An amazing night even on a Sunday Dan was a great host/magician 🎩

Amazing magicians performing up close magic. Went on a Thursday, which is quieter than the weekend, so got to sit up close as long as I wanted without blocking others from enjoying the entertainment. Friendly with banter. Thanks Chris and Mark for your amazing performances.

Dan is an incredible performer who made our night so special, tailoring his amazing comedy and magic tricks to our group which made our night so fun. Thank you so much!!

We loved this little bar! Stayed and watched closeup magic and we all had our minds blown. Cocktails were gorgeous and not too expensive for what you got. Will definitely be back.

went out for drinks for a friends birthday and we were kindly accommodated by a lovely man called Sean (spelt S-E-A-N) with great magic tricks. I 100% recommend.

It was great to have the entertainment while having a drink! Very good. Worth checking out.

So refreshing to see something new. An amazing idea and it works mainly down to the talent of the people. Sean was funny and amazing. And honestly left us in awe as to how he did the magic. Drinks were nice and we were made to feel very welcome. Will be going back and can highly recommend the place.

Fantastic atmosphere, it was a very enjoyable night. My mind was blown on how good the magic was, sadly didn't try the cocktails, but the beer selection was good!

This magic bar was so good I visited it two nights in a row during a weekend trip to Bath! The two different magicians I saw (Sean Mac and Daniel Chard) were absolutely incredible and gave everyone brilliant shows which were mind-blowing! Took my brother and two friends on the second night and they were just as impressed as I was. Definitely worth a visit whenever you are in or around Bath!

Visited last night Sunday after reading some great reviews on TripAdvisor. Excellent fun, great card tricks from Dan Chard, reasonably priced great cocktails or wine / beer. Highly recommended!

Blown away by this place. We had our own close up magic show for an hour on Thursday night. Such a laugh, Paul was engaging, funny, and brilliant. Will return when next in Bath and recommend to anyone going, this was truly a one of a kind experience. Haven't stopped talking about it since

We had the best time here! Lovely and unusual cocktails! The magician was AMAZING!! Involved everyone round the table, was funny and thoroughly enjoyed it. Madness to think that they work based on tips whilst everyone we saw did tip we thought more was definitely deserved! We would have stayed longer if it was busier however after the magician have finished his act we then felt we needed to finish our drinks and go probably down to the bar being quiet that evening. We would 100% recommend and would definitely return when back in Bath.

Amazing show every 15 minutes, Dan was a laugh and turns up every Sunday evening to put on a great show for everyone - highly recommend this unique bar experience! Fantastic cocktails too :)

Came for an unplanned drink downstairs and absolutely loved it - Daniel was amazing; really engaging, great at magic and entertaining. Would highly recommend it!

Fun little place downstairs where you have a bar, some cool booths, and lots of drinks tables, one being the magicians corner. We were entertained by @thedappermagician who showed a nice range of tricks to which my misses was well impressed (muggle). He engaged with the crowd, and made a small show of it. Would recommend for a fun hour.

If I could give another couple of stars I would. Good selection behind the bar, Excellent friendly and attentive service, magic (tho I only saw a short set) was on point and very well performed Nice to have something completely other than the usual bars and clubs to enjoy. Highly recommend it. And it's just a drop down some stairs from one of my top fave bars in bath (the ale House) Both places should be an absolute must visit on everyone's visit list.

Thoroughly entertaining. I was laughing the whole way through not only for Dan's banter by the brilliant way the tricks were delivered. Well worth the visit.

Brilliant, and different evening. Great cocktails, friendly and quirky atmosphere in the vaults. Dan was a mind blowing magician He got us everytime, how does he do it?!! Excellent entertainment. 5 stars.

Such a cool little bar a bit off the main square. The drinks were good, prices were reasonable with a wide selection of spirits. The magician on our evening was Shaun, (sorry if that’s not the right spelling) who was very entertaining with his banter and tricks! A great way to spend an evening.

Stumbled upon this place after dinning nearby. Absolute hidden gem. Great concept, and incredible reasonably priced cocktails. A real magical place. Definitely visiting again.

MAGICAL!!!! Had SUCH an awesome time at Sleight. Paul is a WIZARD and master of magic, we had our minds blown multiple times with all the tricks that he performed over the evening. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. We're telling everyone we know about Sleight, and I can't believe it's only 1 of 2 magic bars in the UK! Very special place and can't wait to come back!!

An amazing place to spend an evening! We were there on a Thursday night so the group was a bit smaller and the atmosphere was so lovely and intimate. Paul entertained us for hours with absolutely jaw-dropping magic, and we ended up having a great time just chatting as well. If you have never been to a magic bar before, definitely don't feel intimated and just check it out! All you have to do is grab a seat and prepare to be amazed! The drinks are great and the magic is even better. We planned on just checking it out for a little while and ended up staying for hours. It's such a wonderful opportunity to see magic up close. Thank you Paul for an unforgettable night!

Had a great time here on our little trip to Bath, saw Dan Chard! Very funny, he’s an absolute legend really. Would definitely recommend anybody pop in here for drinks and entertainment!

Absolutely BRILLIANT evening at this place and magician Daniel Chard is a CLASS ACT! Not only his slight of hand expertise but his dry, witty sense of humour! Incredibly entertaining. They even extended the show onto the lane outside when I was approached by a disguised guy (but I knew it was Daniel) on my way home who managed to get my Rolex off my wrist using distraction tactics (punching me in the mouth). Brilliantly performed and expedited...but I wouldn't mind my watch back now please mate?

One of the best bars in Bath! Only 1 in the UK that puts on a magic show too! Paul the magician is outstanding and a member of the magic circle! So funny and entertaining and his close up magic has to be seen to be believed! Came in for a few drinks and ended up leaving at 3am! We could of stayed all night! Definitely coming back to Bath just for this gem again!!! 6*s Shame we can't post up any videos of Paul's magic. He loved being filmed and still baffles us even after watching it numerous time's!

What a unexpectedly brilliant night. Great music, great service (props to Rob and co), and a great find, especially as the magic was simply incredible. Huge credit to Paul the magician - everyone seemed blown away by his performance, and we had planned to stop by for a couple of hours, but didn’t end up leaving until 3am. That is how good he was. Will definitely be returning very soon!

We were looking for something to do on a Saturday night, decided to come in for the show and it was a ton of fun. It was sold out with an engaged audience and plenty of humor; would highly recommend

I've been here many times, I really like this bar. The only place in Bath that offers close-up magic entertainment. Their tricks never fail to blow my mind. Very welcoming atmosphere and performers are encouraging to engage. One of few places where it is not awkward to come by yourself as you'll meet and chat with people. An absolute gem in Bath. Will come back definitively.

Brilliant staff, very large selection of beverages which was fun to try, food was good and was very easy to find. Came back in the evening for cocktails and to see the magician downstairs, all highly recommended :)

We were looking for a pub in Bath on a Friday night...we found a magical pub with special atmosphere and extraordinary close-up performance, included with the beers. A magical night we will remember. This place made our stop in Bath very special.
