The best restaurants in Knellwood Rushmoor South East

This was my first ever menu tasting and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our waiter was Josh who was a bit nervous to begin with as it was his first time waiting at table but soon began to relax and did an excellent job. The food was exceptional and was a very enjoyable evening.

I loved my stay here. Chess is an amazing cook, and I much preferred to eat here than forage out on the town. Would tell anyone traveling on business or with a loved one that your money is well spent here. The Goat in the Garden bar is so friendly too, so you can have a drink later and go right back to your room.

If you’re looking for nice food delivered to your table at double quick time in a sterile atmosphere this is good for you. The food could not be faulted however, a little more time between courses would have been appreciated. It almost felt that they wanted to please you but wanted you back out the door as quickly as possible. There is no atmosphere and it feels very sterile.

Went with my sister for a bottle of cider,asked for alcohol free one then paid and sat down,half way through my sister said she felt a bit strange,looked at the bottle the bar man had given us and they where both full alcohol. Really annoyed I spoke to the manager who was really sorry,but never got an apology from the person who served us. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Very restricted vegetarian menu. Noisy with little noise insulation. Mainly convenient place for local office workers for lunch.

Went for early Christmas party with about 40 people. Food choices orders were given 45 days in advance. Restaurant is not capable for large parties. We were on 5 tables. One table was served at a time. By the time last table served, people on first table reached home. I was part of last table, unfortunately. Sabji Korai, Daal Tarka had no spices at all. Not even enough salt and peppers. I had to eat my roti with green chillies. I would not recommend. Management’s attitude was very unprofessional hence completely ruined party indeed.

I had a decent dinner here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a highlight. The food was good, but with the healthier option of the two dishes I feel that the portion size was a bit small. We had the fish and chips, where the chips were actually really good and the fish was ok. The healthier option of teriyaki salmon on cauliflower rice was really tasty, but as mentioned I felt the portion size was a bit small. All in all a good option for a casual dinner.

Fairly limited food choices, quite a lot of quite basic, burgers, pub classics, fast junk foods, icecreams for most of the dessert options.

Popped in before a meal elsewhere not realising they had a live band playing.. Brute choir who were out of this world, so much so that we had our meal and went straight back. Amazing happy atmosphere, everyone dancing and singing 5* night. Although the bar was busy we didn't have to wait long for drinks so credit to the staff on the night. We will be back.

I have stayed here a couple of times in the last week. The breakfast is very poor. This morning there was no fresh milk, the scrambled egg was from a packet mix and the bacon was pink and limp. I had the steak and chips in the restaurant too. Steak was like leather, chips were lukewarm warm and pasty. The price of the food is also extremely high for what is on offer. Honestly, don’t eat in here if you can help it.

Every visit is purgatory. I've stopped trying. Queues of students and people out the door into the car park at all times of day, car park always floods when wet too. Usually wait 15 minutes for a hot drink and pay over the odds for it. Went in on the weekend and queued for ages to be told they had run out of cups. Run out of cups....seriously????? Abysmal. This had purely been placed to cash in on the student craze of spending double digits on hot drinks. 8 visits here and you could have bought your own coffee machine to last tye next 6 years.

Use to be fantastic food and service! Tried to order multiple times with business as 'manis' lately (now Zinos) through website to be told 'no service', have ordered tonight with hours displayed as open and yet no food has arrived. No answer to phone so decided to drive up to collect - the shutters were down and the location closed!
