Food was cold, I wish I checked the food hygiene rating before I ordered food as it’s a very low 1 star, inspected by the food standards agency in December 2023 with major improvement necessary for food management , yuk!!!!

Went into the shop to place order and met Dino, who was super friendly and helpful. Sushi was made freshly and of high quality and I will definitely order again!

Sadly the salmon avocado I ordered had un-ripe avocado, I had to remove it. Additionally the tuna sashimi portions were pretty small. Rice was ok.

Decided to take a punt, despite the limited reviews (although all very good). Really impressed with the food. The chicken gyoza were so good. Delivered early too. Will definitely use again.

Fresh, good quality and reasonable prices. Good experience so far, although it did not start well. Had issue with the very first delivery via Deliveroo. Problem was with Deliveroo who did not pass our address correctly. Deliveroo were not particularly helpful in resolving the matter, but owner was - brought the fresh food himself, explained the issue and gave an extra item for longer wait. Been ordering from them since.

I tried out these place for some time now, both during the week and on weekends. I love it. The sushi is clearly made just before being sent. You can tell the rice is fresh. I sadly don't like cucumber, and the staff has always been happy to swap it with avocado. Don't be discourage by the waiting time in the deliveroo app! If you select delivery as soon as possible it always arrive earlier than the planned time! You can tell this business is run by the type of people that love their job. Thank you! Ps: sorry but I never get to take pictures of the food, because it's too good not to be eaten as soon as it arrives!

We did collection on a Saturday, the tuna rolls were crispy on the outside which made me think they were left out for sometime. Otherwise tasty. Also wary of businesses that only accept cash and no card (tax evasion?)

Mr Moon makes some of the best sushi outside of London. In my opinion the salmon nigiri is on par with the likes of nobu and zuma. Sushi is expensive but quality usually is!

I don’t eat sushi so am just passing on my husband’s opinion. We all wanted different take out last week and thanks to the different offerings through Uber / just-eat / deliveroo etc we all got what we wanted - I had Wagamama delivery for the first time and it was delicious so gets a thumbs up from me too. The husband wanted sushi and I thought I was ordering from a different shop when I placed his order last week. It was only when I mentioned the name to him that he pointed out my mistake. When he tasted the food he was very happy that I got it wrong. He claims the sashimi was some of the best he’d ever had and the rolls were good, nothing he didn’t like about it. Based on other reviews he was expecting a delay in delivery but everything was very prompt. Highly recommend

It was our first order from Hello Sushi and it was a great experience. The food was fresh and we'll presented, and most importantly, delicious. From our experience, we would highly recommend. We'll definitely order again real soon! Plus, we had a little misunderstanding about the order which was our mistake and they dealt with it very patiently and respectfully. So, all in all, definitely worth 5⭐

Excellent quality and always prompt delivery within 45-60 minutes. Have tried other sushi places locally but found this to be the best.

Not bad sushi, menu a little limited with no udon or rice or ramen dishes, but it hit the spot when we had a craving for sushi. It does add up price wise though.

Ordered a lunch recently - although everything appears to have been made fresh to order, they didn't use fresh ingredients. And the order took 1.5 hours to arrive. The prawn tempura (inside out sushi) was freshly fried in OLD oil, so it had a greasy non-fresh rank to it. The rice surrounding it was soft and still slightly warm and the flavours were perfect, except spoiled by the tempura batter fried in the rank oil. We ordered 3 types of dumplings - acceptable other than the prawn and chives dumplings, which were mushy with no texture, so either these were undercooked or frozen for too long. The final disappointment - cucumber maki - the simplest of sushi. We ordered these because we had guests and 5 fussy kids between us, but they added so much salt to them that the kids complained. Seriously, salt in cucumber maki???

Ordered here for the first time on Just Eat, spent £25 and pretty disappointed by the amount of food was delivered. Not exactly value for money! Going back to the restaurants I know!

Food is outstanding. Delivery is not fast but I understand quality food takes time. Staff are super friendly and if you collect your order they sometimes give you food to try while you wait. We don't need another sushi bar around here with one this good.

Top quality sushi here, and thats coming from someone who has been spoiled with Sushi all over the world. The fish is very well selected, the buyer/chef clearly know what they are doing. Even the salmon (which is never high on my list) was exquisite. The tuna selection was a perfect cut, from the perfect selection. Hard to find in this country, let alone this area. All in all im very pleased with the delivery this evening. My only recommendation would be to give more than 2 sachets of soy and a pea size bit of wasabi for 3 orders of rolls. Its not enough.

Extatic to have found a sushi place close by. The salmon and tuna were both delicious and fresh. The chicken dumplings are some of the best I’ve ever had. The price is also very wallet friendly. Highly recommend Hello Sushi.

Great choice, authentic selection. Take away and delivery only. Cash only if paying at the shop, you can use your card to pay online (+50p ‘service charge’) and then collect. Chicken Gyoze was very good

Found this, and I'm in love. Reminds me of my childhood... Would definitely recommend. So much better then YoHo Sushi, itsu and all the chain restaurants and better price. Just wish it was closer.! Hasn't stopped me though l, been there twice in a week lol. Everything I have had so far has been super yummy as my kids say. Brilliant food and customer service!!!!!

Okay, where to start. Our Hungry House order was accepted at 9.10pm (initially to be delivered at 10.00pm but quickly pushed back to 10.40pm, which we were a little unhappy with but decided to hold on for it). We waited patiently for 1 hour and 45 minutes, to then receive a phone call from a member of staff, to be told that they were too busy to service our order, that it was a relatively modest amount of money and therefore was not a priority. When questioned, she hung up the phone. I decided to ring back to challenge, at which point she passed me on to her manager (after several minutes of her discussing with him the issue, all of which I could hear on my end of the line). He gave me a similar response and at that point I decided to end the call and order from somewhere else. It’s unlikely that I will order from them again, not just because of the actual non-servicing of my order but also because of their poor customer handling/service and general inability to conceive the situation was unacceptable.

I was slightly worried about ordering here having read the mixed reviews, but the food did not disappoint. I had salmon sashimi and the tiger roll and both were very good and arrived in under an hour. The sashimi was good quality and fresh and the tiger roll was so moreish! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Food is lovely, and reasonably priced, staff are incredibly friendly and often let you try other types of sushi whilst waiting for your order, which never takes long. Fantastic.

Not fresh, chewy, inedible and got order wrong. When complained said they would only refund if took back to store even though they delivered. I said they could happily collect but refused and hung up the phone. Please go else where and avoid at all cost!

Good selection of sushi, the location is a tiny shop with about 4 seats along the counter. The chef is really friendly and the sushi was good on the few times I've eaten here. I would deinitely order again. I'd recommend calling in your order and asking how long it will take however as of you order in the shop you may be waiting a while if they're busy.

The delivery was good but apart from that it was awful. The maki was falling apart and the tempura prawn that will haunt me for a very long time. Disappointing considering it's not cheap.

This little sushi take away is by far the best I have come across. It is pricey but worth it!!! We are so lucky to have something like this on our doorstep.

The food is great. We've never eaten in the restaurant and always get deliveries. We place quite big orders regularly (every week or so). However, the delivery times are a joke. Often we wait at least one and a half to two hours for our food to arrive. Tonight (Friday), we are still waiting two hours after placing our order at 6:30. If it weren't for the facts that nowhere else delivers sushi in this area and the food is very good, I would go elsewhere. I think you need more than one delivery driver to keep keep up with demand and to keep your customers happy...

Extremely slow service. I waited for hours for my order and it never came. This has happened more than once and it's safe to say they lost a recurring customer.

Made to order so beware it can take a while, always consistent and delicious, but we do occasionally on delivery end up with something missing so we do prefer to collect.

Useless i dont know how they have managed to stay open as long as they have i love sushi but what they throw together is tasteless like they have washed the taste off. My friend told me how bad the place was but had to see for myself. I warn anyone who is reading this too not try this place out at all i dont even deserve 1 star

Really fresh sushi especially the crunchy uramaki, and made to order and delivered. They have other delicious Japanese food too! Forget the rest- this is authentic Japanese takeaway at its best! Great service!

After waiting for over an hour, I called to see how long it would be before my order would be and I was told 45minutes. I'm sorry but that's a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a bit of raw fish, and I only live 10 minutes (in traffic!) away from them. I wouldn't bother trying to order from them again, especially as the man who called me to confirm that I wanted to cancel my order laughed at the fact it had taken so long.

I had a wafu salad for £4.90 which was green salad with few tomatos, slices of cucamber and few green Japanes leaves and it was tiny, same with sushi very small and very expencive! Not returning.

We tried the sushi here, but were not fully impressed.Tried the new restaurant in Walton which was much better in our opinion.

Came here for a take away order, as I didn't want to take a chance eating in - there's only 3 seats! The miso, edamame and dumplings we tried were all done well but I was quite disappointed with the quality of the fish, it didn't taste fresh although it was prepared adequately.I reiterate the same view as others about the price to an extent... It is pricey which is to be expected for sushi but not ridiculously so.I think the quality of what you pay for though is not up to standard.

I adore Sushi - its very hard to find fresh sushi unless you go to Hello Sushi. The rice is wonderfully fresh, sticky and so tasty. The Chefs are friendly and more than helpful encouraging you to try something new by giving you a taster of another type. I love this place, and yes it isn't cheap, but I'd rather pay the extra £1-£2 for this wonderful food, than buy a dried up variation of sushi in a supermarket. I wouldn't eat in the small shop, really its for take-away only. (They also deliver)!!

This is the longest i have ever had to wait for SUSHI! Its bloody raw fish! How damn long can it actually take!? I mean waiting over 3 hours for pieces of raw fish? HELLO SUSHI has to do better than this! NEVER, EVER, EVER ordering from here again. This is my first and last time. And for the food! its disgusting!

My wife and I are big sushi fans and are so pleased to find this place close to where we live as the sushi is EXCELLENT. The credibility of the sushi is confirmed when I found out that the friendly chef/owner, Moon, is a former chef at our favourite sushi restaurant (sushi Nara in staines).We may soon have to reassess our decision on our favourite place!

we have 2 very small children so we often order out instead of going out to eat. So glad we found them on Just Eat. Honestly, we don't eat raw sushi but we've had several of the other types and they were delicious Even my almost-3-year old loves the cucumber rolls. I do feel its a tad on the pricy side, but really there's no other place we've found thats been as good. They also have excellent customer service. Perhaps one time I will actually have to go to the restaurant.

Hello Sushi is quite probably the only healthy takeaway option we have in the area, and thankfully it's very good! The food is great and service is always prompt and friendly. The only way they could improve would be to offer brown rice sushi dishes so I'm holding out for that!

Surprisingly good sushi for a local takeaway. Sushi set was excellent and fresh. Good octopus balls. Packed and presented well with soy, wasabi ginger and chopsticks. perfect for our riverside picnic! Delivery was as advised. Will definitely eat from here again.

Fresh, tasty and wonderful. For those wanting something other than a curry or chinese or even if you just want sushi, there is no other place like it. The guys who prepare the food are lovely and even let me sample new ideas whilst I waited. The dumplings are a must along with the terriaki offerings

I cannot give Hello Sushi and its chefs enough praise. To say I've eaten from here a 'few' times since we first discovered it just over a month ago would be an understatement and I've not once been dissapointed. The sushi is very fresh and skilfully made and at very reasonable prices - allowing me to feed my addiction - and the chefs are generous and friendly. I would certainly reccomend you give it a try, if you weren't a sushi fan before you will be! Lara
