Amazing samosas (no wonder they claimed "Jane Austen recommended lol!!). This little place offered foods that beyond my expectation. Fulfilling wrap and tasty veggie samosa. They also sell their spices and I was very intriged. Nice and friendly staff. I found a bench and had my lunch in front of Little Chai with some cheerful sunshine. Would recommend if you pass by!

Chaiwala offers an authentic taste of Indian street food that’s hard to beat. From their rich, aromatic chai to flavour-packed chaats and parathas, everything tastes fresh and true to its roots. The service is quick, and the quality is consistently excellent. Probably the best desi food in town—highly recommended for a delicious takeaway experience.

Not really authentic. I would expect the "wraps" to be in roti or paratha, but they're not... it's just a regular dry tortilla wrap. I did not enjoy. The staff was nice though.

I was drawn in by the hilarious sign claiming that Jane Austen herself loved these samosas. So, I had to try them! They were some of the best samosas I’ve ever had! Tender wrapping, generously filled, and the tamarind dipping sauce was fire. Loved my snack so much, I went back for samosa chaat for dinner!

I absolutely love their samosas! They're amazing, especially with mango chutney. I've also tried their wraps (All in mixed wrap, Falafel wrap), but in my opinion, they aren't as great. I'm a bit confused about the pricing, though—when I bought 4 samosas as a package, it cost £16, but when I bought 3 separately, it was only £6. Not sure why the package is more expensive.

Well, where to start with this review, we're just gutted that we were only able to eat here the once, due to just passing through. We had heard about this place on Google, and wow did it live up to it expectations, the moment we arrived it smelt absolutely incredible. So we ordered the "all in one bowl" They absolutely stack it full, with everything on, and it was 10/10, better than the food we had in indain it's self, and that is no lie. And being 100% vegan plant based is amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more. And the staff are absolute legends 👌🤙

I wanted to try Chai Walla after seeing the reviews online. I ordered the Falafel Wrap & Samosa, but was told they could do me a Falafel and Onion Bhaji wrap instead as they didn’t have enough Falafels for just a Falafel wrap. Even though this would’ve normally cost £9, they only charged me £7.50 as this was the cost of a Falafel Wrap and Samosa. I can’t understate how flavoursome, delicious and moreish both the wrap and samosa were. I have tried quite a few falafels in my time, but this was the best ever. Coupled with the jovial and friendly service, getting food from Chai Walla was simply an absolute treat. I can’t wait to come back here again. Ordered a takeaway on Sunday night, and I'm now in hospital with food poisoning and on a IV drip. 100% it's from here, as me and my partner had the same food and lunch, and she is completely fine. The only difference was my curry from here. I've had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, sickness and shivers. They probably just reheated a meal from 2/3 days previously as the food arrived in 15 minutes from ordering. Unless you want to end up like me, I highly recommend you don't eat from there
