This cafe had a fairly limited menu but was just right for the surroundings, we had really good shortbread with our morning coffee and delicious quiche for lunch, very satisfied, superior to similar facilities in other venues.

Travelled from Chichester to meet friends. We never made lunch because my husband couldn’t access pub in his wheelchair. Land Rover parked by ramp. The pub manager wasn’t helpful or sympathetic. Ended up going to Black Horse at Findon . Welcoming staff and great disabled facilities.

Only ordered one thing and on the menu it was £6 which was confirmed by worker. However, then charged me £8 on card machine and tried to hide the amount! Just disgraceful

Second time I've been in since the latest takeover by a regular of 20 odd year. Said owner basically stuck on his laptop at the bar ( maybe I'm wrong ) if I'm right as he was telling the bar staff what to do a simple hello would go a long way. To get to the bar to play pool we had to walk through the lounge disturbing the music as the bar door was not open. If your a real ale fan don't bother its average Guinness or john Smith's. Gutted as when I read in the Echo a local of 20 year was taking over I thought it would make all the difference. In a positive note if you want a private function it should be spot on with the new partition.
