Booked the upstairs room for a team dinner, amazing how they managed to fit us all in. The cocktail masterclass in between the courses was fun and the lady doing it (sorry i can't remember your name) was a great laugh and joined in with us. The food delicious and plentiful - would very much recommend.

Food is below average and very expensive for what you get. Hot meze for 2 is £25 for 2 small sausage slices, 2 small haloumi pieces, 2 small calamari rings, and 4 miniature pastries. Chicken shish was dry and tasteless, and the rice that came with the shish was just boiled and completely blant, I had to put a ton of salt and pepper to give it some edible taste, the last bites I started to choke from how dry was the whole portion. The plate with the chicken shish didn't sit properly on the table, and it was spinning, so I had to hold it with one hand while strugling to eat.

The price of the food was very unnecessarily expensive, the food (wasn’t even fresh/pre prepared) were in very small portions. The service was also very disappointing. Usually, all Turkish restaurants are great though I would recommend not going to this one.

I had a fantastic experience at this cosy little restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. And the food? Absolutely excellent—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A truly brilliant dining experience!

we find a hair in our food. we say them. But they didn’t take it seriously. Which is very upsetting. service is very bad....

We went with the cappa four courses as it looked a good deal and able to try different variety of food. The sauce selection with the cold meze was lovely throughly enjoyed. Same for both hot and cold meze was good portion size. The halloumi was a bit bland maybe some sort of seasoning could’ve been used to help but that’s self preference. The Spring roll and the small meat kebab was certainly the best two parts of the mezes. Only down side to the mezes I found the bread a bit too hard and cold. Again portion sizes for the mains were great. The mixed grilled was amazing. Chicken was so tasty. It’s enough for two people. Lamb kofta was very tasty and tender. Meats were all great. But again I envasase the mixed is more than enough for 2 people. The dessert was a nice finish, something different which I enjoyed. The staff then gave us a free complimentary shot of amaretto (I think they give this to every adult) The service was okay nothing extraordinary not much conversation very much they bring the food and drink then leave no personality. Atmosphere was nice not too loud or too quiet.

We came here as a big group for a university reunion & it was brilliant! Quick, efficient & friendly service. Food was gorgeous, highly recommend! They were also went out of their way to help me when I left my scarf there by accident. Great customer service.

Went to this restaurant for the first time for a birthday, was a pleasant experience and would definitely go back! We were provided which we thought was complementary naan bread with garlic sauce, chilly sauce and olives, reordered the naan and sauces and were charged for the naan and sauces albeit we requested more. Ordered the mixed starters for 2, calamari was fresh and tender with a crunch, sujuk was very tasty, humus and falafel was very tasty too and fresh, cheese pastries were very nice, only the blue cheese spring rolls were not to our taste 4/5, halloumi 5/5, for mains ordered the mixed grill kebab, chicken and lamb skewers were 5/5 very soft and tasty, wings were average as a bit hard 2/5, lamb chop 4/5, Adana kebab 4/5, rice and salad with pomegranate sauce 5/5. My partner had the chicken shish with rice and vegetables 5/5 very good portion size for both highly recommended. For the birthday surprise we were surprised with a cake (added on the bill) which was very tasty and hit out sweet cravings 5/5 Highly recommend as restaurant is halal which was a bonus! Overall meal came to £105

If you want to eat well amazing soft meat like in Turkey trust me its place for you I have been in many Turkish restaurant in U.K and Turkey or even Poland and this one is in top 3 of my list . Only one thing makes place unique Swedish beer but nice difference. Check some photos delicious word is not enough to describe it.

What a lovely experience. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and we were seated in a quiet area, as requested on booking. The food was served hot and was very tasty. Unfortunately my husband became unwell and we left earlier than expected. The staff were wonderful and truly concerned and packed up our remaining meal for us to takeaway. Couldn’t fault the restaurant and staff at all.

Easy to give 5 stars to this place - our first visit and definitely will be back. At first glance we thought it was a bit busy and the atmosphere was certainly bustling. But we were quickly seated and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The food was stunning - we had chicken skewers cooked over the coals and lamb shank. Well recommended - such a friendly welcoming place.

After visiting Bath we were looking for a place to have dinner and decided to choose this Turkish restaurant based on the reviews. We were not disappointed at all: the food was very delicious (especially the chicken casserole and the kanafeh for dessert), the service was very friendly and the dishes came out of the kitchen very quickly. We loved it.

Located right opposite Bath's iconic bridge, Cappadocia offers a reasonable selection of delicious options. The portions are ideal to try out different dishes and keep you satisfied without being too much. The service was excellent, with staff able to guide you through the menu and its different options especially regarding allergens

yesterday we were in the same chain of restaurants in bristol, the amount we paid was similar but the quality and quantity many times more.

A really nice meal with a good busy atmosphere on a Saturday night. We had a nice meal of the Cappa Four Courses which was a lot of good food. The Mutancaca was an amazing main and I couldn't recomend it more. All the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive, as soon as we were done with a course the table was cleared and if we needed a drink they were straight over with no need to attract attention.

Fantastic food and service - we visited here during our trip to Bath and just wish there was somewhere local to us like this. Amazing Turkish food, ambience and the staff were very efficient too given we visited on a Friday night.

Lovely restaurant - delicious food and very friendly service.

Good just fine. They changed us 8£ for extra bread and £2 for ketchup. We paid 160£ in total which is not good at all. Not even good service.

Visited here yesterday evening with a group of my friends for a 30th meal. The service was amazing and the food was lovely. Everyone was happy with their meal and drinks (rarely does this happen! ) and we all left very happy. We absolutely will be returning to try more on the menu, thank you

Okay for me as meat eater but very poor for vegetarians. My wife first had the vegetarians moussaka. Which was a slop of over cooked slimy aubergines and a splat of bechamel sauce. It had no layers or any form whatsoever. It was a very poor meat moussaka with the meat removed. The meat could, for example, have been substituted with Black Lentils. They replaced the moussaka, without discussion, with their Imam Bayildi dish. This was at least edible but still had over cooked aubergines and food with little texture. My wife has given up with aubergine dishes. There is a third V/VG dish but that is just a glorified starter.

Great location and ambience... can't beat the food and served with big portions I almost forgot I was in Europe. Came here for very early dinner, so it wasn't crowded. The tables outside albeit are in high demand especially for mid afternoon tea or coffee for a little pick-me-up.

The food is delicious, I recommend the Beyti Kebab, the quantity is large enough for two people.

What a great place we just happened to stumble across. The food amazing, and arguably, was one of our favorite meals from our trip. The service was also great and we would absolutely recommend.

The food is delicious, I give it 9 out of 10. It is worth a visit, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable, but book before you come because they only enter with a reservation.

Staff were very helpful and managed to get us a table for 2 on 13th Aug 24. Starter was very nice mix grill platter for two was very nice. The sea base was a let down , I wanted whole fish not fillet there was no flavour on the fish that was a letdown and all the other dishes were very nice .The ambience was very good well worth the visit , would visit again if the fish is cooked with flavours. We travel from Sevenoaks to Bath well worth it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing food and service. We had the couple's experience. All the food was just incredible and all the staff, particularly Eren, were friendly and attentive. Portions are massive. We couldn't eat it all and they offered to bag it all up so we could take it home before we could even ask. I'm sad there isn't one in Nottingham.

We went for sharing taster menu for our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a nicer night. Staff were lovely and made our night one to rememwbr , food was amazing and ambience great.

Lovely restaurant in a pretty area by the river. Busy so great atmosphere. Large tasty portions. Was given real mojito when ordering non alcoholic, was quickly rectified when I checked but could have meant driving with alcohol in my system.

Service was BAD! The waiter was very rude and racist, so we canceled our order and left somewhere else! He made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, despite our total was going to be around €50.

We had dinner and lunch here twice and everything was nice. But when my mum came alone the third time, one of their staff was so rude to her. She came for tea and he told here she has to order a meal (which is understandable) and she understood. And then she asked for the bathroom and he prevented her from using their bathroom so Rudely.

Staff are very warm and welcoming, they had great suggestions on the food too. Food was delightful and packed with flavour!

I liked the food and the meat it was really delicious and it is a great way of filling your stomach. The toilets are really clean and smells really good too, so I would recommend to come here.

I recently had lunch at Cappadocia Turkish Restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The menu offered a great variety. The service was prompt and friendly, making the overall dining experience enjoyable.

Delicious halal meal - food was fresh, spiced nicely and portions generous. Booked dinner with my family for my sisters graduation. The attention given to us by our waiter Deniz was outstanding, even offering to switch a dish my sister ordered because he saw that she hadn't finished her meal compared to the rest of us even tough she was just taking her time. The standout dishes were the falafel, rolled stuffed cabbage, chicken wings, and kenefe. They offer more private dining on the top floor ideal for big groups! Advise to book in advance, as it can get quite busy for dinner - hope to come again - much recommended 🙏

Phenominal location, service and food! We came for an early dinner and even though the restaurant was pretty full they gave us the best table w/out asking for it. The customer is clearly their #1 priority! All of their staff works like a well oiled machine and our waiter Deniz was excellent! Food is super tasty - delicious lamb dishes and many more to choose from. Make sure to order the desert. The interior decor is very nice too.

We had the most amazing dinner at Cappadocia Restaurant. We went there on our journey through the south-west of England as a family of six. My parents lived in Turkey for a few years over 25 years ago and we were diying to find a good Turkish restaurant in France, but we couldn't. In Bath, we found Cappadocia Restaurant. The food is fantastic, savoury, meat is perfectly cooked, portions are more than enough but what made our night is the staff, especially Eren who took care of us with smile and real interest. Thank you to everyone who made our dinner so nice. Eren and the gentlemen who served us, and congrats to the cook!! We will not forget and maybe one day we'll be able to come back. ÇOK TEŞEKURLER

A beautiful restaurant located in the heart of Bath, opposite the river. The staff are top notch and the food is delicious.

The approach to service is very good. It is a restaurant run entirely by Turks. I ate lamb shank. It was amazing. The atmosphere inside is very nice. The attention of the employees is very good. If you happen to be this way, I recommend you to eat here.

Very expensive. A starter shared in 3 and 3 mains spent around £42 each. Very friendly and helpful staff, but for such a price it is unthinkable to have paper napkins. Good food

Excellent service. Authentic Turkish food at a reasonareasonable price. Drinks were also fairly priced and NOT watered down. I had a Jameson and my wife had a beer. Id recc the lamb chops and the moussaka.

Although there are many reviews regarding the restaurant being halal, there is not even a single halal sign on the menu or at the restaurant entrance. Ask the guy there and he said it’s halal. If the restaurant genuinely serve halal food there is no need to hide it by not declaring it on the menu or at the restaurant entrance. The restaurant is pricey and also serve alcohol. There are some other restaurants in bath that clearly mentions halal food in the entrance like Alfalafel.

Very good food and service, will visit again. 18th June 2024 the cost of the still bottled water is ridiculous it is 33% dearer than 5 of the other restaurants we have visited, just order tap water. The food and service is 4/5.

I booked a table for 15 of us for my sister's hen weekend, for a 4 course meal and a cocktail making masterclass. It was a fantastic evening had by all! We loved that everyone got to make their own individual cocktails and the food was delicious, well prepared and presented. The service was also 5*. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening, my sister and the whole group had a lot of fun and enjoyed themselves immensely.

After reading top reviews, I was excited to try this place. We went on a Friday evening for my husband's Birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in (2 of us), we knew we'd made a great choice. It was already busy but not chaotic, just a lovely atmosphere!! We were greeted & shown to our table - despite being busy, the tables have plenty of space between them. We ordered the 4 courses for 2 people & a bottle of red. Oh my days ..... The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! The best meal we've had definitely!!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating but not over the top. Great value. We will 💯 be going back!!!! Soon hopefully 😊

It wasn't a very satisfying meal considering the price. It seemed like a restaurant frequented by families.

I recently visited the restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. The food quality was very low, especially considering the high prices. My Adana kebab had 5 bone pieces in it, which was quite shocking. The Beyti, which is usually my favorite dish, was wrapped in stale lavaş. The complimentary lavaş bread was great, but one piece for four people was insufficient. When I ordered more, the waiter assured me it was fresh from the oven, but it arrived stale and barely heated, costing £4 for a piece of leftover bread. I had previously visited the Bristol branch and loved the Beyti there, but this time it lacked the usual tomato and butter taste. I don’t like leaving low stars for any business, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.

Delicious and authentic Turkish food. We had the chef entree selection and I had the lamb yoghurt aubergine (Ali nazik) dish. Amazing.

I never usually give reviews but I had to with this place!! Arrived at 8pm and they asked if we wanted a table by the window but it would be a couple of minutes if we didnt mind waiting so let us wait on another table. The service was absolutely incredible, so attentive. Now the food...where do I start!! One of the best meals my partner and I have had, mains were beautiful and we walked/rolled out so so full! Not sure what the other reviews were saying small portions and they were huge!! My partner loved the chilli sauce so much she asked for a pot to take home and they gave us 2 massive pots for free! 1000000% recommend this place. We had the Chefs assortment for 2, Incik and Moussaka for mains! Baklava to take away! Wish I lived closer. Would visit every week 🤣

Staff were all very lovely, seated immediately and food served quickly. Complimentary Turkish delight and amaretto shot after meal. Loved the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. To top it off, the food was very delicious. I tried calamari for the first time and loved it, as well as everything else in the hot mezze platter. Had the mixed shish for the main and the taste of the meats was just incredible!

Had dinner here when we visited Bath. The service was exceptional, the menu was extensive and food was delicious. Beautiful décor and one of my favourite Turkish restaurants.

Food is absolutely unbelievable, the best Turkish food I've ever eaten and probably amongst the best meals I've ever eaten. The location is extremely convenient and the prices are competitive for the area. Unfortunately, the service was not as good: I'm a celiac and was initially brought a non-gluten-free version of a gluten-free meal I'd ordered (admittedly this was a menu adaptation, but this error could have made me seriously ill if I didn't notice it). The first waiter we had also spilled my drink all over the floor when pouring it (although he brought me another one for free, so I guess that sort of covers it) and after that incident, a totally different waiter took over service and he was extremely pleasant and professional. I would still visit again, and I would still recommend that others visit: just be extremely careful if you have any allergies and do your due diligence when visiting. The food is unbelievably good though, so definitely don't let my experience put you off completely.

Great food and lovely view from restaurant.

Mehmet and staff went above and beyond for myself as I was on a date. They made it so special and I also arrived late they even kept my spot for me and placed flowers on the table for my girlfriend. These people are really special and the service was second to none. The food was out of this world outstanding place highly recommend to anyone who visits bath. Thank you again I really appreciate everything you done for me
