Had Great dinner here!food was simply lovely and staffs are very friendly and helpful special thx for RAM he served as with a big smile and it was cute and cozy place to visit.we keep coming back

360 Restaurant in Kingston is a must visit. I had some fabulous food and perfectly balances cocktail. Thanks to Raman and Parbath for taking care. Wonderful ambiance as well, will visit soon in coming time.

We were just staying for a night after a day at Chessington. We were looked after so well, from check in to the bar and restaurant, the staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough. Especially Parbat who looked after us in the bar and at dinner. The food was very good.

Staff very good and helpful. Limited menu but all well cooked and presented. Service great. Hotel clean and well kept. Would very again.

I and my son stayed in Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks. I always go to the 360 Restaurant to have breakfast and dinner. The staff are all very kind and polite, especially Paulo, he is professional to serve all customers. There are a variety of food and drink options. The taste are good and the temperature of the dishes is hot enough. Also the environment is comfortable. I think it is suitable for tourists to have meals there. I would like to come back 360 Restaurant with my family again.

We booked a table for the last night before lockdown as everywhere else in Surbiton was fully booked. The restaurant was very empty but we had to wait an extremely long time to be served our food. When it did arrive, we were presented with the worst meal we have probably ever had in a restaurant. The staff were really friendly but we will not be returning.

The restaurant is a combined bar/restaurant area, too open ambience. Good service. excellent food. Have dined there twice now. Part of Crowne Plaza group.

First impressions were good, nice decor and layout...perhaps a little brighter than you'd want for a cozy dinner but not too bad. Service was good and relaxed, but without letting you feel like your being forgotten. However, the menu is definitely confused. They opted for a "around the world" cuisine, offering various dishes from different parts of the world which, to be fair, I have never seen work, ever. Unfortunately, this restaurant has not changed my opinion on this. The food itself looks appealing when it arrives at your table, but the flavours are almost missing entirely. I sense that there's a lot of cost saving with the ingredients as there were a lot of individual components that didn't deliver. Duck salad was tasteless with sour pomegranate. Our main course of Seabass on a cashew purée was just I'll conceived. Dessert was sooooo sweet I struggled to finish it. On the whole, each dish is wildly over priced, the food is bland and little details are missing (even the wine glasses are cheap... It might sound odd but you can sometimes tell a lot about a place by the wine glasses they choose). Service 5/5 Ambience 4/5 Food 2/5 Value for money 1/5 Average: 2.2/5

We were highly recommended this THF restaurant and Wow what a delight and what a find! This is an amazing experience with high quality food tat is varied but has something for everyone and is of a high quality and with amazing flavoured tasty food fit for a king or queen. Selection is great but makes choice hard to choose from as it all sounds so nice and differnt. On our visit we were warmly welcomed and were served very proffessionaly and attenatively by the staff and the whole experience was top rate. If you are in tyhe Surbiton area it is well worth you're while to move out of the town alittle bit to experience this wnderful new restaurant and it is not overly expensive.
