The best restaurants in Eastry Dover South East

Just had a family wedding weekend, and had the pleasure of being the toastmaster. This is the most amazing wedding venue I’ve ever had the pleasure to attend, Location is unique and perfect, staff are brilliant, catering brilliant and the owner Jodie, a great host. If you’re looking for a unique venue that your guests will remember for ever, this is it.

Lovely place and friendly staff, Food is great and no complaints. A secret hideaway café. Breakfast was fresh and nicely displayed.

Not had a takeaway from here in a long time but tried yesterday and was really good! The cod was very fresh and chunky and the haddock was cooked perfectly. It was a real treat, traditional fish & chips! Can’t wait to return!

This is a fantastic pub! Light and bright, spacious and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to us and our two dogs. We phoned ahead and requested to stay in their carpark overnight with our motorhome which is free of charge (this pub is on Brit Stops - all they ask is that you pop in for a drink and introduce yourself!). We both had a meal and stayed for drinks as they were in no hurry for us to leave at the end of the night. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this pub - many thanks to Christian and his fab staff for such a warm reception. We will be back...

We stayed enroute to catching the ferry at Dover. Convenient location. Food and drink in the bar very good in the evening excellent hosts. Had an early ferry to catch and had a packed lunch in place of breakfast which was excellent and value for money. Would highly recommend

I would give this a 5 star review the food was lush staff are so helpful and the landlady was so friendly I would definitely come back again and bring friends and family xxx

Stayed on route to Europe, fatalities are good, we stopped for some food was was very nice and can recommend the doom bar, was a lovely pint. Highly recommend

Lovely pub with an amazing beer garden trampoline, swings bouncy castle lots of out outside seating pool table and great selection of beers very happy with our accidental visit (will now be a regular)

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here last night. This pub has such a warm atmosphere, the staff are friendly, cheerful, welcoming and clearly enjoy their job working within the team. JP made a lovely aperol spritz that we enjoyed with our delicious dinner. The quality of the food is superb. Served with a smile by a lovely young lady who unfortunately didn’t get her name. We will be back soon. Thank you

I just can’t fault this restaurant. For food quality , service and atmosphere. We went for steak night Wednesday - set 3 course menu Asparagus and wild garlic soup Steak and chips Panda cotta with Rhubarb £30 per head Absolutely superb from beginning to end - also some great wines available .

Very nice takeaway but massively bulked up with vegetables. Told an hours wait got there and had to wait another 30 mins. Good to know its being cooked fresh & was hot but mostly vegetables

Went for a long overdue catch up with two old workmates. The food was slow to come out but was passable. As I have said we hadn’t seen one another for a good few months, so had a long chat. Unknown to us there is a hour max time in the car park, I am flabbergasted! How is this a welcoming policy? They are miles from anywhere, who is going to park and leave their car for a long time? Where would you go? This is a ridiculous policy that has cost me £60! I’m done with KFC over this!
