Simple straightforward cafe with a great menu and friendly folks in charge. Breakfast was fantastic, and the dogs enjoyed their little bowls of sausage. Tucked away behind the village hall. Well worth a stop

Lovely little cafe that’s very very good value for money, friendly staff and outside seating. I took my little dog and they even gave her a sausage, I know I won’t be able to walk past again as she will remember!

Visiting area for first time, early for appointment so stopped at Ria's for a cup of tea which quickly turned into bacon and sausage sandwiches with tea!! Rapid service, busy, buzzing and such a lovely welcome for us as strangers to the area. Envious of others eating the breakfasts - looked superb and brilliant value for money. What a lucky find ! Will return.

Not easy to find... located to the side of the village hall which fortunately boasts a good sized car park Ria's Cafe serves a high quality breakfast at bargain prices.Hours vary, normally opening at 8am weekdays and 9am at the weekend with closing times also varying from 1pm to 3pm depending on the day. The cafe needs better signage because it seriously rivals any cafe in the county and knocks spots off the local hotels. 5 stars and will certainly be returning (but will not eat for 24 hours before visiting).

A fresh Sunny Sunday and let's take the Viva out to Ria's cafe and meet up with some buddies...Arrived and parked up at 9:30 already a few there - so let's get a coffee...WOW it's full again and Ria's busy cooking again - Morning Darlin' she shouts... Great welcome! Lovely lady - So order in for a strong coffee and bacon butty! Paid like 2.50 for both!Took a seat at the back on the deck - Lovely views over the fields and then got chatting to some guys!Always the great smell of food cooking and so busy!Food arrived and so hot fresh and tasty!Added brown sauce... Then out front to chat with some buddies...Bacon roll was superb! Gone in 60 seconds I think...Went back for another coffee - And still busy cooking away at 11;30!Small kitchen, around 6 x 4 seat tables inside and out on the terrace there are around 4 6 seat benches...Great food great staff... Thanks Ria XX

Ria's Cafe, is attached to The Waltham Chase, Village Hall, but with only one board actually telling you it's there...this little hidden gem can be easily missed. Ria's, herself is a bubbly and welcoming owner, who cooks everything herself (except during busy periods) and finds the time to chat and make your visit seem...special.Today I had the extra large breakfast, of 2 rashers, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, toast and tea. And it was exactly what I wanted after a 90+ days, of being bed bound and unable to eat solids. I believe the breakfast was £5.90...but that could be wrong?Highly recommended, fairly tight for seating, but there is outside seating available, if the weather is fair. Not sure about WiFi, but free parking is available.

Been here lots of times and it's fantastic. The service is really great and staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is freshly cooked so you will wait but your tea or coffee comes straight away. For me it's large breakfast 2 sausage 2 bacon 2 egg mini hash brains and a choice of tomato beans or mushrooms (you get 2) tea or coffee and toast (proper bread not thin Sliced stuff) Proper sausage thick bacon. No catering rubbish. This for £5 !!!

Really good coffee, enjoyable atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Prices aren’t as bad as expected given it is in central Winchester, and a lot of lovely decor

We were staying in the area on a very rainy day so booked in for lunch. Superb pizzas all round which were very well cooked and varied in their toppings. Great quick service and happily accommodated our two dogs.

Had a lovely hot chocolate with orange syrup. Lovely and smooth, thick enough to need a spoon. Not sure what chocolate they use, and not at all a sickly sweet hot chocolate that you get in other places. The best hot chocolate in town without adoubt. You do not have to be seeing a show to go into the cafe bar at the Theatre Royal in Jewry Street as it is open to everyone. I was served immediately as there wasn't a show on the day I went.
