Well we never got in. We called the day before to book 6 people for Wednesday but the guy said they only take bookings for 8 + people! That's a party!! Otherwise we just show up. So we did go there and we were asked how many people and when we said 6 they said we have to be 8 or more. Ridiculous! We took our business elsewhere.
Excellent food, good value for money, lovely staff, really looked after us well. Food came really quickly hot and well presented. First time going and will be back!!
What a find!
We were so lucky to have stumbled apon thus restaurant whilst visiting the Christmas markets. Delicious, freshly prepared food and excellent, friendly service.
Modern pleasing decor in the restaurant with beautiful pictures of Kathmandu and the Himalayas. Food was delicious and service friendly and attentive. Great place for a night out with friends.
Booked Afternoon Tea as a treat for my sister. Had to order sandwich fillings in advance from a really good selection. Perfect Afternoon Tea, had so much food had to have a doggy bag. Service was great, really friendly and checking if anything needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Place was really busy for an afternoon during the week as well.
Totally surprising place making delicious alcohol-free cocktails with extremely researched ingredients, the vast majority of them locally sourced if not self-grown.
The place is like an intimate garden; the scent the choose to diffuse is relaxing and interesting.
The owners are charming and welcoming, as we entered they gave us a tasting tour of their specialties!
Really good coffee, enjoyable atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Prices aren’t as bad as expected given it is in central Winchester, and a lot of lovely decor
Had a lovely lunch and a very nice game of golf today. The service was great. One thing of note was the tea-two spoons it was delicious. Well done to everybody at the Winchester golf Academy.

Lovely little cafe in Droxford...
Today we arrived a little too late for lunch and missed the savouries, but the staff were happy to make a cheese sandwich for my son (which was very accomodating) and the tea is always lovely in the surroundings. We love this little cafe and occassionally travel from Portsmouth specifically for it. You won't find a regular food menu but there are always delicious handmade cakes and (earlier in the day) toasted sandwiches along (sometimes) amazing locally made soups.
The staff are lovely and the church surrounding and history are a treat.
Looking for a light bite at lunch time and found Marse. We all had the combo bowl, every different item was delicious and we all struggled to find a favourite. On balance mine was the summer roll. We managed to sit outside and the service was with a smile. We will return next time we are in Winchester, it was a real flavour treat.
We came for the Teppanyaki experience and had a great time, we came to celebrate one year married and were made to feel very special. The chef was great fun and interactive and let us have a go with the egg tossing!! The food was immaculate and plenty of it, we will definitely be back!
Got into Winchester and had an hour to kill. Found this place near the station and grabbed a coffee and a pan au chocolate - both were fantastic. Multiple plugs to charge laptops/mobiles and good wifi.
