Spent a fun Sunday afternoon here enjoying some drinks. It was very busy but the service was good. We didn’t eat but all the food looked good. Good music playing in the background and a great, lively atmosphere.

Amazing meal, decided to give them ago even after reading some negative reviews. Didn't recognise any of the issues reported. Service was great. I sat with a view of the kitchen and watched our meals being made. Having a degree in Hotel, Catering I was impressed with all aspects of our meal and will definitely be returning - though due to portion sizes there may be a slight delay.

Wow, got this fresh sandwich to take out for our walk today. Freshly made and packed with delisious filling. From a lovely cafe in the heart of Grassmere town center, called Heidi's The staff were extremely frriendly. I have had other sandwiches elsewhere, but nothing like the quality, filling and delisious taste we have just had. It's a must to try, when you are ever In Grassmere. We will definitely be back for more Heidi's thank you.

This used to be a decent place for an inexpensive, filling lunch. Not anymore. The only "meals" are toasties in bags or two choices of food in plastic tubs which the customer has to carry up to the till to be microwaved. They are doing this "because of covid" which is a pathetic excuse for their poor offering. I won't bother again, whoever took this decision is patently a moron.

The staff here are fabulous! So welcoming! The food, lunchtime only, is fresh and very much worth trying. The ham is fresh off the bone, the mixed ploughman’s is very fresh and the sandwiches are excellent with crisps and fresh salad. Live music/quiz on a Tuesday is great fun. We’ve been using this pub for years and it’s consistent. It’s what my husband calls a proper pub

The coffee is terrible it has no coffee in it. Worst coffee I have tasted for £3.20 I took it back and asked for black and it still tasted like hot water. This is because they set the machine to put small amount of coffee in it. Will never come here again. Stop scamming your customers. The Breakfast was ok got 2 stars coffee 0 stars

I have eaten chicken tikka biriyani here. Really the food was delicious. Do visit many more.Stuff are very friendly...

Ordered online via uber eats, after ordering they contacted me via the app and stated they ran out of one item so that was then changed. They then contacted again after a while to then state they ran out a dish, I asked if the order could be cancelled and they confirmed. They didn't cancel the order on the app so the one item was still sent out for delivery, I rang to say I didn't want it as the order was cancelled. They stated to inform the uber eats driver, so I contacted him via the app. The driver then sat up my road and ate the dish! I rang the store to inform them and they stated I would be able to get a full refund as I didn't receive anything as they were supposed to cancel the order. I was also informed a the manager would be in touch the following day. Uber eats have charged me double and refusing to issue a refund and pasta a gogo haven't contacted me and don't answer the phone.
