After his sailing, my son and I had Panini, chips and beans and a mug of tea, most welcome after a good sail. Out for a day on the water or just for a walk around the reservoir, Hackett's Harbour is a good place to stop for a hot drink or a filling snack.

Good to see the Fox back open, New manager/Chef is very welcoming. Food was really good, tasty hot and large portions. We had burgers and steak. Pub is kept much cleaner than previously, tables wipes and cleared quickly. We'll be back. We could see more staff were required before they really market the place again. It would benefit from a few smaller tables in the restaurant area.

Lovely food and excellent service as usual. Great place for an evening meal with friends.

I went today to purchase a coffee which I did. My purchase was based on the fact that they would be closed a 9 pm as advertised on Google Places(Map). As I was sitting a gentleman I approached me telling me that they are closing in 10mins that was at 19:45pm. The gentleman didn't provide an explanation or neither apologises for the inconvenience caused. Avoid when you'are planning to sit down relying on their opening times.

Amazing time at Pablo’s, we went after the Abingdon fire works and they happily greeted us even tho they where closing the kitchen 3 minutes when we got that, that was on us, my partner had I believe the bacon burger and ginger beer. I had the butter chicken with a Oreo milkshake it was lovely the only downside was the onion rings being undercooked but again our fault coming three minutes before the kitchen closed. Amazing service left a tip :)

The drive through is quite good, never really have to queue for long. The helpfulness of the staff is a bit hit and miss though. There's a lad who works there some evenings, who is the proverbial chocolate teapot.
