Mani's Grill in Rushmoor

Use to be fantastic food and service! Tried to order multiple times with business as 'manis' lately (now Zinos) through website to be told 'no service', have ordered tonight with hours displayed as open and yet no food has arrived. No answer to phone so decided to drive up to collect - the shutters were down and the location closed!

Bad service attitude. It’s a regular high street grill shop but priced like fine dining. The burger was good, chips were all right. However, I was disappointed with the king prawn’s both quality and quantity, compared with its price.

Now this place is my favourite takeaway..their burgers in particular are to die for..but they also make chicken and kababs to aswell as drink and deserts..give em a try you won't regret it.

Rude arrogant staff wrong food served chicken instead of hallomi then they try and claim it was hallomi and we were wrong saying how often have you seen white chicken... errr chicken should be white when cooked but the fact is I wanted hallomi not chicken and don't get me started on my wifes food completely in edible

Extremely disappointed customer…ordered food via delivery app. Received some 2 hours late and left outside and now not offering a refund. Poor service and would not use! Learn something about customer service. It’s fast food supposedly

Ordered late meal through deliveroo, waited outside my hotel for over two hours. Rang mani's to ask where food was and was told delivery had been attempted and they'd tried contacting me, so food had returned to there. Neither had occurred. Food was out for redelivery and not prioritised despite being over 2 hours old. Seriously poor service but loads of excuses. Person on the phone was rude as well. Will never eat from here again.

Very good food. One of the best food I have ever eaten. Ur belly says stop but its hard to stop as its so tasty. I loved it. Kids enjoyed it too. Very good 5 stars overall. Will visit again for sure

The manager was quite unpleasant, and I never received my order or my refund. Doesn't know how to communicate with customers. When I called to inquire about my order, they ignored my calls too.

Mexican rice really good, wrap was meh. Peri chicken seemed to just be drenched in sauce. For the area its in, the place is decent as its one of the only halal option but that shouldn't be the selling point lol. Compared to a place with abundance of food options, Mani's should really improve in terms of marinating and taste. Spoke with the owner, he seemed friendly enough

The rudest staff ever! The old man, probably the manager or owner of shop, he should really work on his behaviour. To treat a woman with such disrespect is disgusting!

Ordered Grill Chicken...was OK Expected lots from Lamb chops, but firstly, it was not a typical lamb chop piece. Looked like a rib eye steak! Secondly, the "chops" was hard and chewy.

Wow. Food was great. I popped in for a bite to eat. The portions are huge but somehow I couldn't resist eating it all. Tasted fantastic. Friendly service. Recommend.

Can only order online, no phone orders being taken but you then have to phone to customise the order as online doesn't accommodate all options. Pointless! Need to up their game if they want to survive the competition.

Hi Team Manis Grill,After long time and searched found the Home of Grilled juicey chicken and double stacker burger, specially chicken espetada I must say to your valuable customers please tried and you will love it and don't forget to try kings prawn lamb chops, Mexican Rice all of was so juicy nicely cooked and timely deliverered by great customer service through deliverymen. Stuck in a hotel only serving breakfast forced me to find a decent outlet for food, look no further. Food has been amazing all week. Fresh, cooked very well, tastes great and a short walk from hotel. Ive tried most of the menu during the week and everything is prepared well and tastes great. Recommend the burgers, all the chicken dishes and the home made coleslaw is a favourite of mine. The restaurant is always busy with uber eats so be patient and he will have ur food ready in no time. Top food and if iam back down here id pick the same hotel just to be near this top food.

I had tandoori chicken last night from the those place, I have had many other dishes before and as expected, this one was juicy, satisfying and gives the feeling like it was worth. You guys should give it a try as wel.

Staying at the Holiday Inn in Farnborough to attend Fully Charged Live OUTSIDE. Due to a technical hitch over the road at The Swan this evening (these things happen, I'm assuming it was the Manager who was very apologetic and compensated us with a bottle of wine, great customer service, thanks), we called at Mani's Grill and ordered a Pesto Basil Chicken Burger, a Hawaiian Chicken Burger, and some Cheese Fries. Everyone there was very friendly, and while we sat outside to eat they gave us a couple of bottles of water, a nice touch and totally unexpected. If you're looking for good food, and a very friendly welcome, I have no hesitation in recommending Mani's Grill.

My neighbour recommended Mani's to me, so I decided to try it and was not disappointed. I had the 6oz gourmet burger with cheesy chips. Both were delicious, I watched it being cooked, the ingredients were a high quality and the results were delicious. I was offered a complimentary drink while I waited, which I declined but felt that this was a nice gesture. They do deliver so I will use this option next time.

Wow what a great food. Burger was very juicy and chips spot on crispy and hot. King prawns as a starter worked out well for me, not too spicy to burn your mouth but gentle spicy to wake up your stomach. It was a pleasant discovery of a great food in Farnborough. Thank you guys for a very yummy meal 😊

Omg!!! This was just half of it.... Chicken espetada..... Was absolutely amazing.... I asked for hot sauce and it was just right... Lovely grilled vegetables.... Best Mexican rice... The chicken was beautiful.... The lovely guy even gave me a drink whilst i waited... Restaurant quality food 👍

We had ordered food for our late evening meal and the food had arrived on time with a polite and nice delivery person. Firstly, we would like to say that their Habanero Cheese nuggets were exquisite. We would recommend it. We had also ordered lemon and herb lamb chops as part of our meal. However, when it arrived it tasted like sweet chilli. Henceforth, we called up to enquire whether they got the order incorrect as lemon and herb had a sweeter taste and it had red bits on the lamb like sweet chilli sauce does. However the person on the phone seemed very impatient to answer the query and he was not listening to what we were saying properly. Nonetheless, according to the restaurant, lemon and herb sauce is supposed to have red bits like sweet chilli. I highly doubt that lemon and herb have the red bits as we can all use our common sense to conclude neither lemon or herb is supposed to be red in colour. Therefore, please be aware when you are placing an order with that sauce if you are expecting it not to be sweet.

Unfortunately the food doesn't make up for the fact that it took an hour and a half to turn up. When your hungry the delay just makes you angry which then ruins your evening. You need to manage customer expectations better and get more staff. Your Mexican rice is too spicy.

First time ordering and we were so impressed with the quality of food and varied menu. Hubby loved the extra hot lamb chops. Food was on time and piping hot. The cheesy onion rings are a must. You’ve got another regular if you keep this service up!

Good service good food but the only let down is the sauces that come with it it literally has enough for a dip when you have ordered the side platter and full grill chicken that is a real spoil.

Ordered at 18:00pm, options for delivery time were 18:45pm or ASAP. Selected ASAP, arrived at 20:00pm... Even after ringing twice and staff member on the phone saying "I've already told you this, it's on its way!" We ordered a feast, and the only thing I would "write home about" would be the wings. Prawns were pretty good. Mexican rice was about as Mexican as my scottish cousin. Chicken chunks were almost iceland bought. And the rest, I can't even remember. £40 is alot of money for some where like this, I'd rather wait for lockdown rules to be lifted and go out for a sit down meal. On to the next one..

Never written a review before, but this place deserves it. We've eaten from this place 2 days in a row and the family loves it. Not only is the food great but so is the owner. He genuinely cares about the food he puts out. Keep it up! Highley recommend Mani's Grill

Guy called Abdul denied to take the order over the phone and refused to confirm his identity. Told me to attend in person to order food. A totally helpless, arrogant, young, cocky, premature guy had no customer service skills at all. He needs to grow, and put himself into the customer’s position. Finally, managed to order food online and thanks for Liane calling me back to take the payments.

Okay so here goes..... Lockdown order from Mani’s grill. I have heard great things from other people so I thought I would have what I want tonight instead of the normal KFC or Dominoes ordered by the children. The food took 25 minutes to arrive which I feel is perfect for freshly cooked food. It was piping hot and beautifully packaged. The salad was the freshest that I have ever had but the star of the show was the chicken sheesh. Absolutely delicious. Tender moist chicken in a thick spicy onion and pepper sauce. I went for the extra hot which was ferociously hot but still retained its flavour. I had the double portion and struggled to eat it all with all the side breads and dishes. I will now order from here on a regular basis. Amazing well done Mani’s grill.

Absolutely amazing! The best I've had in a very long time. Was on a work trip for 3 days in the area, and was addicted! I ordered from here 3 nights in a row! Very tempted to drive all the way there just for the food! The only regret you'll get from ordering here, is the addiction! They'll have you coming back for sure! Staff are also very friendly and delivery is on point, quick and delivered hot!

Visited here a few times so far.. Great service- interested staff, very clean, good price, food is really yummy. My daughters hard to please but loved the periperi chicken! The salad was fresh too. My brother loved the burgers.. will be back!

Poor service and the delivery time was nearly and hour and a half. When I called to chase food after an hour they argued that I had only ordered 15 minutes before. Will never use again.
