The best restaurants in Knellwood Rushmoor South East

We eat here as a six about every three months, and this time we were possibly even more impressed than before. It was a Valentines-themed meal and I found it delightful.

A very beautiful and cozy house, in a quiet, beautiful area, very kind and helpful owners, Will and Chess. We were very pleased. We recommend.

Unusual venue, a little like visiting someone's home. Atmosphere quiet but pleasant. A little crowded with tables and wooden seats gave me backache. Toilets are undesirable but clean. Service and food are very good. Lots of choice on the menu.

Just been to the Gloster for Sunday roast. Well what can I say, absolutely delicious, cannot fault the service, the food or the price. Had roast dinner + extra potatoes + extra yorkies. Also had a pudding, millionaire’s cheesecake- beautiful. Will definitely be back soon.

Good food at a reasonable price

Foods good, but not a place to go if you are a large group as the place is a bit small and there is not much room if you are at the far end. It is really expensive here, I paid £ 76 pound for two people, and we did not order that much.

I had a decent dinner here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a highlight. The food was good, but with the healthier option of the two dishes I feel that the portion size was a bit small. We had the fish and chips, where the chips were actually really good and the fish was ok. The healthier option of teriyaki salmon on cauliflower rice was really tasty, but as mentioned I felt the portion size was a bit small. All in all a good option for a casual dinner.

Our server Will was wonderful and a brilliant joke, made the meal taste ten times better

I have stayed here a couple of times in the last week. The breakfast is very poor. This morning there was no fresh milk, the scrambled egg was from a packet mix and the bacon was pink and limp. I had the steak and chips in the restaurant too. Steak was like leather, chips were lukewarm warm and pasty. The price of the food is also extremely high for what is on offer. Honestly, don’t eat in here if you can help it.

Rude, and get your order wrong!

Use to be fantastic food and service! Tried to order multiple times with business as 'manis' lately (now Zinos) through website to be told 'no service', have ordered tonight with hours displayed as open and yet no food has arrived. No answer to phone so decided to drive up to collect - the shutters were down and the location closed!
