Service was exceptional - team were very attentive. And took the time to explain how the Lebanese food is eaten. And the food itself was extremely food. Wry tasty and full of flavour - reasonable value for money too. My wife had the on special ‘rainbow trout’ - would highly recommend that. Plus the sharing Lebanese platter starter. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed

We came across this beautiful pub on our way to Bognor Regis we were having a cheeky weekend away and decided to take the scenic route which was actually a very good call.We were both ready for a refreshing drink and something to eat as well as needing the rest room.We were blown away by the lovely ambience of the place with a nice fire burning and gorgeous leather armchairs so cosy.we were greeted by very welcoming smiley staff the drinks were good and the food amazing we opted for a sharing platter of maze we had not had Lebanese food before so it was a real treat. The outside was beautiful with a lovely beer garden.we definatley be going back again.

The spa is well worth a visit. The setting is stunning and the facilities don’t disappoint. The pool is warm and a decent-enough size to swim lengths or you can relax with a drink and a magazine on one of the loungers. The staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

A long wait at the bar while the Landlord chatted to his colleague Eventually acknowledged and served good beer over a very messy bar - covered in dirty glassware and puddles of splashed drink A lovely pub but was very disappointed to be so ignored Business must be brilliant to be able to treat customers this way.

In the late 1990s The Swan was the best pub restaurant for miles around. The food was excellent as was the service and the couple who ran it were very hands on. Sadly they sold and The Swan was bought by a brewery chain and moved from great to not so great to actually terrible. It was a real shame. We went once just before Christmas and there was one other couple dining. This in a pub that used to be packed. To add insult to what is a lovely old building in a beautiful village, the pub was badly redone inside and painted outside a sort of sludge green. Now thankfully The Swan has been sold again and bought by a young couple with good experience. Of course you can’t change everything overnight but the food on the Sunday we went was superb and the service getting back to where it should be. Long may it continue to improve.
