Costa Coffee in Horsham

All I can say is that the coffee shop was dirty and the loos even worse!! Terrible Ditto Ditto Ditto Ditto Ditto Ditto Marilyn C

Very slow to take order. Lots of huffing and puffing while making it. Sorry we came into a coffee shop and asked you to make us a drink! Majority of tables covered with crumbs. Toilet in a poor state. Coffee was ok when it arrived.

Great coffee great staff always courteous nothing ever an issue...even when short staffed they go above and beyond

Very rude staff. It was like we were an inconvenience to be asking them to make a drink. We won't be returning. Lots of better independent places to go to in Storrington.

Hmmm... coffee was good, cake was good, service was a tad slow, but courteous, but the area manager has come up with their own ruling on covid seating arrangements, you can only have a maximum of 2 people sat at any table, so go in as a family of 3 or more you're going to have to split up even though they seem to have plenty of closed-off seating to one side (enough room for at least 3 families of 4).

Great to have a Costa in the village. Although small it has all the regular features of a bigger one. Love the coffee here!

My family have always enjoyed the smoothies / creamy coolers in Costa but on the last visit the staff refused to use soya milk for their creamy coolers This was on the grounds that they would have to use too many blenders Hugely disappointed

Basic interior decor and furnishing. Limited selection of food, mainly snacks and sandwiches with some cakes. Expensive. Not good value.

You know what you'll get at Costa before you walk in the door and this is no different. The coffee is made to (I'm sure) pretty standard Costa recipes and it's fine. There's a selection of cakes, etc., the staff are helpful & friendly although probably a bit too busy at times to sweep the floor. No problems.

I have been to Costa in Storrington several times. Always been served by professional staff Sometimes the service can be slower than others but they are happy to oblige with different dietary needs etc

This restaurant adjoins a Waitrose supermarket with a car park that is reasonably priced. On a sunny day, soon after its opening, we were pleased to sit outside with our dog. We do not like dogs in restaurants (other than guide dogs) and we therefore did not take advantage of a later development of encouraging dogs into this Costa. Pleased to see that on a visit today that policy had been changed and dogs are no longer admitted. The restaurant has the official five star food hygiene rating displayed. For us the presence of dogs in a restaurant somewhat offputting in terms of hygiene and may well cause problems to those with allergies. Service was friendly and we were invited to read the official Costa policy on dogs in their food premises.
