The best restaurants in Eastry Dover South East

I recently went for my mums surprise birthday meal. Had been organising for a while with Jodie and nothing was too much trouble. On the night, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend and will be going back

Lovely place and friendly staff, Food is great and no complaints. A secret hideaway café. Breakfast was fresh and nicely displayed.

Not had a takeaway from here in a long time but tried yesterday and was really good! The cod was very fresh and chunky and the haddock was cooked perfectly. It was a real treat, traditional fish & chips! Can’t wait to return!

A lovely pub with a side restaurant. Good food, good atmosphere and great staff. good selection of beers/ales. Free car park nearby.

S Bad, bad. Crook .Cheaters ,Booked and paid 1 week in advance and traveled all way from London then there was no place for me, managed was bad behaviour, refused to refund me my money back, called him 6 times he hangs up on me. Very Very bad

Friendly pub. Good pub garden for families. Doesn’t do food but provided us with local takeaway menus that would deliver. Ample parking but walked from nearby campsite. Beautiful walk across fields.

What a find tucked away in the village of finglesham near deal. Our fourth visit for a lunchtime meal. Always an excellent visit . Today! Was midweek roast special. Great produce,hot and tasty,attentive serving staff. We will be back.

Unfortunately after reading negative negative reviews we decided to make our own minds up. We took 2 friends as a treat. Upon arrival to the car park we had a muddy walk before reaching the gravel pathway to the restaurant. We were seated just in the reception area. It was very cold despite having a wall heater that was on a timer and we constantly had to ask to put it back on again. The position of our table was to the side of front the front door, so when the door opened with guests arriving it was freezing. The noise of the main restaurant was so loud we could hardly hear each other in the reception area table. Our starter was average, the main course was awful, raw pork x 3 that was ordered, Yorkshire pudding full of oil, on first bite, inedible. The broccoli was served in hot water and was just stalks. The potatoes were resembling deep fried potatoes rather than roast potatoes. We were given £25 off of the pork meal s which was a gesture . We order cheese for a dessert choice, the cheese was so thinly sliced and small portions, it was not worth the plate they were put on. The wine was an extortionate price, especially for a screw top bottle the service was good very attentive staff. Unfortunately we will not be returning or recommending.

Works Christmas Party in the Marquee. Excellent food and service. A Band and Disco. Easy check in. . Stayed in Stable no 6. Room is spacious, a little over warm. 2 chairs , good size bathroom. Very clean. Good breakfast, fast service. Only minus was lack of choice of beers, mixed use of toilets, 5 cubicals for 80 people which git a bit messy.

Very nice takeaway but massively bulked up with vegetables. Told an hours wait got there and had to wait another 30 mins. Good to know its being cooked fresh & was hot but mostly vegetables

For my personal visit, we just had a quick and easy takeaway for 2, and the food itself was standard and nothing to go nuts about. The staff seemed alright, however, could've been more friendly. The restaurant itself seemed clean, only one person in there at the time. Doubt I'll be back soon.
