Very cosy place word. Have a branch or breakfast. Stuff is very friendly and professional and you have a very nice view of the river. Inside is warm and you have some blankets. Also if you want to go outside prices are okay considering London. Maybe cheap parking is large and you will not have any problem to find a space.

I was delighted to find this unique place which is a pub and offers nepalese food. The food I'd say is just fine(fortunately/unfortunately I've had better) but what put me off was, the staff was in a rush to clear our table. While we had bits of starters left and were enjoying our drink the staff repeatedly came in to clear our table! They were polite but their haste to fill-up the dish washer just made it unpleasant.

It was my folks who suggested coming here, as I had my little dog with me. I grew up in Surbiton and recently moved back, although never been to the City Arms before and I am glad I did!, intimate, friendly, perfect cosy Sunday venue, with amazing food and very reasonable on price. The staff were super friendly and (really important) embraced me having my dog with me and having other dogs inside. I will 100% come back again! and its always a pleasure to find a local gem for the first time.

This was a complete contrast to when we last dined here 4 months and I am very disappointed to be writing this but from the moment we arrived we were curtly (and quite abruptly) reminded that we only had 1.5hrs until they needed the table back. That was absolutely fine with us we never plan to be anywhere longer than that. We had a great table at the back of the restaurant but the only reason we had chosen this particular pub was so the 5 children could access the playground. To then be told that none of the back doors right into the playground could be opened and that we had to walk around the front via the carpark, past the bins and a lot of broken glass anytime anyone wanted to go outside. What I don't understand is why you would build such a brilliant playground and then not grant reasonable access and make young children walk through the car park (which is dangerous) and past broken glass and waste (also dangerous). We had a lovely young waitress who looked after us, she was great and so sweet, we ordered quickly but the food service was still a bit slow and we were out at with 5 minutes to spare....phew. We don't bring our children to the pub very often, in all honesty it's around 3-4 times a year because, and we totally get it, kids are really bloody annoying in pubs / restaurants. However we occasionally do it with friends on a special occasion. When our kids were sat at the table on this occasion they were amazingly behaved, (which isn't always the case!) but despite that we felt very very unwelcome. Sadly I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon because the big attraction, which is the amazing outside space for kids was not actually kid friendly and we were made to feel a complete inconvenience for wanting to use it. There could've been one back door available that we could've accessed it through, maybe not the ones directly inside the main restaurant area but the conservatory area to the side was completely deserted with no-one sat there so I can't understand why that couldn't have been an option? Thankfully our kids did not go back and forth at all, they were outside the whole time but when a beer came for one of the parents supervising we just wanted to pass it over to him. Same with telling them and the kids that our food was here which my husband was snapped at aggressively for opening the door to tell them. It was slightly ludicrous and really quite embarrassing and I hope this makes them reconsider this access or more families will feel this way and start to avoid.

After having a bad experience with my last Chinese I was very skeptical to try a new Chinese for over a year but decided to give China Chef a chance and really glad I did. Portions are perfect and it’s not to greasy staff are nice and the food is easy on my gut have returned several times

After a good perusal of the garden centre on a fairly cold day in April we were looking forward to a reasonable lunch, nothing too elaborate. We were shown a table and ordered and then had to wait 30 minutes for our order, NOT a full meal , but a toasty and a quiche with salad. Before they were served I had politely asked a waitress if our food might be served soon. The response was an abrupt, "We are busy!" There was no apology. The salad accompaniment had no dressing and on request I had to wait a further six minutes before had to ask again. The manageress did apologise afterwards but I did suggest that perhaps staff need further training.

I and my son stayed in Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks. I always go to the 360 Restaurant to have breakfast and dinner. The staff are all very kind and polite, especially Paulo, he is professional to serve all customers. There are a variety of food and drink options. The taste are good and the temperature of the dishes is hot enough. Also the environment is comfortable. I think it is suitable for tourists to have meals there. I would like to come back 360 Restaurant with my family again.
