Increíble pequeño café con un personal maravilloso, tan amable y servicial, la comida también deliciosa y tan buenos precios, tan genial para tener algo tan agradable para los niños en el centro de Bath.
We came here solely based of on the high reviews not really knowing what to expect. We thought it was too good to be true but oh were we wrong. An incredibly enjoyable experience. The resturant was filled to the brim with only one seating table inside and we were luck to have gotten it. Quite a while waiting for the food but at least we knew it was fresh. Cooked right in front of us we got a large cod, student chips, mushy peas, 6 chicken strips and curry sauce for £18 worth every pound! Cannot recommend more and will definitely be coming back!

always have their sign in the middle of the path and people gathered right outside so makes it impossible to get through with a pram. Has been numerous incidents where i’ve had to either push my baby into the road to get passed or had to move the metal sign myself
4 of us visited The Gaff last night for the Chef’s Table experience to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I must admit I was slightly trepidatious when we sat at the bar and were the only patrons in there. I needn’t have worried.
As the restaurant filled up around us Chef Robert served up one of the best tasting menus we’d ever experienced. Every course was wonderfully unfussy, with a couple of dishes opting to make vegetables the star of the show, believe me - you’ve never had cauliflower like this. He was also a great host who clearly loves his craft and happily indulged my amateur interests in his cooking throughout the evening.
All this was complimented by our American friend with a passion for Pauillac, the wine pairings were high quality, interesting but most importantly delicious.
It is unbelievably good value for what you receive (£140 a head for 8 courses, 8 wines and service) and felt really special. My only thought as I exited into the cool April night, ‘I can’t wait to go back’.
The food at Sotto Sotto is amazing and so delicious, particularly the prawn bruschetta starter. Great portion sizes and fantastic service - Lucky is a great waiter and looked after us very well in the evening! Our second time visiting and we'll definitely be back!!
What a great find! Such a lovely ambiance, fabulous food, and excellent staff.
Special thanks to Tom and Gabriella for taking such good care of us, and so warmly welcoming us like family.
There’s a fabulous selection of delicious, traditional, authentic Greek dishes - whether you are looking for just a hot or cold snack, or something more substantial. Plus, seriously tasty desserts! Everything is homemade and fresh - truly outstanding.
Jars Meze restaurant also offers an appealing selection of beverages including local wine specialties.
They have outdoor seating available - ideal for al-fresco dining as the weather warms up; and - for those who prefer to be indoors - their upstairs dining room is beautifully decorated and evocative of a memorable Greek holiday.
Highly recommended!
