The best restaurants in Appleton and Cumnor Vale of White Horse South East

Cannot recommend this place I would give it 10* if I could, lovely warm welcome, Thai food was amazing, brilliant night, we will definitely be back x Claire, Lee, William and Macie xx

A brillinat experience, Came down on a Saturday evening and was greeted by freindly and chatty staff, I had preordered my pizza for 5:45 and it was there ready and waiting for me, I sat in the paddock overlooking the campsite and the sunset and enjoyed a perfectly cooked pizza, I opted for the Pepperoni and i added olives, rocket, and nudja sausage, I happily suprised by the wide variety of pizza toppings that could be added on and will certinley be trying diffrent combinations over the coming weeks. FAb experience and a 10/10 recommend visiting if you are around the Eynsham area.

Disappointed, the piece of plastic in my sausage and egg roll really spoils the experience We will not be going back. Also having to write 100 words is annoying

Quintessential Country pub, welcoming staff, excellent landlord, roaring log fire, good range of beers, excellent pub food. Highly recommend.

Charging £2.50 just for delivery round the corner

A birthday meal for my wife with family and friends. Food was fresh perfectly cooked and service was Impeccable. Great choice with specials board adding to experience. The place was warm and inviting with a great atmosphere. Would 100% recommend. Thanks to all!

After his sailing, my son and I had Panini, chips and beans and a mug of tea, most welcome after a good sail. Out for a day on the water or just for a walk around the reservoir, Hackett's Harbour is a good place to stop for a hot drink or a filling snack.

Such a pretty pub in a pretty village but for us, that is where it stopped! Booked a night away for a birthday celebration and especially chose this pub as in the photos I could see 2 fire places but on one of the coldest Saturdays in January, the fires were not lit. Food was disappointing and everything felt like it was done on a very tight budget....not even a full toilet roll!!!

Potentially should be lovely. But let down by sour and grumpy service. Some warmth would help! As a result character is very much lacking what it used to be like.

Tuvimos una estancia agradable y cómoda en el Ferryman y una fabulosa cena en el restaurante con amigos. Recomendaría esto como una parada obligada para Thames Walker entre The Trout en Tadpole Bridge y Oxford. El personal/propietarios eran muy amables y atentos e hicieron estas secciones de nuestro paseo muy especial.

This coffee bar in a busy commuter train station just outside Oxford does not accept Scottish banknotes. This is company policy that was quoted to me. Beware!
