly recommend this venue to all, and I promise you won't leave disappointed!

I've not eaten at the Moth and the Moon. There are some fantastic, inclusive and welcoming creative events such as Ed's monthly jam on a Wednesday night and the monthly poetry night organised by Phil T. The standard of poetry is mind-blowing. The staff and drinks are very good, they have a local dry cider I like and selection of red wines. .

Amazing place to get a pint, not only have they got the lovely outdoor seating area on the third floor but also a really nice smoking area in the middle of the second floor, not seen anything like it before and has been one of my personal favourite pubs for a good three years now

I spent an enjoyable evening here with friends a few weeks ago. It was a great evening. We didn't have food, but we did have lots of drinks. There was a good atmosphere, and the pub was busy. There was live music, much of it excellent, a very high standard.

We are very fortunate to live close enough to Vega and go fairly regularly. The food here is always outstanding, with lots of choice. and so many flavours. Everything is cooked fresh, and the deserts are great too. It's very reasonably priced, and a donation is made to animal welfare charities from the profits. There is also a great selection of home made produce in jars to take away. We love this place, it's so unusual to find an eatery that does great food, at a good price and for the owner to walk the talk in terms of ethics. If you are nearby one day, go and have a meal, you won't regret it.....
